Apartmán čistý a velmi prostorný, jídlo v Kolínské báječné - zejména batátové hranolky, děti si užily zmrzlinové poháry i borůvkové knedlíky. Ve Zvoničce je slyšet všechno z vedlejších pokojů - to nás překvapilo. Dvakrát přestala úplně téct voda, prý je asi rozbité nějaké čidlo, ale nikdo to s námi předem nekomunikoval a ani po tom ne... V apartmánu chyběla slibovaná rozpustná káva a čaj - byli bychom si přivezli víc vlastní.

- Zídková (6/5): - Zvonička je ve skvělém místě, proto jsme ji také zvolili. Trošku nevýhoda je nutnost po skončení provozu vleků dojít s lyžemi pěšky na chatu, ale s tím jsme počítali. Snídaně jsou vynikající (a velmi příjemná paní, která se tam o ně stará), postele kvalitní a nevržou, pokoje útulné, povlečení čisté, výhled nádherný. Oceňuji, že Zvonička čerpá vodu z rašeliniště, chutná výborně. V pokojích bylo dostatečné teplo, i když balkonové dveře netěsní a dovnitř i padá sníh. Topení funguje dostatečně. Oceňuji ohřívač na lyžáky a možnost využití malého vleku u Kolínské boudy. Je třeba zlepšit čistotu apartmánu, která byla nedostačující. Odkapávač na nádobí byl tak nechutný, že jsme ho nepoužívali. Mikrovlnka zažila před námi nějaký výbuch, následky po něm nikdo nevyčistil a při používání páchla spáleninou. Chyběla houbička i hadr na utření linky a stolu - ten jsme nedostali za celou dobu pobytu. Nádobí je velmi základní, ledacos chybí. Není tam trouba. Ve sprchovém koutě jsou usazeniny různého druhu. Povrch jídelního stolu lepil. Vzhledem k ceně, která přesahuje ubytování v Alpách nebo v centru Vídně, jsme v tomto směru byli zklamáni.

- Вадим (9/5): В целом все хорошо - Понравилось всё очень и еда и персонал Не понравилось что была собрана игровая комната, там было много сумок и заезжало много людей а мы пришли провести там время. Не понравилось что водитель такси не дал нам сдачу 200 крон
- Robin (9/5): Ideání místo pro dovolenou, prostorné ubytování, skvělá kuchyně a velmi ochotný personál. - Stravovali jsme se v nedaleké Kolínské boudě. Jídlo tady mají skvělé,ať už snídaně, tak i další hlavní jídla. Co je zásadní, je skvělý personál, který se stále usmíval a neustále byl k dispozici.Pro zaměstnance není nic problém.Platí to třeba i pro dovoz a odvoz do Pece pod Sněžkou. Tady mě nic nenapadá.Snad jen chybí odkládací prostory na toaletní potřeby v koupelně.

- Jakub (7/5): - Apartmán byl prostorný a na skvělém místě. Čistota apartmánu nebyla dostatečná. Aby bylo možné že stolu jíst, tak jsme si ho museli důkladně utřít. Vybavení kuchyňky tristní - z talířů pouze dva hluboké. Koupelna - dřevěno/ratanová skříňka špinavá. Baterie by chtělo vyměnit.
- Klára (9/5): Poměr cena/kvalita - super. - Byli jsme moc spokojeni. Možná by stálo za úvahu, zda by nebylo dobré doplnit vybavení kuchyňky v apartmánu. Nicméně pobyt jsme si naprosto užili. Nezaznamenali jsme ani žádný hluk z vedlejších pokojů/apartmánů a to při plné obsazenosti. Čisto, příjemno. Pejsek 300,--/noc a povolení vjezdu 200,--/2-8 nocí - tyto informace by bylo dobré mít také na Bookingu pro úplnost. Při odjezdu nebylo komu odevzdat klíče - recepce prázdná (snídaňový personál neměl žádné informace).

- Renata (9/5): - Lokalika výborná, personál milý. Měli jsme objednané 3 apartmány v penzionu Zvonička - rodinná dovolená. Jeden apartmán byl obsazený jinými hosty, takže část rodiny musela být ubytovaná cca 70 m od penzionu Zvonička na Kolínské boudě. Jako kompenzaci jsme dostali snídani zdarma pro ubytované na Kolínské. Se snídaní jsme nepočítali, jídlo jsme měli s sebou vlastní. Ale vadilo nám, že jsme nebyli jako rodina ubytovaní v jednom penzionu.

- Łukasz (9/5): Great place near Snieżka - Great localization among hills, accessible by car. Nearby couple of restaurants and various hiking routes. Great views. Also swimming pool available for guests in nearby hotel, nice to try after some walking. -
- Tomáš (5/5): Passable - when we arrived we unfortunately found out that room is not clean and look at toilate was missriable too :( they forget to do it, it happens but if you do hotel buisness its probably the worst what can happen. I didnt also notice that free parking is not free if you dont reserved so i tryid to point out at dirty room and hoped that lady at reception will understand that i want free pariking as a satisfaction :)) but when i point out about it she just told me at least you could go on walk or at restaurant :)) thats what you want after hiking on Snezka.
