• Diana (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay here and truly enjoyed our time in London. The apartment is in a fantastic location right next to Hyde Park, only about a 2-minute walk from Lancaster Gate Underground station. There is a grocery store about 5 minutes away and several restaurants within a 5–10 minute walk, all easily reachable on foot. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and felt very cozy and homey. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, which made our stay even more pleasant. Our host was extremely correct and helpful, keeping us informed about everything in advance and making the whole process smooth and easy. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting London. Diana, Slovakia

• A (10/5): - I stayed at this accommodation last week and the hostess Sarah and accommodation was absolutely amazing. The location of the property is phenomenal with it being not even a 1 minute walk to Lancaster Gate station. Before arriving to the accommodation I had lots of questions and whenever I called Sarah she answered straight away and I queried about Oyster card and she went out of her way to query them and call me back. Upon arrival the hostess met us and showed us around and showed us how to work the heating. She was very calm, flexible and so so bubbly and kind. She showed us where the spare towels and toiletries were and how everything worked. She was patient whilst we got settled in and then helped us to make Oyster cards. The following morning we couldn’t figure out how to work the heating in the kitchen and the Netflix in the living room and she came straight away with a maintenance man and got it sorted instantly. Throughout our stay the house stayed super nice and warm despite the minus temperature outside. During our stay at this property Sarah never bothered us and was very calm and not in our space at all. On the last day we got slightly late for our checkout and Sarah was like no guys it’s okay don’t worry just get home safe. She met us at the property did a very quick check and gave the deposit back with no problem. Overall I wouldn’t not hesitate to stay at this property again. It is very spacious and the location is prime and next to none with everything not being more than a 15 minute commute on the tube. But above all the reason I’d stay at this property again is because of the hostess Sarah. She was amazing and next to none with how she worked with us as a family and that is key and that’s why I would definitely rebook.
• Christine (3/5): Numerous health & safety problems, and equipment poorly maintained - Good location and plenty of space -but not worth the money in view of the number of problems There were so many problems that we did a formal complaint to Booking.com. The owners refused to refund any of the money we'd paid, but Booking.com dealt with the complaint really well and gave us credit against a future booking. The roof terrace has a very low wall so is unsafe for children. There are no keys for the window locks, but there is a broken window lock next to a single bed meaning our grandson could easily have climbed on the bed, opened the window on the first floor and fallen out, and we had to put him in a different room. There were literally flames in the microwave when we tried to use it (see photo) and 3 out of 5 rings on the cooker hob did not light. There were no instructions for anything. I had to contact the owners to find out how to get out of the back of the house, and find out whether the washing machine had a drying function (no). They did come and mend the broken bed slat on one bed and drop off a drying rack as there was nowhere to dry clothes, but as regards the microwave just stuck a notice on it saying it was out of action. They left a hand-held lighter to light the hob. There was no toaster. We later found the jacuzzi bath did not work, the shower in the downstairs bathroom did not work, and the plumbed-in coffee machine did not work. There was a very low doorway to the room with the washing machine no warning sign and my husband hit his head twice. Only one set of keys was provided which made things complicated for a large group. There was a requirement to provide £500 deposit in cash. We had to chase up the owners at checkout to get the money back and the delay meant some of our party nearly missed a flight. The property is on 4 levels (5 if you count the roof terrace) so lots of stairs.

• FAHAD MOHAMMED (8/5): - Excellent location house in the heart of London. Very close to HydePark. Very spacious. Well equipped. Beds needs to be more comfortable. Roof door needs to be lockable to feel more safe.

• David (10/5): Large well appointed apartment in which to enjoy the sites of London with close Underground Station and parks on the doo - So many bedrooms to comfortably house our family of 7. Two large lounge areas which was particularly useful when younger children had to retire. Well appointed kitchen and laundry. When we needed help with a hair dryer that wasn’t working, their response was very quick and problem was solved. Great location with short walk to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Having to supply a 500 pound cash deposit was a bit tricky as now we have to exchange the money when we get back to Australia. Normally don’t want to have to carry that much cash. Card deposit would have been more helpful.

• Sandy (10/5): Enjoyed our stay - Sarah was a great host. She responded to our inquiries and requests instantly and was always very kind and generous. The house itself is kept spotless. Just be aware that you are staying in a historical neighborhood and an old historical house/flat, there are many narrow steps throughout 5 different levels with a rooftop view/rest area. We loved the opportunity to experience an old English style house in a beautiful neighborhood. Thank you Sarah. The beds were a bit on the soft side for us, the 6 persons group, but none of us got backaches.

• Martin (9/5): Great, central location, close to all amenities and services. - The location was excellent, 2 minutes walk from Hyde Park, Lancaster Gate tube station, local shops and restaurants. Having a safe parking space, included in the let, at the rear of the property was a big bonus for central London. The house is very spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen equipment and utensils could have been more up to date.
• Matt (1/5): Disgusting for the high price. - Nice location On the 1st night I saw a mouse/rat run across the floor. The host didn’t get pest control in nor offer other accommodation. The beds were uncomfortable and in the bed I slept in a blood stain was on the pillow. Disgusting waiting for a full refund.
• Anonymous (10/5): Anonymous - The accommodation was very spacious plenty of space for the 7 of us. It was in an excellent, safe location very close to tube station and green spaces. The host was easily contactable and very helpful. Accommodation was over 4 floors not good for people with mobility issues.

• Fahad (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious place. There were no A/Cs in all rooms, there were two spilt A/Cs in the master bedroom in the first floor & in the basement living room. The ground floor living room has a portable A/C which is not cooling well also you have to fill its tank with water at least two to three times a day. Also there is one portable A/C in the second floor twin bedroom that is not cooling well. One single bedroom in the first floor & one single bedroom in the second floor without A/Cs !?. There were not enough linens. Otherwise the place is spacious. There's also free parking in the back of the house. The beds mattresses are not quite comfortable but good in general.
