Klima işimize yaradı. Valizlerimizi son gün uçuş saatine kadar muhafaza ederek incelik gösteren Miljana’ya teşekkür ederim. Arada bir yan taraftaki pub’tan müzik sesi geliyordu ama çok yüksek değildi ve bizi rahatsız etmedi.

Номер был чистый и полностью готов к заселению. Мы были с малышкой 1 год и 9 месяцев, нам предоставили детскую кроватку, все было удобно и очень комфортно. Более того, хозяйка любезно позволила нам оставить наш багаж на дополнительные 2 часа после нашего выселения в номере, чтобы мы могли погулять по Белграду.

They are truly exceptional hosts – incredibly kind, welcoming, and extremely flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made my trip so much easier. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had such kind and thoughtful hosts. The apartment was spotlessly clean and located in a beautiful spot right in the heart of Belgrade, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful I had an amazing sleep every night and felt completely at ease m. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the overall vibe of the place was just great. I have absolutely no complaints about the apartment or the service. The only small issue was that I booked a room with a balcony, but it turned out that the apartments facing the street don’t actually have one. That was the only slight downside, but everything else was truly top-notch. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Belgrade!

• Natali (4/5): Good daytime option, bad for night time if you are not clubbing - Clean, very central, easy and fast communication with owners. Great for those that want to party in the club just two floors down and doesn’t mind being awake until 4 am. What wasn’t clear and was nowhere to be found on their Booking page is that there is a nightclub in the basement. Naturally, since it’s an old building with zero sound proofing, the bass from the club was vibrating through the walls (we were on the 1st floor). We couldn’t sleep until 4am when the club finally closed.

• Viktor (3/5): Impossible to sleep! - Good location. Apartments well furnished. Contactless check in. 1. It's impossible to sleep in these apartments because the nightclub "Pop Quart" is located right underneath. You’ll hear loud music and even feel the floor and walls vibrating. The party went on until 4 a.m. Nobody warned us about this. The host told us that we should understand that this is the city center and noise is essential. That’s not true; this is our third time in Belgrade, and during previous stays in the city center, everything was fine. 2. The host told us that it’s impossible to register our stay because they recently opened. This could be an issue since registration is required by Serbian law. 3. The balcony is closed, and you cannot use it.

• Elena (3/5): Poor - The only positive is the close proximity to the city center and Knez Mihailova Street. However, these apartments are not worth the money: the building is absolutely unsuitable for living. It feels more like a nightclub than a place for rest. I honestly cannot understand how these apartments have a 9.4 rating. Based on my experience, this rating is completely misleading for other travelers. I have never experienced anything like this before, and even considered leaving early. 1. The apartments are difficult to find. You can only discover the apartments existence by going up to the second floor and finding an inconspicuous sign taped to a dark corner of the corridor. 2. There is a nightclub underneath the apartments. Every evening, a rock band rehearses upstairs from 10 PM to 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep. The lack of any warning about such conditions is a serious downside. The claimed soundproof walls are a lie. The owners consider this normal, but if you need a good night’s rest, this place is definitely not for you. If you want to sleep and have a basic night’s rest, do not choose these apartments! 3. The photos show a washing machine, but there isn’t one—this is a clear misrepresentation. For those staying a week or longer, this is a significant drawback. 4. One day, there was no water from morning until evening, and even the toilet was unusable. 5. Not once during our stay were we offered cleaning or a change of towels. 6. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room, but the apartment owner didn’t bother to inform me. As a result, after checking out at 10 AM, I left the country without my headphones. This shows a complete disregard for guests.
• Radovanovic (10/5): The apartment had an excellent location, was clean and tidy, well-equipped, cozy despite its size, and the host was welc - What I loved most about this apartment is its excellent location. While my partner and I didn’t spend much time inside to fully gauge the noise levels during the day, I’d say it’s fairly quiet. Considering how close it is to the city center, some noise is to be expected, but nothing disruptive. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, and although it’s compact, it’s very comfortable. Most importantly, it was clean and tidy, which is the key factor I always look for. The host was welcoming and readily available for any assistance we needed.

• Krystel (10/5): Relax Travel - The apartment is located in nearby cafes, food, mall, shopping and close to touristic spot. The owner is very generous and accomodating as well. The photo shown in the site is it is what it is. We love the ambiance. Probably the entrance is hard to find as the apartment is located in the first floor and there is no sign board outside the building. Also, the night gig in the basement was loud till 12mn to 1am I guess. However, it won't affect may overall ratings as the apartment itself is very cozy amd good ambiance.

• Yekaterina (5/5): Lovely apartment, unfortunate location. - The facilities are newly refurbished and everything looks great. There’s a little kitchen that allows you to cook and save some money on food. Although there are lots of really nice cafes and restaurants right on the door step. The bathroom is great as well. I especially liked the water pressure. There was no hairdryer but it was provided the same day when I asked. Everything in the room looked brand new. My brother was staying in Garni Hotel next door and their room looked much smaller and was double the price I paid for the apartment. The only thing that spoiled my stay was the fact that the apartment is sandwiched between a techno night club downstairs and a rock band upstairs. It was literally impossible to sleep until the music stopped after 3am. I stayed for the weekend and had to buy some earplugs to get some sleep. I hope the hosts will be able to sort it out or at least provide some earplugs for future guests.
