• Γιάννης (1/5): Απαράδεκτο στούντιο - Το δωμάτιο πάρα πολύ βρώμικο, καθόλου άνετο. Δεν έχει παράθυρο να ανοίξεις γτ δεν έχει συτα και μπαίνουν έντομα μέσα. Κλιματιστικο για κρύο ζεστή δεν είχε. Μέχρι και ξεχασμένο παντελόνι με βρακί αλλου βρήκα μέσα στο δωμάτιο ΈΛΕΟΣ

• Γιουτζιν (1/5): χαλια μες τα νευρα ετσι κι τον ειχα μπρωστα μου δεν ξερω κι εγω τι θα εκανα με αυτο το μπασταρδο.... - χαλια ειναι η τριτη φορα που αλλο δοματιο κλεινω κι αλλο με δεινουν οταν φτανω.... πειρα κι την τουριστικη αστυνομια να το αναφερω κι την επομενη φορα που θα παω κι θα κανει το ιδιο θα την παω επιτοπου εκει για να δουν οτι πραγματι ειναι καραγκιοζης ο τυπος δεν θα το αφεισω ετσι.... κι επισης το λαμογιο δεν απαντα στο τηλεφωνο.... κι εσεις σαν σελιδα δεν εχετε ενα προσωπικο της μπουκινγκ να μπορουμε να παρουμε τιλεφωνο απευθειας ελεος τωρα να σας πω τι?

• MM-CZE (1/5): Not good - The possibility that I could have stayed in the same room and didn’t have to move to another one when I extended my stay by an extra night. For me, a huge disappointment. When I arrived at the building, I thought it looked quite nice. Then I walked up the wooden stairs to room number four and thought the same, quite nice, sufficient. I am not a demanding person, I am rather modest, so for me it was enough. Then I went to use the towels, which smelled a bit musty. I noticed that the curtain by the window was simply dirty and stained, and there were some bricks under the bed. The bedding did not seem properly washed, and the blanket was not even made, there was only a cover for it. In the bathroom, there was mold on the wall near the fan and also in the grout under the tiles. I think for six days they gave me half a roll of toilet paper, plus shampoo and soap, otherwise there was basically no equipment in the room. The glass I was supposed to drink from was dirty. What bothered me the most was that I could smell cigarette smoke in my room. I messaged the host asking him to deal with it, probably with another guest who was apparently smoking in their room. He just briefly replied that he would take care of it. The next day I smelled smoke again, and the day after that as well, so I eventually gave up on communicating with the host. Then I checked the reviews and could not believe it, everything written there was true. I am not someone who complains much, as I said I am quite modest, but this was really too much. I am simply disappointed. Honestly, I do not know where the smoke was coming from. No one was smoking under the windows. When I stepped out into the hallway, I could not smell any smoke there, but inside my room it was very noticeable. I do not know if there might have been some hole in the floor or something, maybe that is why there were bricks under the bed, but it was very unpleasant.

• MARIA (1/5): - Το πιστολάκι δεν δούλευε δεν είχε σαπούνι για τα χέρια οι κάλτσες μου έγινες μαύρες από άσπρες είχε ιστούς από αράχνες και πρέπει να ήταν καιρό εκεί γτ ήταν μαύρες και δεν μπορούσα να ζεσταθώ και ας ήταν μια κουτσουλια το δωμάτιο δεν έχει κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο σκισμένα πλακάκια στο μπάνιο έλειπαν λάμπες θέλει βάψιμο Δλδ χαλια δεν είχε χώρο να βάλω την βαλίτσα μου και ας ήταν από τις μικρές σκισμένο σεντόνι ( ευτυχώς είχα μαζί μου πετσέτα και σεντόνι )

Δυστυχώς, επειδή είχαμε έρθει για δουλειά, φύγαμε κατευθείαν και δεν πρόλαβα να βγάλω φωτογραφίες όλα αυτά όσα αναφέρω

Έλλειψη υγιεινής.Υπήρχε πάπλωμα χωρίς παπλωματοθηκη!!! Το Αποτέλεσμα ήταν, να φύγουμε και να και να πάμε να μείνουμε σε άλλο κατάλυμα που βρήκαμε
• EVGENIOS (1/5): - Το μονο που άξιζε ήταν η τοποθεσία Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο με καμένα σεντόνια τοίχους καταμαυρους από την βρωμιά και η πετσέτες δεν ήταν και πολύ καθαρές το μπάνιο είχε αράχνες και σπασμένα πλακάκια και για θέρμανση είχε ενα σαν αερόθερμο που εκανε πάρα πολύ φασαρία .

• Isavela Ioanna (1/5): Disgusting - Location Otherwise, it's only good for stray dogs Inhumane conditions. Neither the bathroom nor the bed sheets had been cleaned. There was a razor from previous guests and the shower was disgusting. I got itchy after lying in bed. I felt disgusted to rest my face on that pillow case. There was no proper cover on the bed. When I found one in the closet it seemed like it had never been cleaned!!! (no duvet cover). There was no soap (not even for my hands). I had to borrow some from the next room which was also in awful condition. Really not worth it! I feel cheated and humiliated! The prices were so high (80-100€) that they could at least hire someone to clean up the place. It wasn't soundproof, I could hear everything going on outside the room. When people were going down the stairs, it sounded like bombing (no way to have a peaceful rest). I tried to contact the so-called "host" but they never answered. They know nothing about hospitality. I had to leave in the middle of the night because I couldn't stand living there, not even for a night. I asked for a refund and they sent me 50 cents (which is funny) ...

• Μαρία καρατζεμδενη (10/5): Ήταν ότι έπρεπε μια μέρα στη Θεσσαλονίκη. - Μου άρεσε πολύ που το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ωραίο είχε σχεδόν τα πάντα το μόνο που δεν είχε ήταν καλαθάκι στην τηλεόραση κοντά,το μαξιλάρι και το στρώμα και το στρώμα ήταν μαλακό και ο κύριος οταν έστειλα μήνυμα μέσω της booking που του είπα ότι ήμουν στο κατάλυμα κοντά στην Δωδεκανήσου στην καφετέρια Γρηγόρης μου έστειλε τον κωδικό της κλειδοθηκης και έτσι είδα καλά την φωτογραφία και πήρα τα κλειδιά και μπήκα μέσα στις τρεις ή ώρα που άρχισε το check in όλα μια χαρά τον ευχαριστώ πολύ ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και πέρασα πολύ ωραία στην Θεσσαλονίκη εχθές το απόγευμα και ξεκουραστηκα μια ώρα το μεσημέρι. Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν ότι εχθές όλη νύχτα οι διπλανοί και γενικά είχε πολύ φασαρία και έκαναν θόρυβο ενώ εγώ κοιμόμουν από τις έντεκα εχθές το βράδυ νωρίς ως τις τέσσερις τα ξημερώματα σήμερα το πρωί αυτό δε μου άρεσε σεβασμός μηδέν.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

• Anastasiia (8/5): - Quiet area. Not far from central road. Situated good, have city buses. Pretty much clean, have towels and fan. Sad what in common area wasn't microwave oven or forks/ spoon at least.
• IGKOR (1/5): - Γειά σας θέλω να σας πω ό,τι όλοι όσοι έχετε γράψει κάτω τα σχόλια έχετε απόλυτο δίκαιο ,είναι ότι χειρότερο για να μείνεις ακόμα και για ένα βράδυ. Καταρχάς ας το πάρω από την αρχή ή διεύθυνση δεν είναι εκεί που βγάζει το στίγμα η Google maps, το έψαχνα 1 ώρα το μέρος για να μπω. Το τηλέφωνο για επικοινωνία το είχε κλειστό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν απαίσιο ,βρόμικο, το ψυγείο έσταζε, τα σεντόνια ήταν βρόμικα, το χαρτί τουαλέτας έλειπε, το δωμάτιο ήταν στο υπόγειο με ένα παράθυρο που άκουγες όλους αυτός που ήταν από έξω, το κρεβάτι σπασμένο από την μια μεριά που δεν μπορούσες να κοιμηθείς. Δυστυχώς το έκλεισα χωρίς να δω τα σχόλια που πλέον θα τα διαβάζω πρώτου κλείσω κάτι, δυστυχώς λόγου το ταξιδιού ήμουν πολύ κουρασμένος για να αλλάξω μέρος και πραγματικά ευτυχώς έμεινα μόνο λίγες ώρες. Θα ήθελα να πω ότι είναι πολύ φτηνό αλλά ακόμα και για έναν ύπνο δεν αξίζει. ΆΝΘΡΩΠΕ ΠΟΥ ΤΟ ΕΧΕΙΣ ΚΛΕΙΣΤΌ ΔΕΝ ΤΟ ΕΧΕΙΣ.ΕΙΠΑΜΕ ΝΑ ΕΙΣΑΙ ΤΣΙΓΚΟΎΝΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΘΕΣ ΝΑ ΚΑΝΕΙΣ ΟΙΚΟΜΟΝΟΜΙΑ ΑΛΛΑ ΟΧΙ ΚΑΙ ΕΤΣΙ. ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΩΡΑΙΟ ΝΑ ΠΑΙΖΕΙΣ ΜΕ ΤΗΝ ΚΟΎΡΑΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΤΗΝ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΉ ΚΑΤΆΣΤΑΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟΥ ΠΟΥ ΘΑ ΕΡΘΕΙ ΝΑ ΣΟΥ ΑΦΉΣΕΙ ΤΑ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΑ ΤΟΥ.

Πήγαμε υο βράδυ και μύριζε τσιγαριλα, είχε πολλή ζέστη καθώς είχε κοινή θέρμανση και δεν μπορούσες να υο κλείσεις , παίρναμε τον ιδιοκτήτη αλλά το είχε κλειστό , ακουγοταν πολλή φασαρία από έξω καθώς έκανε ένα δυνατό θόρυβο κάποιο μηχάνημα , πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο και οι πετσέτες μύριζαν !!

• Tarasov (6/5): - The location is good, close to the city center. The check-in was easy. I liked that it has TV. In the picture it was a table and in the room I didn't have one. In the first night it was cold in the room.

• DIMITRIOS (3/5): - Μικρό και ιδανικό για ΕΝΑ άτομο. Έγραφε οτι θα εχει parking. Το κοντινότερο δωρεάν που βρήκα ηταν 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Και μπαίνοντας προς τα μέσα. Σκοτάδι. Μια ξύλινη σκάλα που την ανεβαίνεις λέγοντας απο μεσα σου το "Πατερ Ημών" και φτάνεις σε μια ξύλινη πόρτα δωματίου μάλλον από την δεκαετία του 80', η οποία με λίγη προσπάθεια θα ανοίξει και χωρίς κλειδί. Εγω σαν gentleman ομως που είμαι, χρησιμοποίησα κλειδί και ανοίγοντας αντικρίζω.... κάτι διαφορετικό απο τις φωτογραφίες. Ένα τραπέζι με 2 καρέκλες ξύλινες που πάνω είχε εναν δισκο με εναν βραστηρα και 2 φλιτζάνια. Ο βραστηρας γεμάτος αλατα και τα φλιτζάνια σημάδια χρήσης. Ενα παράθυρο το οποίο οταν φυσούσε και ηταν κλειστό κουνιόταν η κουρτίνα, ΕΝΝΟΕΊΤΑΙ ιδιας τεχνολογίας με την πόρτα, από το 80' δηλαδή. Το μπάνιο παραδόξως ηταν ΟΚ και καθαρό αν και το χρησιμοποιημένο χαρτί υγείας και το μισοάδειο αφρόλουτρο μπορούν να παραλειφθούν. Θέρμανση ουτε για δείγμα. Ουτε air condition ούτε τίποτα. Εκανα ερώτηση για κουβέρτα καθώς στο κρεβάτι ειχε μονο το σεντόνι και στο ντουλάπι ένα ελαφρύ πάπλωμα. Αν απάντησαν σε εσας απάντησαν και σε εμένα. Υπάρχει και ενας προβολέας εξω απο το παράθυρο που φωτίζει το βράδι τον δρόμο και ανοίγει με χρονοδιακόπτη. Εκτος τον δρόμο φωτίζει και το δωμάτιο. Οπότε αν θελετε σκοτάδι για να σας πάρει ο ύπνος, ξεχαστε το. Και αφήνω το καλύτερο για το τέλος! ΤΟ ΚΡΕΒΑΤΙ. Το κρεβάτι ήταν σπασμένο. Από κάτω ο τυπάς έχει βάλει 2 μεγάλα κομμάτια με ίτον και κατω απο το προσκέφαλο υπάρχει μια ξύλινη κατασκευή για στήριξη. Η μεση μου δεν θα με ευχαριστήσει ποτέ για αυτό που της έκανα. Τα κλινοσκεπασματα ναι μεν καθαρά αλλα με λεκέδες. Δεν πλυθηκαν καλα δηλαδή. Το ενα μαξιλαρι μύριζε. Αν ειχα 2 επιλογές, ένα δωμάτιο με 200€ το βράδι, η αυτό εδω δωρεάν, θα έδινα 200€. Αυτα!

• Evgenia (4/5): Δεν θα το πρότεινα... - Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι πολύ βολική. Δεν υπάρχει τρόπος να επικοινωνήσεις με κάποιον από το κατάλυμα! Αν χρειαστείς κάτι περισσότερο στο δωμάτιο κατά την διαμονή σου, όπως μια κουβέρτα, δεν σε εξυπηρετεί κάνεις!!!

Η πόρτα και ο νιπτήρας από την τουαλέτα είχαν τρίχες. Καθόλου άνετο και πολύ μικρό καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες. Επίσης είχε μυρωδιά τσιγάρου και το ψυγείο ήταν βρώμικο.

In my personal opinion, the apartment felt unsafe from the moment I walked in, and I was shocked to see what looked to me like mold in several spots. The whole place gave me the impression of being neglected and unhealthy, and I couldn’t relax for a single moment. What made everything even more infuriating was the complete lack of meaningful communication. Speaking only from my own experience, every attempt I made to contact the manager went nowhere—no answers, no support, nothing that resembled responsible hosting. I felt entirely on my own in a situation where I really needed help. On top of that, I’m extremely disappointed with Booking. In my view, it’s unacceptable that a place that, in my experience, feels this poorly maintained is still listed without clearer warnings. I expected better quality control from a platform I’ve used for years. Based on what I personally went through, I would strongly advise travelers to think very carefully before booking this place. Thessaloniki has plenty of decent accommodations—this, in my opinion, is not one of them. • Anastasiya Zaytseva (1/5): - Χάλια δωμάτιο, τρομερή υγρασία σε σημείο το πρωί να είναι βρεγμένα τα ρούχα απ' την υγρασία. Το κρεβάτι παρά πολύ άβολο, δεν είχε ούτε κουβέρτα παρά μόνο ένα σεντόνι και είχε πάρα πολύ κρύο μαζί με υγρασία. Το παράθυρο δε είχε κουρτίνα με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνει όλο το φως μέσα. Ήταν αρκετά βρωμικα κ πάρα πολύ άβολα. Ανυπομονούσαμε να έρθει το πρωί να φύγουμε..

• Μαρία καρατζεμδενη (5/5): Δεν έμεινα ικανοποιημένη λόγω λάθος συννενόησης δεν έφταιγα εγώ αλλά ο ιδιοκτήτης του δωματίου δυστ. - Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν ότι τα ξημερώματα εμένα έξω και έβρεχε κρύωνα και ενώ του είπα ότι θα έρθω ξημερώματα στις πρώτη του περασμένου μήνα του Οκτωβρίου τους κωδικούς μου τους έδωσε το πρωί και ίσα ίσα που πρόλαβα να μπω μέσα να κάνω ένα μπάνιο και να αλλάξω ρούχα.Ηταν μια χαρά το δωμάτιο πάντως. Λάθος συννενόηση εγώ του είπα ότι θα έρθω ξημερώματα της Τετάρτης πρώτη Οκτωβρίου κι εκείνος μου έστειλε τον κωδικό της κλειδοθήκης την Τετάρτη στις εννιά παρά το πρωί όταν ξημέρωσε πια 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
• Павло (1/5): - beautiful room with a window to the corridor in which the window is covered with pigeons. No communication with the owner, and no parking for which the apartment was rented. There is Wi-Fi, but there is no password for it anywhere. The geo-coordinates of the apartment are a few blocks from those indicated on the website. The owner of the apartment said that we did not show up, although we lived there for a day.
