Invoice provided in time. good parking. Very clean - sterile! Equipped with great kitchen high quality machines and good coffee machine. For starting you get coffee, tee, sugar (even saccharine) sweets, fruits, water in the fridge. Very quiet location. Felt like in my grandmother village house. Fast access to X-Bionic Hotel where I had work. Fortunately X-Bionic was overbooked and I had found this great facility :-) Really no negatives
