• Adam (10/5): Little gem of an apartment - Location to town is perfect, far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to walk in and out when you want. The apartment had a good layout, fully equipped kitchen, modern and clean. Even though the pool is a shared area, we had it twice to ourselves in our stay. Jill and Ahmet are lovely hosts, so helpful, friendly and can’t do enough for you. Would definitely stay again Nothing
• Nathan (1/5): Disappointed with owners & lack of sunbeds - Clean & tidy. Made plans for a late departure with the owners & on the last day they backed out - this was a major inconvenience to us as we had made other plans around a late departure. We found out after the owners lied to us and moved us out for other friends to move into the room. Poor. WiFi dropped a few times and took hours to come back on. Not enough sunbeds only 6 for the whole block. Could do with 10-12 really. (Plenty of space for more). Also no tv. Would have been nice in the evenings.

The air conditioning was fantastic too, and much needed at times! Gilly is a lovely host, very welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. In a good location within walking distance to old town and marina. The pool is lovely too. n/a

• Mine (6/5): Ik kom niet meer terug. - Er is aan alles gedacht! Het was erg comfortabel! Eigenaresse, het lijkt wel alsof ze Turkse mensen liever niet heeft in de accommodatie (ze is Engelse). Toen we er aankwamen vroeg ze gelijk of het wel klopt dat we uit NL komen. Terwijl ze heel goed Turks praat vroeg ze of ik met haar Engels wilde praten. Ze was naar ons gevoel raar en onvriendelijk.
• Erdal (10/5): Familien Urlaub - Pazar Apartments hat uns sehr gut gefallen, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Pazar ist jede Woche einmal vor dem Haus.Wir werden wieder kommen. Besten Dank für Alles und Liebe Grüsse. Leider keine Fernseher und Waschmaschine.
• Karen (10/5): Wonderful find - Perfect little apartment with good amenities with cafe below, great location . Owner is lovely and super responsive to any requests Pool area is a little small if all 4 apartments use this however it wasn’t a major issue as we had the pool area to ourselves
• Frances (10/5): - Just where we wanted to be. Great apartment with a lovely swimming pool. Host waited for us to arrive to at 10pm to show us the place and give us keys.
• Dimitar (9/5): - Ahmet is a great host who goes above and beyond to help his guests and we had a great stay in Pazar Apartments. I highly recommend staying here. Ahmet provided us with lots of helpful information and accomodated every request we had, so a big thank you to him! Our 2 bed apartment was spacious, bright and had a nice view to the sea from the living room and balcony. The kitchen has hobs, pans, plates, cutlery etc and a fridge, so we had breakfast there every day. The location is good for Kalkan- about 10-15 mun walk to the beach but be prepared for some streep walks (normal for Kalkan). Every room has AC and the bed was comfortable. The pool is a good temperature in July and we never had to share the pool with anyone. Overall I think you get much more for your money staying at this apartment than at a hotel. Make sure you bring shampoo, shower gel and beach towels.

Apartment had everything we needed and more with super attention to detail. I loved the 2 plug sockets in the dressing area! Pool are was lovely and location very quiet with no noise. Ahmet and Gill were exceptional host and nothing was too much trouble. We will not hesitate to return 😊 Nothing!

Ahmed the owner was an excellent host. Pool area sunny and pool very clean. There is a free to use filtered water dispenser which came in very handy, and reduced our reliance on buying plastic bottles of water. Nothing, great value for money and is highly recommend to others.

Many of our friends came to visit us and were greatly impressed with everythi - The apartment was finished and furnished to high modern standard. Ahmed our host was extremely helpful with a humorous twist. It is located close to all of Kalkan’s wonderful amenities. Like all of Kalkan it is accessed by steep hills, which is alright if you don’t mind walking, otherwise there is a very efficient and inexpensive taxi service.

• Kerry (10/5): Exceptional - Pazar Apartments are fabulous. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was well furnished, clean and with a great view. The apartment has everything you would need for your stay. A beautiful shared pool was only a few steps from our apartment, The owners of the apartments are on hand for your every need and are so kind and helpful.
• Rose (10/5): The best place we have seen or stayed in Kalkan, excellent value for money, wonderful hosts, beautifully clean, great fa - The hosts Ahmet and Gill were exceptionally welcoming, kind and helpful. The accomodation was extremely well positioned, just a short walk from the centre of town, beach and harbour, but in a quiet area. The apartment was very well presented, beautifully clean with a very well equipped kitchen. On asking about a washing machine we were invited to use the ones at the property, which was much appreciated! Nothing, the whole place was fantastic!

Jill and Ahmet were brilliant hosts; readily available and able to provide good recommendations. Nothing! One of the air conditioning units was under performing, but as soon as it was mentioned to the owners it was rectified straight away.
• Iryna (8/5): Nice apartment - The apartment is located almost close to the center, restaurants and supermarkets, if you have a car it's comfortable to reach it. Apartment has enough space inside for the family. Swimming pool and seating area were nice bonus. Our family travels a lot, and that was the first time we saw apartment without TV)) There were no microwave, spices, oil, household chemicals for washing dishes at the kitchen. And was no soap at the bathroom. The way to the beach and back has a steep descent and ascent.
• Luisa (10/5): Fabulous apartments! - The Pazar Apartments were absolutely perfect for our 3 night stay in Kalkan as a family of 4. Ahmet was so helpful and accommodating before and during our stay. The apartments are extremely well equipped, clean and spacious. They are located close to the main town, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend and hope to go back again soon! Nothing
• Chris (8/5): Great hillside apartment with refreshing pool - Ahmet and his nephew Hussein are incredibly friendly and warm people. We really enjoyed meeting them. The interior of the apartment is new and modern. The kitchen area is especially well designed. Plenty of glasses and dishes as well as most of the basic cooking essentials. The pool and patio area are both lovely to have during the summer. Excellent way to cool down after a walk up the hill. The balconies were also nice to have for extra space and drying clothes/towels. Another big bonus was the cold water dispenser by the pool bar area. You can fill up your bottles so you don't need to buy more plastic bottles from the shop! The refrigerator by the pool was great for storing drinks when you're chilling by the pool. The beds were cozy and we really liked the breakfast bar between the kitchen/living room. Lots of plug ins for all of our devices! The sofas in the living room aren't very comfortable for sitting on. They're probably better for sleeping on as a bed when folded out. The wooden bar stools are also not very comfortable. The bedroom balcony needs a screen door. The front door doesn't stay latched without actually locking the door. When we closed it, the wind just pushed it open. The bedrooms are a little too cramped with the addition of massive headboards, dressing tables and wardrobes. They look great, but there's very little space to move around because of them. The living room AC wasn't really able to cool the place even with bedroom doors closed. Be prepared to provide your own extras like toilet paper, dish soap, etc. We stayed in other apartments where these were provided, so we weren't aware we needed to have these even for a 3 night stay. Be aware the Thursday bazaar happens literally right out front of the apartment. It added a small challenge to our check out, but no big deal. Our main issue was the smell coming from the gas canister under the sink. It was immediately noticeable when we walked into the apartment. It wasn't the gas leaking from the canister, but the canister itself--very industrial and metallic like inside of a mechanic's garage. One whiff under the sink and it was clear what the source was. What was worse is that when we mentioned the smell, it was brushed off as if it didn't exist! It definitely exists.

• Tracey (10/5): Fantastic will definitely be back. - Centrally located, secure and host extremely welcoming & helpful. Nice welcome pack. Secluded pool area in the sun most of the day. Everything appeared to be new & good quality. Great shower. It didn’t worry us but the shorter route into town included a couple of steep hills but there is a longer gentler route.

• Monica (9/5): Fantastic Kalkan June 24 - The apartment had good views, a good location near supermarkets.pool was lovely good size. 2 bedrooms suitable for 2 adults, it would be OK for a family with 2 adults and 2 children from 9-14. We had a hic up to start as there was a mix-up on meet and greet, and after a long hot journey, I was tired. However, Ahmet came over immediately as I had a few questions. We have stayed in Kalkan many times with groups and friends and family. It is useful to give information having a booklet or info on the fridge.e.g, WiFi password, supermarket details, and for people who don't know Kalkan information on recommended tourist operators. We know Ege Rentals and Alper Bektas he recommended Mavi as we wanted a scooter. First-time visitors would not know who to use. However, Ahmet is really helpful as I needed the laundry room. He was very keen to do all he could to make sure we were happy. There was no information at hand for WiFi. When we arrived an oversight. One needs basic things such as T towel, dishcloth, and some washing up liquid, although I bought a scourer and some tablets for laundry in case. I was surprised these were not available as I wouldn't pack T towels when self catering however, Ahmet sorted immediately. If you arrive late or on a Sunday, basic provisions such as tea/coffee, water, bread, butter, and milk are helpful. We usually have had this on arrival. However, we were fortunate and had a supermarket 3 doors down, which was open so we could get a few urgent provisions. We have rented many places and have found the Turkish people really helpful and hospitable. Ahmet had a great sense of humour and did take on board our ideas as i was hot and tired after a 12 hour journey. We would use it again. Thanks, Ahmet and his team.

• Verity (10/5): Excellent apartments for a week away in Kalkan - We had an excellent week at Pazar Apartments. The apartments are extremely clean and well presented. Air con worked well and good amounts of cuttlery/cooking bits available in the kitchen area. The pool area is beautiful, quiet, and comes with a nice seeting area and fridge for cold drinks! It's situated on a quiet back street around 10 minutes from town. The apartments have a locked gate and feel very safe. Ahmet and his family are brilliant hosts who made us feel extremely welcome and even took us up the mountains one evening for a authentic Turkish meal and a view to rival any! See pic attached. They really made us feel at home and safe to say we have come back with new friends made as well as a great week away. Don't hesitate and book it for your next break! Nothing to say here!
• Caomhan (10/5): Outstanding Hospitality and Great Location - Amazing Hospitality from Ahmed and his team. They went above and beyond what you would expect to make our stay very special. Great location, and facilties allowing you escape the busy town but still be within walking distance. We honestly do not have a bad word to say about this place, we are planning our next trip.

• Hind (10/5): Excellent family run apartment in Kalkan - First time in Kalkan and was very pleased with our stay in Pazar apartment. It’s a lovely place with one bed room, twin bedroom plus a lovely kitchen and a sitting area, in our flat A2 we had three amazing balconies with fantastic views on Kalkan islands and the mountains behind. The flat had everything you could need. The place was clean and the swimming pool area was spotless with nice sun beds and lot of shades when the sun is heating. Ahmet and his family were always here to help, his sister was super lovely and recommended nice places like denizim beach club where we spent a lovely day there. Ahmet was always caring and ready to provide help if needed, we felt really at home and Kalkan is just breathtaking. As the name is Pazar apartment, the weekly pazar is located on the same street as the apartment itself, was really an attraction to see them set the stands Wednesday night to get ready for Thursday morning. We had lovely time watching from our balcony and do our shopping and come back home to relax and drop our bags. The pazar was super cute with lots of souvenirs and Turkish goodies … Restaurants and city center it’s 10 mins walk, was up on a hill but even my elderly parents could manage the walk so was not that bad. The beach was very close by walk and next door supermarket for first necessity like bread and drinks and it was 5 mins walk from big supermarket like 101, shock and migros.. I highly recommend this place and would like to comeback soon! Everything was perfect thanks Ahmet for the hospitality
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Pazar Apartments is a great place to relax! There is a friendly and friendly host, spacious and clean apartments, there is a swimming pool and a beautiful view of the bay from the window. From the house to the sea, you can conveniently go down the main road and go through the old town. On Wednesdays, a market opens near where fresh vegetables and any other household items are sold. Nearby there is a migros shop and a bus station from where you can get to other beautiful places like Patara or Kaputash beach. In general, everything is great and you will not regret if you choose this place!) Many thanks to Ahmet from Anya and Yaroslav for a cozy stay!

• Hasan (8/5): Very good - Location was ideal, very central, close to all the amenities. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything was provided. Would have been good to have a TV for the kids. Spoke to the owner however he did not like the idea of having a TV as then you can't enjoy the place.

I’ve travelled a lot and just fe - Pazar apartments was the perfect place to relax and unwind with the friendliest atmosphere . The owner Ahmet and his family are just the loveliest people who really cant do enough to help you and make your stay there the very best . The apartment catered for absolutely everything you could need in such a pretty surrounding . The pool was immaculate and so clean and quiet .perfect location with everything in Kalkan in walking distance There really was nothing to dislike at pazar apartments so much so , that we booked the same week next year before our holiday was even over . I can see us returning every year !

Ahmet went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Location is a short walk into the Old Town. Nothing. Everything was perfect!!
