• CEM (7/5): Bir gecelik konaklama için iyi bir deneyim. - Dairenin içi yenilenmiş, dolaplarda ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz yedek ( yastık-battaniye vs ) eşyalar mevcut. Mutfak çok donanımlıydı, kahve-çay-türk kahvesi bile vardı. Daire apartmanın giriş altında, kiralama öncesinde bu detay verilmemişti ( ya da biz görmedik ) dolayısıyla balkon veya üst kattan manzara beklentiniz varsa burası onu karşılayamayacaktır.

• Ahmet (10/5): Bir daha geldiğimde, müsait olursa kesinlikle yine burada kalırım. Gerçekten mükemmeldi. - Tesis oldukça merkezi bir konumda, şehrin tam kalbinde yer alıyor. Sahile, restoranlara ve kafelere çok yakın olup hepsine yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz. Ev oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi. Isınma ve klima sistemi sorunsuz bir şekilde çalışıyordu. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. The property is very centrally located, right in the heart of the city. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and cafes. The house was very clean and well-organized. The heating and air conditioning systems were working perfectly without any issues. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία, ακριβώς στην καρδιά της πόλης. Είναι σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από την παραλία, τα εστιατόρια και τις καφετέριες. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο. Η θέρμανση και ο κλιματισμός λειτουργούσαν άψογα χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους. Имотът се намира на много централно място, точно в сърцето на града. Намира се на пешеходно разстояние от плажа, ресторантите и кафенетата. Жилището беше много чисто и подредено. Отоплението и климатикът работеха перфектно без никакви проблеми. Горещо го препоръчвам на всички.

• Mihaylova (4/5): - Апартамента е голям и е на центъра. Апартамента беше в мазето, всичко миришеше на влага и застояло, дори и кърпите, а в банята се задържаше вода и имаше и хлебарки. Тъй като е в мазето прозорците бяха на нивото на улицата, като са отворени е много шумно, а като се затворят миризмата е ужасна, нямах търпение да си тръгна.Леглото беше неудобно.

• Zlatina (6/5): Excellent location, apartment in a basement. - Excellent location, but it is an apartment in a basement, clean, yet not really cozy. The fridge is good, strong, you will find ice cubes, but bring water. No coffee machine, only instant Nescafé and a system for Greek coffee (but bring coffee for it too). There is a problem with the toilet. It’s just not working properly. The bedroom has no wardrobe, it is in the living room, if you need it as a second room, could be a bit challenge for the third guest.
