- Ramon (3/5): It was fine until the very last day when the staff took my suitcases hostage until I purchased brand new linens for them - The space is large and quite cost-effective The stairways are very dark, and I kept tripping in the dark to get to my room. The distance between the front door and the apartment is very long and involved many staircases. The staff was not very responsive in terms of providing linens or towels. They gave me one towel and one set of linens which I had to wash over and over again they were not satisfied with my washing of the lines. I ended up having to pay them for two sets of linens and a mattress cover and a duvet, cause they claimed that I had not washed it well enough they kept my suitcases hostage until I came back with brand new linens that I purchased that shopping mall I found this extremely disturbing I requested for the linens that they claim had been soiled and had not been cleaned well to be given to me since I was giving them brand new linens and they did when I came home. I washed the linens, and the lines were perfectly fine. The staff members appeared to the very end of my trip and the band that I either pay for Brenda or get them most of which I did, but I found the extremely annoying. I almost missed my plane because of this, but I resolved it because I didn’t wanna have any outstanding issues with the staff. This is the worst Airbnb experience that I’ve had in my entire time as a client of Booking.com.

- Denisa (7/5): A spacious loft in the nice and quite area of Medellin - Great location with quite surroundings, very helpful and nice people (owners), they changed us the room when we asked, they gave us everything what was missing in the kitchen, live tree in the living room, a nice neighbour who took us to the far airport by car Ii is important to have healthy room with no mold on the ceiling (in the living room). I am sensitive person so I prefer rooms with no mold in all places where I go.

- Adriana (3/5): - Nos costó muchísimo contactar con el anfitrión. Cuando apareció nos enseñó la casa al detalle, pero las fotos no corresponden con la realidad. Primero que el edificio está en obras, están haciendo mas apartamentos. Nos exigió que no dejásemos las toallas manchadas cuando resulta que las colchas de las camas si lo estaban. Las paredes llenas de bichos muertos, el baño no estaba muy limpio (los muebles tenían humedades por dentro), el tapizado de las sillas roto, en general no nos causo buena impresión así que decidimos irnos a un hotel que encontramos al momento.

This was only for one night so we tolerated it but the construction work sounds started right at 7:30 a.m. not allowing us to sleep in. The curtain will fall off the holders, but the rolms were spacious for a large family
