• Michael (8/5): Great experience exept few little things - It is nice and quiet part of rome. We had bottle of water in the fridge for free. Nice and cozy room. Almost nothing bad was there. You live in same apartment with the owner witch is not the problem because you wont even know about her but she is smoking in there and it smels on hall and in bathroom wich is not good. You have acces only for busses around there and they going randomly and definetly not as scheduled but it is not the problem of this accomodation.

Eravamo reduci da un viaggio lungo e fatto di notte ... aver ricevuto questa gentilezza è stata per noi una benedizione ❤️. È una donna estremamente gentile e disponibile. La struttura è posizionata anche in un bel quartiere. Consiglio vivamente

• Ludwig (8/5): Overall, our stay was nice, the host was welcoming and the whole place was clean and orgazised. We had a good experience - The property was in a quiet neighbourhood, the host was friendly and nice, didn’t bother us at all, for the time that we stayed there. It was very far away from tram/bus stops. At any stops close to the accommodation, buses were irregular. If you book this property, make sure to take around 50 minutes to get to the city.
• Denis (8/5): Very fair value for money. - Friendly owner Flavia is very hospitable and shares her apartment with guests. Room is big enough and equipped with air conditioner. Private bathroom for guests. Quiet area with public parking on the street. Nothing was wrong for us but I believe future guests must be aware of few things. There is no separate kitchen for guests so if you want to cook you will need to share the kitchen with the owner. There are two cats (very friendly and lovely) who live on the host’s side.

• Mayda (10/5): Warm, Comfortable Stay with a Thoughtful Host in a Quiet, Charming Area - Our stay with Flavia was comfortable from the very beginning: she was very communicative, helpful, and friendly throughout. She even offered to pick us up from the train station, as her place is uphill, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We immediately felt at home and appreciated how easygoing she was, especially since she hosted us on her birthday! The space was spotless and cozy. The room is nicely furnished, the balcony is spacious, the bed very comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the two beautiful, curious cats were an added bonus for us. We loved having them around! The area is peaceful and quiet at night, which was exactly what we needed after traveling. There are also some great restaurants about 15 minutes away on foot. We’re grateful to have met Flavia and hope to stay with her again in the future (:
• Andreea (8/5): We had a good stay :) - The room is big and well equipped, AC is available and the neighborhood is quiet. We got a good night's rest. Flavia, the host, was really nice, she welcomed us upon our arrival and gave us a ride from the train station. We didn't know in advance that we were going to share an apartment with the host. She gave us our privacy, but it'd have been nice to know. The room is quite far away from the center, but there are several busses in the proximity.
• Piotr (3/5): Poor - The room was very clean. It is far away from center. The room is next to the road so it is hard to sleep at night. In the offer is said that room is equipped with kitchen basic equipment, but when I asked about knife the owner said „you booked just a room, so I can’t help you”. Seriously? I just wanted to split the panini. What’s more the owner woke us at 7:00 am, although we have still much time. I do not recommend this place, it’s much better to rent a room in a hotel.
• Lauren (6/5): Spend a little more for an accommodation close to the center - The hosts were friendly and kind, can speak Italian and French. There are multiple cafes around the corner for morning coffee and it is quiet at night. The exact location was not identified correctly online, it was way farther from any accessible trains, night life, restaurants or sightseeing locations, making most of our time there revolved around commuting via bus. We did not know there are 2 cats in the apartment and my mother is allergic.

• Camila (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean The room and bathroom were clean and overall It wasn't a bad stay. I just wish they would state the conditions clearly on Booking. The host started yelling at me for arriving later than what my booking said - as It did not say on Booking that It was a private residence and according to Booking It is a "hotel" with multiple rooms; I thought it wouldn't be a problem as there was reception. It was a room in a shared house which Booking didn't state. The next day, I wake up with my couple telling me that there was someone looking through the window of our room (the host was checking if we were asleep to ask for something). She didn't knock on the door, which I think is rude.
