• MARIA DOLORES (8/5): Relación calidad- precio estupenda. Limpieza perfecta y personal 10. - El personal es muy atento y si tienes cualquier duda o problema resuelven enseguida. La ubicación, la limpieza, las instalaciones en general y la comodidad de la cama. Dejan varias almohadas, lo que se agradece para elegir la que prefieras. Relación calidad- precio muy buena Tal y como se ve en las fotos. Aunque íbamos dos, elegimos entre otras cosas el alojamiento por disponer de sofá cama porque por comidad queríamos dormir en camas separadas, pero no pudimos utilizarlo porque era imposible dormir allí porque se clavan todas las dobleces de la estructura. No dispone de tostador ni microondas. No dispone de ascensor y es un quinto piso.

• Maud (9/5): Appartement de charme en cité romaine - La déco est originale et bourgeois-boheme. L'appartement est très bien équipé. L'emplacement est top. Les interlocuteurs sont réactifs. Un meilleur canapé ou quelques fauteuils pourraient rendre l'endroit encore plus accueillant quand on rentre fourbus de longues balades romaines.

• Albers (7/5): This place is wonderful! It was perfect for a weekend. - This accommodation is in a really great neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants close by. The street itself is really cute with cute shops just across the street. The stay is comfortable, the AC unit in the bedroom was AMAZING especially in June. There is no elevator and it’s on the top floor, and the 36€ fee in cash they need at checkin

• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, airy apartment on a top floor with artwork, books, and seemed to be some furniture remaining from the times when it was inhabited by owners, which creates a feeling of staying in an authentic roman apartment. Monti is a vibrant neighborhood with cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and a majority of sightseeing from a few minutes walk to a half-hour or so. However, Monti differs from other popular neighborhoods of Rome with a more balanced mix of locals and tourists, which, to my preference, is a big plus. Well equipped kitchen, very good WiFi. There is a lot of natural light in the mornings and most part of the day during sunny days. View of beautiful via Urbana from 2 windows, even prettier during a holiday season with light garlands. People managing the property are great in all aspects: communication prior, during, and even after the stay, fast in responding, flexible in terms of special requests - in one sentence "happy to make your stay happy".
• Claudia (10/5): Exceptional - This place is amazing, it’s big has its own kitchen, sofa, air conditioner. The street where this place is at it’s amazing full of restaurants and mini markets, also is near by Fontana di Trevi about 15 min walking, and near by the colosseum about 10 min walking. I definitely would stay here again. Its in the fifth floor without elevator, but i didn’t mind.

• Katherine (9/5): Superb - Beautiful property in a perfect location to explore Rome on foot. It was clean and beautifully presented. The staff communicated with us well throughout the stay. Don’t underestimate the 5 floors of stairs. We are very fit and found it hard with our suitcases. My Brother slept on the sofa bed and found it quite uncomfortable, wouldn’t recommend using this for more than a couple of nights.
• Maxim (4/5): Disappointing - The house is part of a period building that dates back to 18th century. Property has a strong character Unfortunately, the living room required some refreshing, particularly the ceiling, which looked bad due to a previous leak

• Aistė (8/5): Very good - We loved the apartment itself and it's location - via Urbana. The street is full of nice little restaurants and shops. Personell was also very helpful and kind :) The only thing was that check in was few hours later then expected, but only because of pure mistake, so we are sure it's not a common thing. Overall loved this accommodation and would recommend to others:)
• Natalia (5/5): I wouldn’t recommend this apartment - Sofa bed is impossible to sleep, I ended up sleeping on the floor instead. 5th floor without lift. The area is noisy and dirty. Vatican is 1 hour work, Pantheon -30 min.
