Aspecto a tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor y son dos plantas a subir con escalera estrecha. Faltaria una mesa por si se quiere desayunar alli. Por todo lo demas excepcional

• Liudmila (8/5): Номер просторный но немного бестолковый. - Мы бронировали пентхаус. Номер просторный, но как оказалось немного "бестолковый". Из хорошего - удобное бесконтактное заселение. Прикроватные розетки и выключатели. Шторы блэкаут (правда свет всё равно проникает). В номере была кофемашина и набор капсул для неё, также капсулы и чай можно было пополнить при входе в отель (на первом этаже была коробка с чайными принадлежностями). Есть полноценный холодильник с морозильной камерой. Номер светлый (весь покрашен белой краской). Не совсем в центре, но до центра недалеко Лестница наверх к номеру не очень удобная, ступени узкие, а лифта нет. В номере есть кухня, которой НЕЛЬЗЯ пользоваться. Есть духовка - но её нельзя включать, есть посудомойка - но на ней тоже висит табличка с просьбой не включать... В спальне нет нормальных шкафов с полками (есть один небольшой шкаф с вешалками) из-за чего свои вещи мне пришлось сложить в шкафу на кухне. В гостиной - столовой нет обеденного стола и даже журнального столика.

• Maria Jose (7/5): Aún ese incidente nos volveríamos a alojar - El alojamiento está muy bien Lo veo inseguro lo que es la puerta , de madrugada nos levantamos y la puerta estaba abierta, nos asustamos porque se quedó por la noche cerrada perfectamente y ver que nos la habían abierto y estuvimos durmiendo con la puerta así nos asustamos. No vi esa parte muy segura .

Geen lawaai. -van bed naar wc is er een afstapje, wat wat gevaarlijker is om s nachts naar het toilet te moeten gaan. Mss een automatisch lampje er plaatsen bij langskomen? -douchekop mss tijd om te vernieuwen, straal mag harder zijn. -Kraantje in wc lekt wat.

The bed was very comfy. The location was also fab, only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bruges. Lieve and Jan were incredibly helpful - they allowed us to check in at 12pm and replied quickly to messages I sent. We would definitely return if we visit Bruges again! Thank you so much. Nothing :)
• elaine (9/5): Beautiful , relaxing stay . - Beautiful property and apartment in a really nice location , it was a lovely short scenic walk along the canal to the main area. Hosts replied very fast to any questions I asked and was kind enough to allow an earlier check in which was much appreciated. Plenty of space in the apartment to relax after a day sightseeing. Just the step down to the toilet i found to be a trip hazard , I think a strip light or something to define it could make it safer .

• pagano (6/5): Due giorni a Bruge - Carino ed accogliente, comodo per essere vicino al centro Lavandino nella stanza , lontano dal water. Uno stanzino per il water, una doccia in un altro posto ed il lavandino nella camera da letto. Per noi italiani inaccettabile, capisco che non usano il bidet ma un lavandino nella stanza water lo volete mettere. Anche perché il posto c'e.
• Sven (9/5): TOP - Top locatie op enkele minuten lopen vanaf het centrum! De kamer is zeer ruim en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. In de avond hadden we veel last van muggen maar daar was op voorbereid met de aanwezige bestrijdingsmiddelen. De hosts reageerden snel op berichten en waren vriendelijk toen we hen zagen na uitchecken, De gratis parkeergelegenheid is een eind lopen maar dit valt te verwachten in een stadscentrum.

• George (5/5): Lovely stay in a lovely hotel. Just needs some care and it would be phenomenal - It was a very spacious property in a quiet location. It had everything you could possibly need to make for a quiet, restful stay. The location was also very close to the centre making it easy to commute into the city. There was bits of damage across some of the room from a previous person staying. So was quite clear it either had heavy use and need a bit of refurbishment. This was present with a large chunk being taken out of the cupboard door in the kitchen, the freezer compartment door in the fridge and lights in the shower room that barely worked. This did not necessarily interrupt our stay but it is a shame when you have to work around some of the features that should work. Although this paragraph is larger, it would not stop me going here again. It was a lovely space overall and there was an electrician in the property on the morning we were leaving. It would have been nice to see these things fixed for our stay however.

Consigliato - Posizione ottima, camera spaziosa e ben curata, piccolo ingresso dotato di ogni comfort per una piccola colazione (bollitore e macchinetta del caffè, completo di tutto), ottima pulizia e grande doccia. Lo staff è stato disponibile via telefono. Abbiamo segnalato un piccolo problema e sono stati davvero tempestivi nella risposta. Entrando nella struttura inoltre c’è un piccolo frigo messo a disposizione di tutti i clienti, con acqua e bibite che possono essere acquistate ad un prezzo onestissimo. Il lavandino nella camera da letto. Il bagno è praticamente destrutturato. Doccia da una parte, toilette in un vano separato a fianco (questa cosa potrebbe avere i suoi vantaggi) ma lavandino in camera da letto. Gusto personale ovviamente.

We will be recommending this marvellous apartment to our friends and fami - Excellent location, only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Bruges but out of the busy tourist area. Lovely welcome from the owners of the property and great breakfast provided at their B&B, just around the corner. Also, loved the decor and the comfortable beds. The blinds let in some light in the morning, so perhaps adding curtains would help.
• Johanna (9/5): Schöne moderne Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. - Schöne helle und große Unterkunft. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Vermieter haben bei Fragen immer schnell geantwortet. Man könnte etwas dunklere Vorhänge anbringen.
• Karin (8/5): Twee fijne nachten gehad. - Voldoende ruimte, ook voor je spulletjes. Fijn bed en lekkere douche. Veel ramen die ook allemaal open kunnen. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst! We konden gebruik maken van de eigen parkeergarage tegen betaling. Helemaal prima! Ligging was ook top! We vonden het jammer dat de keuken niet volledig te gebruiken is. De combi magnetron die er stond was lastig te bedienen. We misten de mogelijkheid om af te wassen, het water bleef niet staan en er was geen afwasmiddel/borstel. Hoe andere mensen dit dan hebben gedaan is ons een raadsel en was alles dan wel schoon of enkel afgespoeld? Ook geen zeep of handdoek in de keuken. Een eitje koken was helaas ook niet mogelijk. Een snijplank en een groot mes was fijn geweest. Handdoekje en zeep in het toilet misten we ook.

• Mark (10/5): A charming little boutique hotel nearby a beautiful canal in stunning Brugges! - The room was well furnished, nicely equipped and quite charming. The toiletries were nice and the coffee pods and machines were a welcome treat. Also liked the complimentary bottles of water. All this in a quiet location close to one of the canals. I didn’t like that you could not turn off the light in the room’s front room (where the mini refrigerator, coffee machine and writing desk were). It was possible to dim the light a little. But not enough!

• Roger (9/5): Stylish and comfortable apartment in a quieter but conveniently situated area of Bruges - Convenient location, quiet, well equipped, comfortable, light, spacious and stylish. The stepped areas inside the apartment were a bit of an obstacle to begin with but soon became familiar. The toilet cubicle was quite dark even with the internal lighting and the wash basin was small with no hot water provision though hot and cold water was available from the sink opposite the wet room.

I appreciated the coffee machine in the room. Made for a great start to the day. The room is large with plenty of natural light, I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Residence 9 Bruges.

• Andrea (9/5): Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage, sehr zu empfehlen - Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Eine ruhige, wunderschöne Gegend bei einem Kanal und trotzdem im Zentrum. Mit Bus ganz einfach zu erreichen. Die Wohnung im letzten Stock ist sehr stylisch und hell. Super sauber. Man fühlt sich wirklich wohl. Der Empfang und Check - in reibungslos und sehr freundlich Begrüßung. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr begrenzt. Ein großes Messer und Essteller wären gut.
