• Susan (10/5): Our stay at Chaveney Cottage - Cottage was lovely. The kitchen had everything you need. The rooms were spacious and it had a downstairs cloakroom as well as the upstairs bathroom. It also has a garden though we never used this. Everything was great

• Claudia Romanita (10/5): Au fost trei zile speciale, petrecut cu fiul meu, înainte de începerea facultății ! - Nu am avut mic dejun la locație! Dar locația este foarte bună, liniștită și potrivită pentru cele trei zile . Eu l-am adus pe fiul meu la universitatea din Loughborough, acesta a fost scopul călătoriei . Locația s-a potrivit mănușă ! Mi-ar fi plăcut să fie pernele din puf sau pene de gâscă !

• James (5/5): A little bit rundown. Bathrooms mouldy round sealant and sticky vinyl floor. -
• Paul (5/5): Ok - Good location. Kitchen sink was not clean, I needed to scrub.
• Nigel (8/5): Very good - We liked the space so much we would like to buy it! The driveway is very narrow. The house is constantly in the shadows, making it slightly cold and needing the lights on.
• Sharon (7/5): Lovely location shame about upkeep - Location, Maintenance of property poor. Most windows blown, need replacing. Both toilets didn't flush properly. Downstairs w.c taps, hot tap didn't work, reported within a week of being there, took 6 weeks to sort. Constant leak under kitchen sink. Had 3 different people out before it was sorted. Front door real draft. Large king bed, springs gone, every time you turned over contant springing. Back garden unloved, might be winter months but should still be maintained. Garden furniture!!!! Such a shame could be a lovely property, assume owner is unaware House is maintained by agency.

• Phil (5/5): With a little attention to detail by the owner and management company this review would have been highly commendable. Ba - Great location and peaceful. No heating instructions. No toilet roll in the toilet. The toilet u-bend is disgusting and extremely scaled/stained. Toilet doesn't flush what it needs to first time round.
• Christine (8/5): Very good - Great location for exploring the area for the first time. Quiet cul de sac but handy for major routes. Good network of public footpaths to explore the area. Could have done with some oven proof dishes. Also information on how the water/heating was programmed would have been helpful.
