• alexandre (4/5): L'apparement était bien, mais on ne relouera pas chez cet hébergeur ! - Nous avons loué via la plateforme Booking un appartement avec 2 chambres, dont une équipé d’un lit double. Le fait que l’appartement propose une chambre avec un lit double a été déterminant pour nous dans notre décision de louer cet appartement dans le cadre de notre week end de vacances en couple à Barcelone Nous avons été surpris en arrivant à l’appartement que celui ci propose 2 chambres à 2 lits simples. La grande chambre, prétendue être la chambre en lit double se compose en réalité de 2 lits simples, équipés de draps en lit simple. De surcroits, les 2 lits simples ne sont pas de même hauteur, ce qui empêche de recréer un lit double même si des draps pour lit double était mis à notre disposition. Nous avons prévenu immédiatement la réception de l’hébergeur, qui se trouve à une distance de plusieurs kilomètres de l’appartement que nous avons loué. Celui n’a pas souhaité se déplacer. Il nous a informé que la direction savait que les conditions de l’appartement avaient changé, mais que l’annonce n’avait pas été mise à jour. Malgré cela, il n’a pas souhaité donner suite à notre réclamation.
• Kat (9/5): Comfortable apartment in great beach location - Fantastic time at the apartment. Feels nice and spacious. The double bed was very comfortable and nice en suite shower. The second room was smaller with a small shower. Maybe best for smaller people/ children. Nice overall and great value for money. Easy to get to cafes and the beach. Lots of taxis passing by and a short walk to the Metro.

Saimme ensin vain yhdet avaimet, mutta onneksi pyynnöstä toiset. Matkalaukun olisi kyllä voinut jättää heidän toimistolleen säilöön, kun asunto oli luovutettu, mutta sinne oli 1 h matka autolla.

• Nancy N. (9/5): - I stayed with friends and both of our dogs. The flat is a decent size for four people. The furniture and fittings are all top-class and high-quality. I was super pleased with the bed, as it was very comfy and the amazing A/C which was super quiet during the night. Location is also fairly good with close access to the beach. Metro quite a walk but there are buses. We mainly used Taxis. Great that dogs were allowed and also no extra charge as most other place do. Nice little courtyard where we also met lots of local dogs and people. Small selection of toiletries was also nice. The refund of the deposit was quick and easy. There was a sentence in the separate rental contract I had to sign about possible work on the exterior of the building. I was not happy about this as didn't want to sign something without seeing the property. The staff was adamant that I needed to sign it before check-in. After a bit back and forth they confirmed that the work done is not near the flat, which was also true when we got there. The building itself is very big. However, there was some sort of renovation in the flat above us. It didn't bother us too much as we were mostly out but one morning it started very early. The only other downside was the less amount of cutlery, plates and glasses. There was one set of four and this was not enough and practical to stay for a full week. The dishwasher is super big so it was only filled one quarter to be used. There was no kitchen towel, only one small soap and one dishwasher tablet. Everything else we had to buy. Like other people said some salt/pepper or sugar would have been good as basics for most guests. Balcony could have some nicer seating arrangements but it was ok for now. Also one mirror in the small bedroom would be good.

• Lisa (8/5): Very good - Good location close to shops and bars in pobleneu and also within good walking distance of the forum area. Apartment was spacious and clean and the staff were really helpful in letting us in a little earlier than scheduled. They brought the keys to us which seems to be an improvement since the other reviews. Beds were comfy and the area was quiet. Balcony could be doing with a couple more chairs - only 2. Showers were pretty annoying - the shower heads didn't stay in place so you had to hold it instead while showering, exasperated by the fact there was nowhere to actually sit soap so bit of a juggling act. Single use items - should replace tiny plastic showergels, washing up loquid etc with bigger reusable bottles. Most apartments now have communal salt, pepper, oil so each person doesn't have to purchase all over again and then waste but they didn't. Left ours there but suspect they may remove.
