• Jasmine (5/5): Decent for a short stay but not the best. - Price and location were great, especially for a studio. Room was very spacious and had plenty of outlets. Quick to switch one of our rooms when it smelled like someone had smoked in there. Staff was clearly upset and ignored everyone in there for a while. Would not let us check in at first and didn't inform us of the deposit ahead of time. Was a little dirty and unstable. Tub was visibly dirty and slightly grimy. Fridge was leaning and the shower faucet was very loose.

• Herman (2/5): - The location was close to the interstate. They wouldn’t give us more wash clothes and the floors were dirty. On several occasions I asked for wash clothes but never received them.

• Shenese (2/5): - I had to book another hotel, I was uncomfortable utilizing the bathroom or sleeping on the bed. The outlets were detached from the wall, it had an odor, the front desk personnel was very professional and willing to assist, however the accommodations were horrible, I’m traveling with my two daughters ages 6 & 2, my oldest asked me if we could leave.

• Shakeirra (3/5): It was ok - There pool was good and it was one lady tht was very kind to us. She checked me in and gave me some pool towels. The air conditioner flooded in our room. They don’t really make it known tht everything is separate when it comes to suburban. So we didn’t get no room service. Then when we did ask for towels they rudely told us to go to the front desk. And the room was dirty. The floor was so dirty I had to throw me n my kids socks away , becuz they was not funna come clean.

• Clark (1/5): Horrible - The image on the internet wasn’t the image of the place. It appeared to be run down and very undesirable. It didn’t appear safe at night due to the clientele’s seedy behaviors. I’m also disappointed with booking.com for not knowing the rate of the places they have on their site, but most importantly their not knowing what time check in is! All of the above!

• SYekia (7/5): It was good for the price. - It was easy to get to. The staff were very friendly. The parking lot was clean and well lit. The room was a great size. And the amenities in the room were great. The room smelled like smoke. The smoke smell got in my clothes even after wiping the whole room down and spraying room freshener. The guest next door was extremely loud and fighting in the middle of the night. There was no housekeeping. I was there for 3 days and I was expecting someone to come and at least get the trash.

• Susan (2/5): - It was listed as Suburban Studios Santee. It is not in Santee. It is in Orangeburg, directly off the highway and in a bad neighborhood.
• kimberly (8/5): - The housekeeping or maintainence staff knock on our room door at 10 am to ask us what time will we be leaving knowing that check out time is at 11 am. When we arrive at 3pm no smoking rooms were available so we had to wait for about 30 minutes and their still was no smoking rooms so we had to get a nonsmoking room.

All times of night strangers knocked at my door no one answerd when i called the front desk. 4. 6:00 me and my wife went outside for a cigarette numerous cops where in the parkinglot 5.With 3 hours before checkout maids appear rushing us to leave.

• Terrence (1/5): Bad - I got there at 4pm. They told me they have no clean rooms right now. She told me to wait in the lobby until one of the workers come back with a paper saying rooms are clear. I waited 15mins then I went to another hotel that was prepared.
• Sanders (5/5): It's was quiet some of the socket didn't work but we made it happen - It's was good When I went to to front desk to get Sheets cause my dog pee on it that when I went up front to get get cleaned ones but I was told that all the housekeeper was gone so I went back to my room with dirty sheets
