• Thomas (9/5): Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die auf der Routa Sinco einen Zwischenstop einlegen wollen. - Sehr gute Lage an der Routa Sinco / Carretera Austral. Im Ort vieles fußläufig erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die sich um jede Kleinigkeit kümmern. Für den Preis eine klare Empfehlung! Die Ausstattung im Wohnbereich könnte etwas besser sein. Teller, Besteck und ein Wasserkocher wären hilfreich. Aber das kommt vielleicht noch.

Cristofer y su pareja se desviven por hacerte muy fácil tu estancia, sus consejos permiten organizar las visitas más importantes de la zona y sus consejos para comer son excelentes. • JM Patricio (7/5): - La atención del propietario. Es un hostal con interiores reformados, pero hay dos aspectos que no nos gustaron: 1. Sólo hay un baño compartido por los huéspedes de las 5 o 6 habitaciones. Además no tiene calefactor, que es imprescindible! 2. El aislamiento entre habitaciones es inexistente. Se oye todo!

• Ayelet (10/5): - המארחים נחמדים מאוד, נקי, שקט והחימום היה מצוין. אפשר להוסיף לחדרים ווי תלייה נוספים ומראות. בנוסף, המארחת אמרה שאם רוצים מים חמים אפשר לבקש ממנה. נראה לי שעדיף פשוט להשאיר קומקום חשמלי וכמה ספלים באסור המשותף (אין מטבח).
• PATRICIA (5/5): Sirve para el paso, pero desproporcionada precio calidad - Solo que estaba cerca para tomar el transbordador( ferry) En general la instalación, ventanas muy chicas, un sólo baño para todos los dormitorios. La piesa no contaba con velador, repisas, menos closet. Sin basurero
• Nina (8/5): - Der Besitzer ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, wie man am besten nach Chaitén kommt, und zu Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und alles ist blitzsauber. Besonders schön ist auch der kleine Gemeinschaftsbereich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert. Es gab keine Küche. Das wäre an sich okay, allerdings gab es nicht einmal einen Kühlschrank oder einen Wasserkocher. Das gehört für mich zur absoluten Grundausstattung eines Hostels. Zudem gab es nur eine einzige Toilette, in der auch die Dusche integriert war. Das ist definitiv zu wenig für die Anzahl der Zimmer. Besonders morgens und abends muss man mit Wartezeiten rechnen.

• Sandra (9/5): Superb - New and bright room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom Little furniture in the room and no bedside tables to put things on.
• Philip (10/5): Consider it a hotel room - Very friendly staff. Basic but clean. It was a very warm and cozy place to stay, and we loved the hospitality. It doesn't have a communal kitchen and so you rely on the host for water, cooking, etc. Would be great if the host adds a microwave.

• Stefanie (10/5): Exceptional - If you look for friendly hospitality then this is a good place to be at. Everything is very clean and new. The beds are comfortable, it's warm and the breakfast is delicious. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful . I really enjoyed my stay in Chaitén.

• Elena (10/5): Don't miss out on this hidden gem! - Let me start with the host, Cristofer is very welcoming and kind. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, this property has been made with love and you can tell on every detail. They keep the place very clean, their beds are comfortable, their breakfast ia superb, and they are walking distance to many shops around town and the Costanera (the coastline). I would love to go back to Chaitén and stay at Verdeagua again, I recommend this place 100% N/A
• Seraina (8/5): Great stay - Great owners who stayed awake for us until 3am because our ferry was delayed! Rooms are very cosy and clean, as well as the showers. Rather high price for the area. Would be nice if towels are provided.

• Barbara (10/5): Fabulous place - The rooms were really clean and the property was close to everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful, going over and above.
• Frances (10/5): Exceptional - Cute little place, was comfortable and close to everything. The guy that runs it is very friendly and helpful with information on buses and things to go locally. Zero noise insulation so you could hear people snoring in other parts of the house - take ear plugs.

• Frisia (8/5): Good but has room for improvements - The owners were super nice and responsive! The bed was super comfortable and the shower was hot. The woodburner is located on the other side of the bedrooms. It does get freezing at night but they have extra blankets. A trash can in the living space would be nice!

• Dayle (8/5): Very good - The hosts are kind and easy to communicate with. The accommodation is clean and very new. It is easy to walk anywhere in town. Breakfast is available for reasonable price and is plentiful and delicious. The sound proofing is not ideal. As the accommodation is still new there are a few basic things which could be improved eg. Access to rubbish bin, amount of seating in common areas, darker curtains - however it is clear the hosts are actively improving and wouldn't discourage people from staying due to this.
• Simon (9/5): Superb - Very new, simple hostel (woodburner was put in between my stays at start and finish of Ruta 7 road trip!), so clean, spotless new bathroom with very comfortable bed. Wonderful host family - nothing too much trouble. Host will be adding a sofa to the communal area soon. 5-10 minute walk to the main street. Quiet. Thank you.

• Rajeev (10/5): Great new hostal - New hostal with very kind and helpful hosts, able to converse in English and Spanish. The breakfast is excellent!
• Moira (9/5): Restful and peaceful - So clean, the building was brand new, it was quiet and comfy! I wasn’t expecting to stay in Chaiten but there were no buses and this hostel had an early check-in time and was available and they saved my life! There was only one bathroom and no kitchen but the host is obviously doing the best they can as it is under construction.
• Holly (10/5): Comfortable, new and friendly! - A very clean, tidy and modern hostel. The owner was so friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and were flexible with me in my circumstances. They gave hot water for free tea and coffee. They were able to store my bike here too. The building is newly renovated so it was a very comfortable stay and comfortable beds. Nice seating area upstairs also. Highly recommend if you're in the area! Thank you!

• Peter (7/5): Nice couple, full of willingness to be a good Hostel. It is newly worked on. - Nice owners. No mirrors anywhere, hard to shave…. A hate noisy dogs, locals in this country do not disciplin their pets. Roaming free, barking at all hours.
