• paula (10/5): Pleasant and a great location - The apartment was exactly as it was described. Lovely, elevator was a plus to get luggage up to the apartment. Everything was close by including great places to eat and a market.

• yunchih (9/5): 方便舒適的住宿！ - 距離火車站走路約10分鐘，附近有自助洗衣店及超市小販。走路到老橋也不遠，雖不在主要景點的區域，但小而美有日光陽台可曬衣服。非常方便！ 因義大利電路老舊，同時開三台冷氣就跳電了。還好屋主立即告知處理方式。客浴的洗臉台冷熱水有些問題，無法供應正常水量的冷水。

• Romeo (10/5): A great place to stay in Florence - This is a great place to stay in Florence! It was spacious enough for my entire party, especially with the two bathrooms. The A/C was much appreciated and we even had access to laundry. It's in a great location, we were able to walk everywhere from this location. The only downside is that the power went out due to us running the hair dryer and A/C at the same time. That was definitely our fault since there are signs posted to be careful when running multiple applications. But there weren't any instructions on how to reset the breaker and we couldn't get a hold of the host. Good thing it was the morning we were checking out!

• Anca (9/5): Great value for the money - Almost everything was great. Really close to the center, yet not so close to the crowded and loud streets. The apartment was very clean and we were offered evrything - from towels and toiletries to equiped kitchen and advice for visiting the city. The hosts are very friendly and eager to help. The isolation is not so good and it would get very cold in the room at night, although the temperature outside didn’t go that down. If you are used to sleep in 18-max 20 degrees, then it’s ok😂

• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment's location is perfect. It's about 5-8 minutes away from the train station, but it's still quiet. 3 minutes away, you will reach the river. The apartment is a two bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms, and there are three air conditioners; one in each room. Greg was very welcoming and seemed extremely ecstatic to meet us. He met with us when we checked in and gave us detailed instructions for the apartment ; how to turn on the stove, where things were, the wifi, etc. For power issues the other reviewers left, turning on all the air conditioners and other appliances, the power may shut down. Greg explained why it would happen and how to fix it if it happens. It was very simple and straightforward. He gave us multiple recommendations on restaurants and gelato shops. One of the recommendations was the local market with a restaurant with mostly locals. We had lunch there twice in a row ; both times we ate wonderful food. Overall, a great experience with this apartment. Highly recommend. Nothing
• Abhishek (7/5): For the facilities, apartment was very expensive. I will - Apartment size is good, furniture is good Cleaning is big issue. We stayed for 8 days. For 8 days, no apartment cleaning, no refill of toiletries. Washing machine is very basic.
• Berrak (10/5): Exceptional - The house was very clean. There were air conditions in the bedrooms and the living room. We were 2 families, so having 2 bathroom was super. It was very close to the train station. And also 15 minutes to the center by walk. Gregorio was out of the city but he answered quickly to my messages. His father met us in front of the apartment. He was so kind. There was an elevator. 10 minutes after we entered the apartment, the electricity went off (the fuse had blown). Gregorio helped us on the phone to fix it. We had it 2 times.
• Belal (7/5): Good - Nice location, and at first, the check-in was great. 1. During the first night, the electricity cut out at 12:00, and we called the owner of the apartment many times with no answer back from him. We got a message back from him early in the morning telling us how to get the power back, but we had already figured it out that night at 2:00am. 2. my daughter was coming to sleep on the sofa bed, she found tiny bugs on the couch and in-between the blankets and didn't feel comfortable sleeping there for the rest of the stay.
