• Marinela (9/5): Central și confortabil - Locația excelentă, exact lângă Biserica neagră, vila spațioasă și confortabilă, 2 doarmitoare, 2 băi și 2 canapele extensibile, noi am beneficiat și de 2 locuri de parcare, bucătărie complet utilată, plus o grădină în care poți fuma și poți asculta ciripitul păsărelelor.

• איילון שלח (10/5): - את המיקום המושלם, ממש במרכז אך שקט ועם חצר פרטית. מזגן, וחניה! המטבח מאובזר, עם מדיח כלים ויש מכונת כביסה. התקשורת עם המארח הייתה מצויינת, תודה רבה!
• Delia (10/5): BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS APARTMENT BY THE BLACK CHURCH - This is a beautiful apartment with access to an interior courtyard located right by the Black Church in the heart of Brașov. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can easily sleep up to 8 people (2 sleeper sofas in addition to the bedrooms). It has a full kitchen and a washer (we dried our clothes au natural in the interior courtyard) plus AC. The owner, Nicoleta, was easily accessible and very communicative. The location is perfect right in the city center, under a minute's walk to the Black Church and the center square. There's a Starbucks nearby that makes great lattes, much better than in the States. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very cozy. Would absolutely recommend this place and plan on rebooking in the future.
• Israel (9/5): שהייה נעימה בדירה מצוינת, במיקום מושלם ליד הכיכר המרכזית, עם חצר פנימית שקטה ומקסימה. - דירה מקסימה בלב בראשוב. מיקום מעולה, 2 דקות ממרכז העיר העתיקה . אהבנו במיוחד את החצר הפנימית השקטה שנותנת תחושת פרטיות ורוגע. ממש מתאים למשפחות.
• Shirli (10/5): מושלם לשבת! - הכל היה נהדר. המטבח מאוד מרווח ונוח. מאובזר לחלוטין. יש שולחן אוכל גדול לסעודת שבת. קרוב מאוד מאוד לבית הכנסת ולמסעדה הכשרה. ניתן לשכור פלטה ומיחם בקהילה. יש חיישן תנועה שמדליק את האור. אבל המארחת אפשרה לנו לחסום אותו עם סלוטייפ שהיא נתנה לנו. המפתח לדירה מכני. המפתח לשער הכניסה אלקירוני אבל מצאנו דרך לעקוף אותו ולהשאיר את הדלת פתוחה. ישנה חצר נחמדה למשחק לילדים, מכונת כביסה, מזגן, טלויזיה. בקיצור מושלם, והמארחת סופר שירותית ונחמדה.

The location, just around the corner from the Black Church is particularly attractive, as well as the charm of the building; traditional on the outside and modern on the inside. The host was particularly friendly, helpful and accommodating. N/A

• Benny (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful place in the heart of the city—just a 1-minute walk to the Black Church and main square, and 3 minutes to the synagogue. The apartment is modern and beautifully designed, with a private yard exclusive to guests. We received the keys directly from the host at flexible hours, which was very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with an excellent induction stove, fridge, oven, and more, while a large dining table comfortably accommodated our group of seven for meals. There’s also a dedicated parking space for guests, which is essential in this location. The apartment was well-heated, making it cozy during our fall stay During our stay, we occasionally found other vehicles parked in our designated spot. The host was helpful in resolving this, but it could be an issue if you’re in a hurry
• Avidan (8/5): Very good - Best location, very clean and cozy. The shower upstairs was inconvenient for use because of the low ceiling.
• Relly (10/5): Lots of space, new and high quality - We had a great time at the apartment! it was clear that someone designed it carefully for a comfort and efficient stay with all the small details for storage, key hangers, shoe box and others. everything was high quality especially at the kitchen. I love the little patio at the entrance. It is at a prime location near Brasov main square so we could walk for the festival weekend or to mount Tampa. It is right next to the black church, I was actually hopping it will wake up my kids to go hiking but we got used to it too fast... The air-conditions were there but still not installed, but the owners got us fans and it was really ok with them
• Janet (10/5): Central apartment - The location was perfect, street is quiet, good to have some outside space to sit in the evening as well. Beds were comfortable. We loved the apartment and plan to return next year.
• Urs (8/5): Overall, my stay in Brasov’s Old Town was a charming and memorable experience. - Staying at an Downtown Premium in Brasov’s Old Town, right next to the Black Church, was an incredible experience. The location was perfect for exploring the charming cobblestone streets and historic sites. I loved waking up to the stunning views of the Black Church and being just steps away from the vibrant local cafes and shops. While my stay in Brasov’s Old Town was mostly delightful, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The church bells ringing at 7:00 am were a bit too early for my liking, making it hard to sleep in. Additionally, some of the local cafes and shops were a bit pricey, which added up over the course of my stay. However, these were small trade-offs for the overall wonderful experience.

• M (7/5): Overall it was very good. - Position of this apartment could not be better. The living and bedroom areas are nicely decorated and well kept. It is a great apartment and I would recommend it to others and I would stay here again if I came to Brasov. There were however a few things people might want to be aware of before staying here. Do not expect to do much cooking, there is a lack of cooking equipment and the oven is not useable. The outside area is used as storage by the owner and at least one other. They walked in without letting us know, without knocking, to get something they wanted. After that we locked the door while we were inside. Not sure what happens when we were out. Also,regarding privacy, There is a CCCTV camera in the top corner of the inner area. It is wired up and looks to be working. We were not told whether it was working or not. In fact it was not mentioned. We covered it with a cloth. The staircase is attractive but it is not practical nor is it safe especially for children. I am not sure about being asked to pay in cash. Booking.com say not to pay in cash, we were asked to do so by owner. I am just not sure if`s a good thing to do or not. As I say at the beginning we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the apartment to others and I would stay here again if it was available. Forewarned is forearmed.
• Lilach (8/5): location vs space - When you come back from a day trip it's wonderful to be 2 minute from all the Restaurants and pubs. The host was lovely. The kitchen had all we needed. Private parking!! Quiet and pleasant. The upper floor where the bedrooms are is an attic, so i couldn't stand in most of the floor. Also the beds are under the roof, so it's not comftable. The upper bedroom also have Diagonal ceiling, so i couldnt stand there, i had to seat to wash. The other bathroom is downstairs, so you have to cross the living room and clime the stairs in a towel to get back to your room. The couch in the living room is not in front of TV, so you can't just relex if you want in front the TV. There is a washing machine but not a dryer. And all the lights was daylight and not warm light, which made the apartment pale, but this maybe just my thing.
• Deborah (9/5): a couple of nights with my elderly father in Braşov, this made it comfortable and crazy- accessible. the host was super - the location could not be better- exceptional sparkling clean and comfortable great shower maybe the kitchen fixtures could use some renovation- i was scared a cupboard door would fall off. but the cooktop was excellent
