• Epure (1/5): Dezamăgitor - Am rezervat acest apartament cu 2 camere, iar proprietarul ne-a dat un apartament cu o singură cameră spunând ca celălalt are probleme cu apa, bine înțeles și la un preț mai mare. Seara am realizat ca și cel pe care mi l-a dat avea probleme cu apa, ne picura din tavan. Apa caldă era cu porția, i-am lăsat mesaj proprietarului cu problemele și nu ne-a mai răspuns nici la mesaje, nici la telefon. De curățenie să nu mai spun, am găsit jucării și mâncare pe sub pat, farfuriile și tacâmurile erau murdare. Nu recomand sub nici o formă! I booked a two-room apartment, but the owner gave us a one-room apartment instead, claiming the other one had plumbing issues—and of course, he charged us a higher price. In the evening, we realized that the unit we were given also had water problems; it was leaking from the ceiling. Hot water was limited, and when I messaged the owner about these issues, he stopped responding to both my texts and calls. As for the cleanliness, it was terrible—we found toys and food under the bed, and the dishes and cutlery were dirty. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances!
• Valentyn (1/5): - Am făcut o rezervare pentru acest apartament, însă experiența a fost extrem de neplăcută. Am încercat să iau legătura cu proprietarul atât telefonic, cât și prin mesaje, dar nu am primit niciun răspuns. Am ajuns într-o altă țară bazându-mă pe această rezervare și m-am trezit fără nicio soluție de cazare din cauza lipsei totale de comunicare. Este inacceptabil un astfel de comportament, mai ales când oamenii depind de confirmarea și seriozitatea gazdei. Sunt foarte dezamăgit și nu recomand deloc acest apartament.

• Vitalii (1/5): Be really careful when you book. - The location in not bad. Probably. I was unable to access the apartment. A day before the check-in date, a representative of the property contacted me through a third-party messenger instead of the booking.com platform and informed me that I would be accommodated in a different apartment rather than the one listed in the advertisement, without providing any explanation. I refused. I have a screenshot of the conversation with the property representative as proof (though I am not sure if I have the right to share it here). Overall, this is a scam targeting guests: a guest books an apartment from the listing, but at the last moment before check-in, a property representative contacts them and claims that the apartment has issues with water supply or heating, then offers a significantly worse apartment at the same price. Since the traveler has limited time, they are forced to accept whatever is available. Additionally, the property representative demands the booking confirmation number and PIN code in order to cancel the reservation on behalf of the guest. This is the third time I have rented accommodation in Chișinău through booking.com, and the same scheme has been used each time. Be very careful, as your experience may turn out to be disappointing.
