Nor has my account been credited with the payment I made months in advance. This was all confirmed by Booking.com. Let me know whom I need to contact in order to make a claim, which can only happen through your organisation. Liked nothing as nothing whatsoever provided. A very big disappointment. Please provide an email address that I can contact in order to make a claim for the sum I paid and seek compensation for the unanticipated costs subsequently encountered.

It was also great to have access to the kitchen, which made it easy to prepare lunch during my stay. The room was clean and came with fresh towels. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Newbridge, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and most importantly, very close to the bus stop for the 726, which takes you directly to the airport. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great value, great location, and a great host! Nothing much — everything was just as described and met my expectations.

• Lisa (1/5): Bad - Bathroom floor was lethal, covered in water from the shower, i actually slipped and fell on the floor, dirty towel left on the floor, no toilet roll. Never again. Do not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs
• Aminat (10/5): Excellent - First of all, I made an earlier review which was ment for the accommodation I stayed in on 3rd to 4th of June, 2025, with Air Code: W19 Y2RF. And not this particular one on Frances Street. This accommodation is peaceful, nice and quiet. The host is very considerate and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay and its proximity to stores, bus stops, and my venue of business.

We have stayed in a lot if places through bopoking.com and this by far was horrific. We didn't stay in it, it was that bad. If you want to know why, read the other reviews that you obviously are ignoring. Go see it for yourself. Which you should have done a long time ago looking at the reviews

• Samantha (1/5): Not worth the price that was charged, I didn’t end up staying for my stay as I didn’t feel comfortable and the place was - The man I met to give me the key was pleasant, although making contact with him the morning of my check in was difficult. The house didn’t look like the pictures. The bathroom was very dirty and the house felt very uncomfortable as a person on my own. I didn’t end up staying in the property at all although I had paid for 3 nights, as I felt so uneasy.

• Damien (1/5): Not enjoyable - It is in a convenient location for access to the town The house is shared with what seemed like 15 other people, there was a lot of noise from the other rooms late at night, the shared bathroom was very dirty, as was the rest of the shared facilities. The bedroom was reasonably tidy but the bin was full of rubbish, the front door required instructions on how to unlock it properly and the glass on the bedroom door was patched up with paper.

• Ella (9/5): Superb - the location is perfect, right beside everything, especially on Halloween was easy to get back to, the small lights in the glass shelf is a nice touch and everything was very clean, also some chairs outside which was nice for smokes :)))))

• Terry (5/5): Passable - Good location, close to bars and restaurants. It was quiet even on Saturday night No bed lights just one lamp, long way to the bedroom upstairs, had to get dressed every time.
• Mel (1/5): I don’t under understand how booking.com allow this to be advertised on their site - Nothing I arrived in the dark for overnight stay . Front door needed instructions as to how to open and close it My bedroom was immediately to the right of the front door. It had a full Perspex glass door which was cracked right through the middle and you could see right in to the bedroom and the shapes of everything . There was no table no mirror no tv . There was a shared bathroom on the first floor . There were more than 10 pairs of shoes outside the bathroom door so you can imagine how many might be sharing it . The toilet was dirty , the waste bin full of, no towels , not clean at all . There seemed to be several young children residing there . I felt extremely unsafe , vulnerable , insecure and a little frightened being in that room . I stayed about 10 mins then left for a long drive home . I messaged the host to let him know I’d left but have not had a reply
