• Frederik (9/5): Très beau séjour malgré le début pour avoir accès à l’appartement… - très bel appartement, spacieux, belle terrasse, très très bien situé, tout près des commerces ET des restaurants! Acces a l’appartement… Il faut télécharger une application et ça ne marchait pas! On a perdu une heure et avec valises et près long voyage pas très agréable

• Kristine (9/5): Komfortable Stadtwohnung in der Altstadt - Sehr gut geschnittene und modern ausgestattete Wohnung im ersten Stock. Man muss sich auf laute Stimmen von Nachtschwärmern einrichten. Wenn man die Fenster schließt, ist es kein Problem .

• Annabelle (10/5): - The location was ideal for us, albeit a little noisy. The rooms were well furnished and the beds comfy. We did not meet the hosts but they were very communicative by whatsapp and very friendly.

• Sander (7/5): Goede locatie en voorzien van alles wat je nodig zou hebben. Wel rumoerig - The location of the apartment was great. Very central and close to anything you'd want to see in Santa Cruz. There are a few very nice restaurants just around the corner. It's a short walk towards Plaza de España Het geluid van buiten was erg te horen. Soms leek het alsof de mensen op het terras aan de andere kant van het raam zaten. De geluidsisolatie was helaas slecht. Er liepen mieren in de badkamer. Hiervan geen overlast gehad maar niet te verwachten in een apartment op de eerste verdieping.

• Rudy (6/5): - La propreté et le confort de l appartement, son emplacement , l'aimabilité de notre hôte. Quartier tres bruyant, restaurant situé juste en dessous de l appartement avec une rue passante ou l on pouvait entendre les véhicules circuler et parfois des personnes en train de parler pendant la nuit. Au cours de notre séjour, nous avons eu a déplorer la présence de blattes/cafards.
• Patrizio Ventura (9/5): Agréable séjour, logement fonctionnel. - Bel appartement très propre et bien équipé, situé en plein centre-ville à proximité de toutes les facilités. Avec deux grandes chambres il peut facilement accueillir 4 personnes. Pet friendly: le propriétaire n'impose pas de condition ni supplément de prix. Location en toute confiance: le propriétaire possède un numéro de licence officielle. L'application permettant d'ouvrir la porte sans clé physique est pratique... mais il faut d'abord l'installer (voir point négatif ci-dessous). L'accès par smartphone en devant installer une application est un peu déroutant, surtout lorsqu'on arrive chargés de bagages et qu'on a hâte d'entrer. Suggestion pour gagner du temps: informer à l'avance, par exemple dans le message de confirmation, qu'il faut installer l'app "Nuki" sur son téléphone. Le stationnement à proximité immédiate est difficile, mais ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire; c'est une politique délibérée de la municipalité.

• Susan (8/5): I would really recommend this apartment if you like being in the heart of the city. - Lovely large apartment in a very central location. Great to have a balcony. Very comfortable bed. The area is quite noisy; it's because it's so central, so I guess you can't have it both ways! The kitchen wasn't great for cooking. In particular, it was hard to wash up. The electricity tripped off several times.
