Tammy (1/5): Bad - We flew from NI and the host cancelled on us as we contacted them to check in. He said that there was already someone in the apartment (we booked and paid on booking.com). We had to find alternative accommodation last minute and We still haven’t received a refund :( no reply to our messages.
