He is harassing me on my mobile number days after i made the review. He came late at night to ask for his money and told me to put 10k on booking.

Dusan (1/5): Terrible Experience – Avoid This Host - My stay at Waterfront Collection Apartments was a disaster. The apartment was completely different from the listing, and after complaining, I was moved to another location that was filthy, unsanitary, and unlivable—hair-covered floors, dirty sheets, and an air conditioner stuck on full blast. Instead of addressing my concerns, the host responded with insults, threats, and harassment, even threatening to share my phone number to disturb me further. Their behavior was hostile, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This experience ruined my trip, cost me extra money, and made me feel unsafe. Do not book this property. Booking.com should seriously reconsider allowing this host on their platform.

Bad communication with the property manager, messages all the time until late telling me that cards that used all around the world were empty. Very rude. Towels were filthy. WiFi didn't work. Room was not heated properly in January. No hot water. AVOID STAYING THERE, PREFER A BENCH IS MORE HONEST THAN THEM.

I had to book another hotel at the city, then I received a whattsapp message about checkin details which is an hout later than checkin time🤷‍♂️ Despite canceling my booking 5 hours b4, they charged me without staying the room!!! Pls think twice while booking these type of offers
Nadica (4/5): Disappointing - I liked the location and it was clean The flat was much smaller than expected and didn’t match the pictures. Upon arrival, we anticipated a reception area, but there was none. We had to wait outside for 15 minutes in the cold to get information about the flat. Once we got the details, we were sent to a different address, which was only a short 5-minute walk. The flat itself was just one room with a bathroom, nothing like the photos suggested. While it was still decent value for the price, it wasn’t what we had hoped for. The window had a gap, making it cold and noisy. After leaving, I received multiple messages from the owner trying to charge us for breakfast, which we never had. The flat didn’t even have a kitchen, so the whole situation was a bit confusing.

Luka (3/5): The apartment was in a brand-new building with a nice hallway, high ceilings, new furniture, free garage parking, and 24 - It was a brand new building, nice hallway, high celling, new furniture, free parking in garage, 24/7 reception. We did not receive the apartment we originally booked but were given a larger one instead. While this might seem like an upgrade, the state of cleanliness was highly disappointing. The apartment appeared as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages, with leftover bakery crumbs on the carpet and women’s hair scattered throughout—even in the shower. We were not informed that there was a boiler in the flat that needed to be turned on for hot water, so we ended up taking a cold bath, which was awful. Hoping for a better experience, we left the boiler on overnight, only to find out it wasn’t functioning properly, leaving us without a hot bath the next morning. The bathroom door had makeup powder residue, and the terrace had cigarette butts that were simply left there. Overall, this was far from the standard we expected.

Milena (5/5): Passable - I stayed for only one night, so most of the issues didn’t affect me much, but they’re worth mentioning for others. The property is managed by a company handling multiple apartments, and the experience felt disorganized. The apartment advertised wasn’t the one we were placed in. Initially, they wanted to give us in an apartment on another street, but we insisted on at least staying on the same street as advertised. What we got was just a room, not an apartment (studio), and it had no kitchen. On top of that, the internet and TV weren’t working, which was disappointing. Parking was also problematic—while they provided an alternative spot, I found a note in the morning asking not to park there anymore. Overall, while this was fine for one night, the listing is misleading, and I’d advise others to double-check the details before booking, especially for a longer stay.
