• Tobias (1/5): Nächstes Mal wo anders. - Die Lage war sehr gut. 30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Petersdom. Öffentliche Anbindung mit dem Bus. Es war nicht sauber. Das Bad hat schlecht gerochen. Hellhörig - geteilte Küche mit Aufenthaltsbereich je nach Gästen möglicherweise deutlich zu hören.

• Guest (4/5): if you are from Europe or have a good Wi-Fi you will be ok - nothing. I stayed 2 nights and canceled the others The first day was very complicated to get in because I didn't have Wi-Fi and the code they gave me didn't work so I called the property and he kept insisting to use the code I just gave up and hung up the phone saying he needed to come over to fix that meanwhile my daughter got internet in her phone and finally she was able to open the door after almost 30 minutes. there was no breakfast just some crackers in the room with tea. my daughter slept in a very uncomfortable sofa and the next day was hard to get in again because we didn't have Wi-Fi and I couldn't call the property as my phone died so we had to wait until somebody came in the building when we got in the room there was no power and no Wi-Fi after a while I was able to talk to another guest and he somehow turned on a key in the kitchen that I had no idea, we slept there that night because we were too tired and the next day we left as they agreed to refund us for the rest of our stay, when my daughter called the guy to say that we didn't have power or internet he was in denial saying that it never happened it's like he didn't believe us. I was lucky for the other guest that fixed it somehow, he knew it because he was a frequent guest. it's not close to the Vatican and the closest subway is 15 minutes walking so if you don't a good Wi-Fi or your phone died you are in trouble, they should have somebody in the building to greet guest and solve any eventual issue

• Deborah (1/5): Deludente - Il bagno era sporco, il lettino per la terza persona era messo letteralmente a terra, non c’erano i copri cuscini per gli altri cuscini, abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia, faceva freddo e l’acqua era tiepida, abbiamo provato a contattare il proprietario per risolvere la situazione ma non c’è stata risposta.

Очень удобное бронирование отеля )Расположение не плохое , мы любим гулять поэтому для нас было комфортно прогуляться пешком .Нашли быстро ! Можно воспользоваться кухней есть чайник , кофе , холодильник приятное дополнение когда с утра очень хочется кофе ) Рекомендую! Заселение было в 14:00 мы пришли в указанное время , но только через 50 минут принесли чистое постельное белье , на второй день была холодная вода !

• Giulia___ (7/5): - Buona esperienza per breve soggiorno, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo trovvandosi a Roma. Abbiamo viaggiato in macchina e trovato facilmente parcheggio, non conosco la vicinanza con i mezzi pubblici. Stanza silenziosa rispetto alla strada esterna, presente AC. Check in tramite telefono molto comodo (per chi è "smart") La stanza era senza bidet, per utente italiano una discreta mancanza. Poca insonorizzazione rispetto al corridoio, ma purtroppo i vicini erano rumorosi.

• Gaetano (6/5): Così così - La stanza non è male...buono il meccanismo di entrata ( portone - porta ) l'area comune Solo un appunto..nella stanza non c'è un armadio per mettere i vestiti. In bagno non c'è neanche un gancio o simile per appendere gli asciugamani doccia e viso. E il letto poltrona per bambini un po' scomodo materasso troppo basso. E i cuscini praticamente inesistenti.

• Mulholland (6/5): Cheap and convenient - The room was clean and spacious, and the location was very close to the Vatican. Good value in an otherwise expensive city. There is a common area and other guests can be quite loud and wake you coming in at night or leaving very early in the morning. There was a very bad smell that came from our bathroom which was strong and unpleasant. The pillows are terrible - nay as well just lay flat on the bed.

• Phoebe (6/5): Nice clean place to stay but a little way from the centre - Nice clean place. Very easy to check in and the staff we met seemed very friendly. Close to the Vatican. The shower was very small and hard to use because the doors were weirdly placed. It's a little way from the centre but possible to walk (around 50 mins) or use public transport which was good in the day but a little unreliable at night.

A few Fre - Our room was beautiful and the bathroom v nice too… also the entrance, cafe/kitchen area very pleasant and clean… altogether great. Would highly recommend this property. Build itself is really nice too Only problem we had was getting into it when we arrived. I couldn’t find the link Mirko had given me, the code beforehand is something we really should have had. We had to bang like crazy to get both into the front door and into the appartement itself. We could have done without that after a really long journey by public transport from the airport. The location is very nice. Obviously a lot of hotels are more central but not a problem. What wasn’t good was only one loo roll in the bathroom for a couple, not enough for anyone. A nice French couple gave us one of theirs for next day. No one was there. There’s no reception. The phone numbers I had didn’t work. Had to get a couple living opposite to help us get into the guest house/Airbnb that first Saturday afternoon,but they were fabulous . Extremely nice and helpful… Only saw Mirko on Sunday morning. Would be far more helpful to have someone there the whole time. But it isn’t really a hotel, we realised before booking so no reception desk. Once in all good 😊

• Oluwatomisin (6/5): It was comfortable, but customer care could have been better. - The room was quite spacious and en-suite. They had some snacks in the front room. Though i didn’t see a convenient store close by, the Asian restaurant in front had some nice & affordable meals 👌🏾. I was next to the front room, one can hear the noise when other residents are lounging there. There’s also no staff on site to support, if help is needed. I didn’t have WiFi for about two nights, the staff wasn’t the most helpful & came across as rude. That particular day, I had a stressful day & rained terribly on, (bear in mind location is closer to the Vatican City, however other attraction sites are a bit farther away, you’d have to connect via the train). I was looking forward to just coming home, snuggle in bed & watch something online but I got told to just use my hotspot 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ . It would have been a different thing if it wasn’t included in the stay.

• Hadir (6/5): it wasnt a bad stay but not as good as i expected - The room was clean and the atmosphere is cosy and nice makes you feel safe and welcomed , Ida the Housekeeping lady was very genuine and friendly and she keeps checking on me if i do need anything , even she didn’t speak English but she was doing her best to communicate and i was using google translate to speak with her as i do understand Italian but dont speak much. Few things would make not book it again: - I do work in hospitality my self but in Dubai so the standards and the expectations are usually high,so my concerns were the following to ne considered for future clients but definitely not me. -The location is not very convenient as its not very near the central area and monuments. - i have been allocated the smallest room in the apartment while its my first visit and they were supposed to look after me to consider coming back. - there was a constant drainage smell in the room from the first to the last day. - The bed wasn’t confortable and the pillows are very low. - there was no flexibility whatsoever, i asked to wait in the reception area for 30min until my driver arrives to the airport and I will close the door when im leaving instead of waiting in the street but i was asked to leave the apartment and i had to wait 35min front of the building in the street until my driver arrives. coming from hospitality background i didn’t expect to be treated like that on my last day specially that the accommodation wasn’t that cheap considering all the mentioned inconvenience. i will definitely not book the place again however there is a room for improvement in this place.

• Linda (1/5): Very bad! The entire experience was horrible! - We just filed a complaint with customer service over the phone. He requested a picture of out credit bill with the charges of close to 500 00 when it was only suppose to be 108.13. When we arrived to the property we were checked in by one of the employees. We were given the key to the room and to the building. There was no key to the door leading from the hall to our facilties. There was only a key pad to open the door. We placed all of our belongings in our room once we checked in and went into the city but before we did I contacted the property because the key pad would not let us back in yo access our belongings. I was given a different code which still did not work. I was on the phone all day with the property when I finally gave up and called the police for assistance. We slept maybe 2 hours due to this and had to leave for our flight and didn't even get a chance to enjoy the room. Yesterday we received another shock when our credit card was charged close to 500 dollars from the property when the charge was only suppose to be 96 Eros. This is very sad and disturbing. This is probably the last trip my mother can take due to her disabilities and age and due to these mishaps it caused more stress than enjoyment. This needs to be fixed immediately. Nothing
• Emmylon (10/5): Nice clean, comfortable place . We will stay here again ❤️ - It is very clean , hosts clean everyday. Lots of towels, and free toiletries . The free snack , coffee , tea and water is a bonus . The location is nice because it’s quiet and though it’s a bit far from the city center there’s a bus stop close by. You can also walk to the Vatican City , which we did. There’s resto right in front of the property and was cheaper than in the city center. And was really good. There’s also a mini store close by. The self check in and out was very cool . I definitely recommend this place. Nothing , it’s excellent !
• Sabrina (10/5): Easy and convenient with everything necessary provided - Very easy to access! Great communication with Mirko. The metro isn’t too far away (about 7-10min walk) making it easy to get to the city to walk around. The bus stop is also close by but it’s usually quite full so we liked to walk. Grocery store and little restaurant/bars on the street that are very cute. N/A everything was great:)

• Stephanie (3/5): The space was good for a short stay. - We liked how close the place was to the attractions, and the room was very clean. The facilities were great, soap was provided as well as tea, coffee, and little snacks. There was no shower curtain, which made the floor in the bathroom very slippery. The floor near the bed was uneven which made getting up in the middle of the night a bit risky. The additional bed was very hard.
• Andrew (10/5): Great, comfy and safe room! - Great clean rooms, safe location and near food and supermarkets. The aircon was great, and the room was even cleaned daily! Free coffee and breakfast snacks were a lovely touch. Nothing! Highly recommend if looking for a safe area close to town.

• Michael (9/5): Trip to Vatican city - The support and communication from Mirko was excellent and reassuring. Spacious clean room. The only thing that was poor was the shower. Really small and leaked.
• Goran (8/5): To sum up everything, I would come back again but expecting to have all beds comfortable. - Room was clean. Clean towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, shower cap provided. There was no noise from the street. Kitchen was quite handy. Coffee, tea, bread and marmalade, and water provided free. To enter the apartment, building, was smooth. To find a parking spot wasn’t difficult however one can expect to search for it up to 200m from the building. The additional bed wasn’t comfortable at all.

• Jose (1/5): Bad - The property owner notified me one day before telling me that my booking was cancelled. During that time, I am still out and having some fun with my friends. My flight is the following day...how does he expect me to search and check for another place? no time to do this...very very very bad timing! When you know everything is setup and suddenly you need to make changes in the last minute...
