• Marco Silvio (9/5): - 1. Il contatto con i proprietari, gentili e disponibili, è stato molto semplice, anche via WhatsApp; 2. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica: molto vicino al centro, alla stazione ferroviaria e a diverse fermate dell'autobus, facilitando gli spostamenti; 3. All'interno del locale troverete tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno, per soggiorni sia brevi sia prolungati. 4. In caso di necessità potete contattare direttamente i proprietari, dopo le 21 c'è un numero specifico per le emergenze perciò anche in questo ultimo caso non sarete lasciati soli. Non ho trovato punti a sfavore

• Angelo (7/5): Organizzazione. - Appartamento bene.posizione buona.la signorina dello staff, gentile e premurosa. Ha risolto il problema riscontrato. Non era stata fatta una pulizia adeguata. Il WC era senza tavoletta , il rubinetto del lavabo in bagno si staccava.. la lavastoviglie era piena di piatti e pentolame e puzzava. I cassetti della cucina idem. Maleducazione di chi ci ha preceduto ,ma per conto mio organizzazione da migliorare. La signorina del BeB ha risolto buona parte del problema.
• Beate (4/5): Dorthin nicht mehr - Zustand des Apartments nicht gepflegt,Deckel der Toilette kaputt, habe nach einem Staubsauger verlangen müssen... Herdplatten verkrustet Lage praktisch, Wohnung aber schlecht geschnitten und sehr dunkel. Dafür viiiiiiel zu hochpreisig!!!
• Felicia_austria (3/5): Zentral aber nicht zu empfehlen - Die Lage ist wirklich toll, in ein paar Minuten ist man am Markusplatz, der Bahnhof ebenso. Die Wohnung wäre eigentlich gut ausgestattet, Töpfe, Teller, Spülmaschine, neues Bad und Küche, die Infrarotkabine ist auch schön. Die Amaturen haben alle gewackelt, der Klositz ist laufend weg gerutscht, der Wasserhahn im Bad ist fast rausgefallen, dasselbe galt für alle anderen Amateuren. Der Boden war zwar geputzt aber nicht sauber, im Gang gab's zum Glück Besen und Wischmop (mit Krabbelkind war das die einzige Option). Obwohl wir angegeben haben, dass kein Beistellbett benötigt wird, wurde eines aufgebaut und dafür das zweite Bett nicht und das Bettlaken war fleckig.

• Vincenzo (5/5): - Hauptsächlich die Lage, sehr zentral obwohl ziemlich laut. Küchenausstattung reichlich. Alle Mängel obwohl gemeldet wurden nicht behoben. Wasserhähne locker, Vorhänge hingen herunter, Klobrille kaputt . Haben nie jemanden gesehen, Abfall wussten wir nicht wo entsorgen. Handtücher in 5 Tagen nie gewechselt.
• Rudolf (9/5): Great location and quiet at night - The best thing about the apartment was its proximity to the bus and train stations, it's a 10 min walk to them. The apartment was clean, large, comfortable and quiet. Lots of places to go eat nearby. There is a limited amount of cooking essentials (not that unusual) but it was not a big deal for us since we only cooked breakfast. We could not get the heating/ac to warn up the apartment, it worked for a few minutes than it stopped. It's possible that I was probably not setting the control correctly..

• Pannunzi (4/5): Deludente - È collegato bene con il centro e con la stazione. Ci sono negozi,ciclabili e supermercati vicino. Pulizia assente,muri sporchi,macchie sul pavimento e la manutenzione della casa inesistente:rubinetto del bagno rotto,muffa tra doccia e porta,tavoletta wc rotta e non attaccata bene.

• Ruben (7/5): Apartamento cómodo y bien ubicado. Buena calidad precio teniendo en cuenta los precios de la zona. - La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca del centro caminando. Bien equipado. Se encuentra parking cercano en zona gratuita. La limpieza fue algo regular al entrar. La cocina no disponía de extractor.

• Maryna (1/5): THE MOST HORRIBLE STAY - The location was good, in the city center, apartment looks the same as pictures, have everything needed in the kitchen if you want to cook. Easy instructions how to get keys, and easy checkout. For a start floor wasn’t clean , I step with my white socks and they become black right away, so you can’t walk there without shoes! Also they don’t provide any cleaning / refreshing services during your stay, no changing of towels as well, if you need that it’s all chargeable, for towels 8€ for cleaning 20€! At the same time they don’t provide any cleaning appliances for you to clean by yourself if you need it ! I stated for 4 nights, AC wasn’t working from day 1, to correct myself it was working when ever “it “ wanted to ! I communicated that to a host , the only answer I got was - put temperature on 22 🤦‍♀️following their instructions , AC still wasn’t working , which I told them , but never got any response! Also WiFi same story! For 4 night not even one day it was working , on top of that they were instructing me to remove it from the wall( which was hard) and do a manual reset, and I have to find a pin like object, coz obviously I don’t do resets of WiFi on a daily basis! After all that struggle WiFi wasn’t working, I asked them to send someone and fix it when I’m out of apartment during the day, and guess what, they left my msg seen, without any answer! They just don’t care! Horrible experience! Horrible host! Horrible service! Never ever again! And I DO NOT RECOMMEND for anyone to stay in this place ! You will waste your money for nothing! And for 4 nights I paid 600 € !!!! And no WiFi or AC it’s unacceptable! Stayed in Italy so many times in different places but this place was a NIGHTMARE Attaching a conversation with a host , for you to see the reality
• Mikael (5/5): Quite noisy - The location is close to the train station and app 1 KM from area with bars and restaurants The noise. The apartment is on first floor and on the street is road work and construction site. It is very noisy, even when you close to door/window. When the bed is used in the livingroom there is no space at all. The huge spa seems very strange in a small apartment like this. Even though we were three people we did only get one set of keys.

• Aybala (7/5): Good - The apartment was safe with 2 secure doors. Comfortable and clean bed. Full kitchen with big fridge. Compare to other accommodations at higher price, it was satisfactory. The location was right at the edge of the center. However didnt make me feel secure when i step out of the apartment. The apartment is in the suburb. Touristic area is 300m away. Bathroom was new but smelled bad from the drain.
