• Jesús García (9/5): - Daniele es muy amable y estuvo atento durante toda la estancia para lo que necesitásemos. Buena ubicación a las afueras de Roma en una zona muy tranquila. Apartamento con vistas al campo y muy tranquilo Todo ok, la rampa del garaje es un poco estrecha y empinada pero luego el parking es muy amplio y esta genial para aparcar el coche.

Also the back garden, rare in Rome, is a green oasis looking out onto the nature reserve. Would highly recommend! Thank you Daniele for being such a good host!!

• Olga (6/5): Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Rom, der Gastgeber war hilfsbereit. Wir werden diese Wohnung für uns nicht wieder buchen. - Die Größe der Wohnung war gut, der Garten war auch gut, aber sehr klein. Im Garten stand nur ein Tisch ohne Stühle, auf Anfrage bekamen wir Stühle und eine Liege. Der Gasgrill hatte keine Glasflasche. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir einen Kugelgill mit Kohle. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, der Balkon war gut. Das Bett war bequem. Handtücher waren vorhanden. Die Hängematte war auch gut. Die Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet, kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine, kaputte Schubladen, kein Spülmittel, dreckige Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Der Weg zur Garage ist sehr steil und eng. Der Weg zur Wohnung aus der Garage über eine sehr enge Steintreppe. Der Hund war die ganze Zeit im Garten nebenan und hat immer in unseren Garten geschaut und gebellt, was unserem Kater Angst gemacht hat. Insgesamt könnte es sauberer sein und kaputte Möbel ausgetauscht werden, Mühl beseitigen.

• Levan (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very cozy and comfortable house with view on wild nature. house is fully equipped and everything if functional. a lot of groceries, pharmacies, bus station, etc around the corner. Host is very polite and supportive. mattress was very comfortable, going to grab one for me too. :) 45-60 minutes to reach the city center (colosseum for instance) via bus. however it's ok for me.

He was very patient with our difficulties upon our arrival and he kindly went thoroughly through all the details and had an amazing response time! Nothing really in especially.

• Aleksandar (10/5): Perfect, feels like home. - The apartment is spacious, with designed interior. It has beautiful furniture, some pieces are restored and fit in perfectly. Thanks to the retro gramophone and radio, records, books and paintings, you feel like at home. Everything is clean, bathroom is new, kitchen well equipped with all necessary dishes and appliances. It even has garden, and beautiful view to nature park. In the separate, fenced garden live two beautiful dogs, so we felt safe during the stay :-) Although is far from the city center, micro-location is great! There is a bus station 5 min walk from the apartment, and the supermarket too. Too many steps, if you don't have a car, or well-trained legs :-) However, it is good pre-training for sightseeing because Rome is huge and there are so many things to see!
• Elena (9/5): Good place to rest - This is like a retreat house. It is an apartment. But you feel like it is a house. If you want quite, peaceful in the midst of busy life in Rome. It is the best place to stay. The kitchen is fully equipped! New stove. Large first floor. 2 couches- one is foldable so it can be transferred to the bed. We came for the New year, and bit worried about how warm it will be. The place was heated very well. The second floor is the bedroom (there is no bathroom in the bedroom. You have to go downstairs for the taking shower, bathroom…) In the bathroom there are shower and bathtub (tiny) Bathroom was fully equipped. I needed some rest, so it was perfect for me) The owner assistant was so sweet and nice. Helped us every time when we needed The location is pretty far from the city of the Rome. You have to take a taxi to get to the Rome downtown or it’s better to rent a car (will be cheaper) Because we were at new year eve in the downtown- it was crazy to book a taxi (we just couldn’t and it was crazy expensive) Also there are some markets but it’s 15-20 minutes walking distance which was inconvenient. Another thing is stairs… When we just arrived (and we had 3 huge luggage) we just stuck staring at the stairs. The apartment is on the hill so it’s like you stair up and stair down. The owner assistant met us and showed the drive way to the apartment’s garage. So it was easy way to get down our luggages and the same way we lifted them up when we were leaving. And you have to figure out the keys . It’s not hard but you have to figure it out
