- Galina RN (5/5): Probably better in the summer - The place is probably much nicer in summer. The host was very nice. I was leaving very early, and she prepared a very nice breakfast for me the day before to take away. The property is overall very basic but clean. It is OK for a short stay. There is a microwave, a kettle, dishes, and cutlery as well as a fridge in the hall near the room, which was handy. The intrenet connection is good. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The windows could have been cleaner. There is no TV in the room. The shower needs some repair. There was a bad smell in the room, probably because it had not been used for a while, and it disappeared after a while. The breakfast costs 10 EUR, not 6 as it says on the website. But the breakfast is served only after 08.00, which is pretty late.

- Aivaras (3/5): Was werry werry cheep 70euros for two night. Gave 3 stars just becouse cheep rest is absolutly crap. Also need pay cash - 30 minutes from kaunas Werry dirty. All night in all rooms people was drinking and werry loud so wasnt sleeping for two night. Owners dont care about it. Shower not working.
- Neringa (6/5): - The location is great: easy to reach (within 5 km from major motorway) and the room had a spectacular view of a landscape. Very quiet location for great sleep. Very spacious room could easily accomodate up to 4 persons. Water kettle and cups helped us to warm up in wintertime. Clean sheets and fresh towels. The staff was helpful and quick to respond. The room wasn’t heated enough. Another blanket would be handy. The smell wasn’t ok.

- teubler (3/5): A Night to Forget – Poor Reception and Unsettling Experience - Good location. I booked this hotel needing just a bed for the night, and at €30, my expectations were modest. Unfortunately, even those weren’t met. When I arrived at 9:30 PM, the hotel looked dark and uninviting. Loud noises came from upstairs rooms with windows wide open — a group of middle-aged men drinking heavily. There was no one at reception, and after walking around the hotel twice, I began to wonder if I was even in the right place. The front door had several phone numbers. I tried calling one — it went to a Lithuanian voicemail. The number provided by Booking.com also led to an answerphone. Eventually, one of the boisterous men stepped outside for a cigarette. Luckily, he spoke a little English and told me to call Jolanta. She answered and said, “Ah, Booking.com booking. You are in room number 4. Go upstairs, your key is in the door.” Sure enough, the key was there. The room was very clean, but unbearably hot. I had to choose between sleeping in a sauna or opening the windows and being eaten alive by mosquitoes. I chose the mosquitoes. The next morning, Jolanta arrived and greeted me with, “You Ruski?” I told her I was from the UK. She asked for payment — cash only, of course. I just had enough to cover it. I wasn’t sure if breakfast was included, but I didn’t stick around to find out. I paid and made a quick escape to my car. Clean room aside, the lack of reception, poor communication, and overall atmosphere made it a deeply unsettling experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.
- Ed (4/5): Fine for one night, but poor staff communication - It is nice to be by the lake There is no restaurant or food on site (despite description) There is no gym or fitness suite (despite description) The rooms are upstairs in a conference centre The staff are not very helpful and are not on site. When I rang them in arrival only then they tell me restaurant is not open, and tell me to go to room 6 - but when I go there there is already somewhere there. Ring again and get correct room (room 5). No apology for mistake. I ask when/how to pay and woman on phone says no problem do it tomorrow. I ring at 0830 to leave and she said someone will be there in 5 minutes. No contact so I ring back 30 mins later. Still no one coming - asks me to leave cash in room, I don’t have cash. Then says to do bank transfer. Poor communication led to overall delay to me leaving. Then sent me the bank details and chased me for money twice in 24 hours.
- Domenico (1/5): Horrible - Bad experience. Old, dirty room, bathroom without toilet paper, horrible old shower. In the evening the owner arrives and enters the room without asking permission and tomorrow morning you have to leave the room at 8:00 and I reply at least at 9:00 no you have to leave at 8:00 in a threatening tone. Bad experience I don't recommend it to anyone

- Giedrius (7/5): Good - Place. Nature. It should be notified that breakfast is served only from 10 00. So if you think that you will have it before you leave at 8 or 9 am (as you made booking "with breakfast") - you are wrong.
- Karlis (4/5): Poor.... - The property looks run down, not very clean ,.room had no AC or simple fan even, despite the heat outside. No TV either. Charging 60 euros for room of this quality is ridiculous. Breakfast was ok though...

- Anonymous (1/5): Bad - Really poor service. We've booked and payed a room with breakfast. When we arrived we've been told that there would be a breakfast at 10:00 AM in their restaurant. But what happened next morning is hilarious. We were told that we could choose from their restaurant menu. (Staff speaks only lithuanian and russian). So did we, and after almost 1 hour we did get nothing, and we were asked to pay for breakfast! Tremendous. It was after 11:00 am we still did get anything to eat. We wasted our time. We could just live before instead of wasting time in the middle of nowhere. I still don't understand why do they place information about their fitness, sauna and even swimming pool if they are completely out of service. Looks like fraud or managed by someone completely out of mental health.

I think the location and the potential are great and I wish the owner to invest in renewing both the permanent facilities, like the furniture, paint on the walls, the floor and the bathroom, as well as the bedware and towels for example. I came because of the location and I was not deceived. I had breakfast which was simple but very good

- Anne (3/5): Simple - Breakfast was agreed to be at 8.00 but no breakfast available at this time. We could not wait for it as it was a business trip. Old fashioned, simple, smoke came to the room and toilet. Middle of no way. No English speaking reception person.
