• Joel (10/5): Value for money and comfortable stay, relaxed and slept well and left refreshed and happy - Good for price, nice bathroom with enhanced shower experience for space, pretty chilled and peaceful considering its location. Would have loved to have a fridge in the room

• Martin (3/5): Aufenthalt ok , zimmer schlecht ! - Frühstück war sehr gut und lecker , lage sehr gut und sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer veraltet , fenster könnte man nicht aufmachen , wir waren mit 4 Personen im zimmer , keine haken oder ablage möglichkeiten um nasse handtücher ab zulegen !!!

• SUE (7/5): Pleasant enough - Location very close to local services, including fuel and food halls. Close enough to Huntingdon and Cambridge without having to go in to the centres themselves. Bed comfortable and room clean. Staff polite. Can’t speak for breakfast as we didn’t have it but it looked nice enough. A little dated in decor. And really could have done without the early Sunday morning fire alarm. Made worst by no real communication about why it went off. (Another customer said someone burnt toast).

• Darren (9/5): Perfectly acceptable and convenient. - Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Room was comfortable and clean. Room was wheelchair accessible as requested and close to the entrance. Don't like the design of bath in Wheelchair accessible room. Wetroom style shower is better. Bed slightly too low.

Road noise not noticeable due to position of room. Bed was the most uncomfortable I have slept in for decades. It was hard as a rock with virtually no padding at the top of the mattress. Kept waking up throughout the night from an aching body. Not impressed. Will not book into Ramada Inn again.

• Judith (2/5): - The staff were very pleasant, and it was in a good location. It was very quiet which was nice. We stayed in a disabled room, which was really far away from reception. Then when we got to the room there was a really strong fusty smell. This cleared from the bedroom once we opened the window but was still very strong and unpleasant in the bathroom. The room was very tired and looked like it had been thrown together at the last minute. There was only one bedside table, so I had to put my essential items on the floor!! Then the wall at the side I was sleeping looked like someone had thrown a drink down it, and it had only been partially cleaned. Very, very disappointed, don't think I would return.

Thank you Room could have been a little cleaner but for the price, it was great value for money.

• Mike (6/5): Pleasant, comfy, good location for a short stay. - The location is good, the rooms are pleasant and comfortable. We were surprised that, upon our arrival only slightly earlier than anticipated, that the chap on reception wasn't able to book us in. We had to wait until the young lady arrived at 3 p.m. to do this. From then onwards all went well, but it was very clear that reception was not manned all the time and we saw more than one person have to wait and wander around trying to attract attention, to be attended to ! We can only assume that there were some ,hopefully temporary, staffing problems. When attended to, the young lady was pleasant, efficient and helpful. We had dinner in the early evening. This was pleasant and served promptly. Definitely preferrable to the Service Area next door! Arriving to find that the person in reception wasn't able to book us in seemed positively odd, whatever time we arrived !

• Jacqueline (5/5): Cheap. You buy cheap you get cheap - You get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of food choices nearby. Staff were very friendly.. The noise of the bins from the service station was awful. The internal noises from doors slamming was also awful. The decor was weathered. The whole hotel is in need of a make over tbh. The room was smelly. Probably because they allow dogs.

• Owen (8/5): Comfortable, cost effective and less than 25mins to Cambridge. - Easy check-in, no frills hotel which did what it said on the tin. Comfortable bed and plenty of space in the room. Located next to the main services building with a range of food choices + mini supermarket. Corridors and room a little dated/tired - but it was great for what I needed.

• Ross Ecclestone (2/5): Avoid go somewhere else. - The reception area and the location. Room stink of dogs. Then you get changed. Then the rooms aren't even clean. You got dust, dirt everywhere. Bathroom have mould and dirt or whatever it hasn't been cleaned and maybe just ripped a Hoover or mop around the middle. Not actually cleaned any bits. You can see dust and crap all over the sides. I would not recommend this place and I would not be back to any of these hotel chains again. If we hadn't a booked on a normal returnable get our money back or that said refund us and we would have left straight away. Truly awful.

• Derek (10/5): Good value - The room was clean, well equipped, tidy and spacious and a very comfortable bed ensuring I had a good night's sleep. I especially liked that the shower had a built in seat area as I have difficulty in standing whilst showering,  The staff were wonderful and the buffet style breakfast was excellent and well cooked. I would have no concerns about recommending a stay here.

• Vanja (7/5): Good place for a 1-night stay when in hurry. - We wanted to be out of Cambridge for easier start of our long journey in the morning. Location suited us, surrounding as well. Room was good for our needs. Bathroom (cleanliness), things missing (toilet brush). Tea/coffee facilities were OK, but two water bottles would be a minimum of facilities for that price.

• David (8/5): It was what I wanted - Breakfast was buffet style very tasty and plenty of choice. The location was good as I had a delivery in Thetford the next day and was only an hour away. I have no complaints

• Andrew (5/5): Not the best stay, need to get a grip of the staff customer service. - Room was very warm as heater wouldn’t turn off. Waited just under an hour for evening meal, then the food was not as described on the menu, then spoken to by a rude cook. Breakfast was non existent, apparently chef hadn’t turned in, so the guy on reception said, so had to go to work with no breakfast. Not acceptable!! Restaurant waiting time for my food, and I was the only person in there. Not being able to have breakfast. Not even a continental! No remote control in the room for the tv!

Good location and comfortable quiet room Room was exceptionally hot on arrival, and took at least 12 hours to be an acceptable temperature having turned off all heating. Temperature I believe was set at 30 degrees. Just 2 t-bags provided for a 48hr stay, and no soap/ shower gel in shower dispenser.
