• Fawzi (9/5): Spacious and fully-equipped apartment - Excellent location in the traditional box-type apartments that Yerevan is famous for. David was very helpful and friendly. The building is slightly old but once you are in the apartment it is a different experience.

• Rikard (8/5): All in all a nice place to stay for a low price. - Nice small apartment with great location in the city center. Clean and equipped with the most necessary. The host (communication in Russian only) was very quick in answering and seems to be a nice and responsible person. The bed sofa in living room was not prepared for us to use.
• Justin (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Yerevan - Super well located flat in the city center, yet in a quiet residential building, a mere 3 minute walk from Republic Square. The owner answers very quickly to any message and was kind enough on the day of arrival to let me put in the flat my luggage earlier than the normal check in time. This was very much appreciated. The flat has all you need for cooking, doing laundry, relaxing… It was above my expectations. Nothing to dislike about this apartment. Thank you to the owner for such a great stay.

It is in a great location (near most sites and public transport), exceptionally well supplied, scrupulously clean, and very good communication with the host. I would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it to others.
