• Violetta (6/5): Could be better - The location was great, and the apartment was very spacious. It is right on top of a big supermarket which makes things extra convenient. Some of the light switches would not work, and the only light in the bedroom is a lamp on a bedside table (not even one on each side of the bed). Electricity plugs in the bedroom would not work so we had to charge our phones in the living room over night (not ideal). Basic things like hand soap or washing up liquid / sponge were not provided, even just a cheap soap bar could have been handy. And MOST IMPORTANTLY the MATTRESS needs replacing… it was really hard to sleep on it, springs poked us and it was really uncomfortable, painful actually. Apartment could do with some cleaning (massive stain on the sofa), replacements (mattress) and works to make it better for sure, especially because it was not cheap. One suggestion could also be to have a duvet instead of traditional Italian beddings, depending on how many international guests, as it could be more convenient.

• Martina (7/5): - Výborná poloha u Vatikánu, dobrá komunikace, příjemný a prostorný apartmán, čistota Nepohodlné postele, ne všechny elektrické zásuvky fungovaly, v ložnici tedy nesvítily lampy, chyběla utěrka v kuchyni a nektere nádobí by potřebovalo už vyměnit.
• Giulia (1/5): Esperienza da dimenticare - L’unica cosa apprezzabile è la posizione. Per il resto le foto non sono assolutamente veritiere! Tutto. Cioè non mi è piaciuto niente. Niente a che vedere con le foto che mettono. Partiamo dal dichiarato divano letto (su cui avrebbe dovuto dormire mia madre) che è un semplice “divano”duro e scomodo. Abbiamo provato ad aprirlo e dentro c’era un cuscino tutto rotto e una coperta distrutta, il tutto sporco e inutilizzabile. Il salotto totalmente vuoto. Il letto della camera era duro con un materassino a molle (sfondate). Sfido chiunque a riuscire a riposare su quel letto! Le stoviglie della cucina tutte scrostate quindi inutilizzabili. Bagno angusto e buio. Tanto il disagio e le scarse condizioni igieniche che abbiamo dovuto cercare un hotel per il soggiorno perché era impossibile rimanere lì, tanto più che eravamo a Roma per un intervento chirurgico e non avrei mai potuto dormire in quella casa sporca una volta uscita dall’ospedale. Aggiungo inoltre la totale maleducazione dell’host sia all’inizio che dopo, quando abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di venirci incontro date le spese che abbiamo dovuto affrontare per trovare un altro alloggio all’ultimo minuto. Tanto più che non abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento neanche una notte, visto che ci siamo trasferite in hotel. Neanche Booking ci è venuto incontro, nonostante siamo clienti da anni livello 2 Genius! Mai più un appartamento tramite Booking! Data la brutta esperienza e l’assenza di tutela da parte di Booking, per i miei prossimi soggiorni utilizzerò altri canali.

• Моника (5/5): - The location is close to the Olimpico Stadium which was the main point of our visit, otherwise it’s also not too far from the centre. Found a baby lizard in the bedroom.The staff that welcomed us did not know English and took photos of our IDs instead of getting the details they need from them which she sent via WhatsApp, not the most secure way to store peoples’ ids. I agree that hosts need IDs but not via WhatsApp which we specifically discussed with the host, no GDPR declaration given either.
• Clory82 (10/5): Tutto perfetto - La casa era perfetta,pulita e in una posizione ottima. Ero lì x un concerto e si può raggiungere lo stadio anche a piedi.Vicino anche alla stazione Termini,15 minuti in taxi.Lo staff disponibile e gentile.

• Guido (5/5): Great location, spacious, but poor communication - The location is definitely the best of the flat. It's also very spacious, which was good for us with a 9 months old baby who loves crawling around. We didn't know there was a city tax to be paid and we were informed about this just the day before of our arrival. Furthermore, we specified we would arrive between 1 and 2 in the afternoon at the moment of the booking (approx. 6 months before our stay), but the day before of our arrival, they told us check in was only available at 3. We also asked for a cot at the moment of booking, which wasn't there upon arrival. When we told them, they told us they could bring it the next day, which would have been two nights after our arrival and it didn't make sense to us (it takes a long time until they reply in general). There was no kettle as stated in the flat description. The bedroom was very noisy because it's near the street. The flat in general could use with some additional elements, like a toaster or more cups.

• Osxelot (10/5): Superb in almost every way.l - The flat is huge and very comfortable. Also, very well located just 1km from the Vatican Museum. The toilet has very little to none water flow, but there was a water bowl so we used that with no issue. Not ideal but not an issue for us.

• Bakkali (7/5): Good - Fortunately no bad Surprises here! The flat looks like the photos.It's good for two adults two kids (no more) It was clean ,located in a good aera. More or less 20min by bus from the city center. 10-15 min from the Vatican. The bus station is 5 min walking distance. There is a Supermarket near the building There was a Wifi problem the first day but it was resolved as soon as I complained to the host who is by te way very reactive. We appreciated the late check out too I recommand The bedroom's mattress really needed to be changed...
• Bianca (6/5): Pleasant - Nice apartament, kitchen with enough equipment to cook, pretty close to Vatican (15-20 minutes by walk). - bathroom not clean, the water from the toilet wasn't working - very cold in the apartment (in spring) - the kitchen tools weren't clean

• Anton (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very comfortable, near to the Vatican (20min. Walking )and the historical center : 45min. walking and 15min.by bus . We have very good communication with the landlady, and she recommended us about everything that we need to know. Thank you for her hospitality !
• Wenjing (10/5): A really fantastic base to explore Rome and to hide away from the noise and the crowd from the east side of Tiber!!! - beautiful bedroom, spacious everywhere, antique interesting elevator(the brand is Ferrari?!), supermarket just beside the entrance of the building, many bus stops around, quiet and nice neighborhood occasionally the neighbors can be heard through the walls and the door
