Benjamin (7/5): Room a bit worn and broken taps - The room was quite spacious, and it was nice to have a desk area, and very big tv! The location is good, close to a train station. We had to move room as we had a basin but not tap attached. The new room had a very loose tap, and no towel rail in the bathroom. The rooms could do with some work, they don’t feel very clean and quite tatty. Even just fixing the taps and towel rail would improve it. The staff weren’t the most friendly they didn’t even say hello.

Matthieu (9/5): Good accommodation in Busan, no fuss - The room was spacious for Korean standards, and spotless It's well located, close to public transport and is quiet while being close to very lively streets My main gripe is the shower pressure which is super weak 6pm check-in is unusually late, but you can leave your bag there Also instant coffee is provided but like 2 packs for 3 nights, could be better. It felt quite impersonal but that's a hotel, not a hostel/guesthouse so fair enough

Annelies (8/5): Very good - Location and quality for price. It 's a nice hotel in a big city for a relatively cheap price. Nothing. We expected worse for this price but actually the room is quite big and comfortable, no weird smells or feelings. Staff doesnt speak english but it didnt bother me
Shivesh (3/5): Not recommended - If you are an international tourist, avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff is extremely rude and deceitful, making it undoubtedly the worst experience of my entire stay in Korea.
Sandra (8/5): Very good - It's really a good place for this price: perfect location between two metro stations (Seomyeon / Beomnaegol), in a walking distance to a food market, easy check-in and check-out, beauty products you may need in the room, for a couple of hours we easily stored our luggages at the reception after check-out. I just remember there wasn't remote controller to switch off the air condition so we had to pull it out from the plug.

Judy (9/5): Convenient Stay in Busan - It was in an excellent location to get around Busan on public transportation. The room was a good size, and we appreciated having a desk and chairs. We had problems with the wifi, and it took the staff a while to understand the problem. None of them spoke English. We had to rely on Google Translate.

Lloyd (10/5): Great experience - The room was so clean! The linen was crisp with no hairs or stains! I was very happy with how modern the facilities are and how friendly the staff were. There check in and check out was so easy less than a few minutes. My door had problems locking which meant that when staff went into my room while I was out, they didn't close it properly which meant my room door stayed unlocked for the day. But luckily it is Korea and nothing went missing. Also there is a problem with noise traveling from the rooms above. The guests above me were stomping and dragging there chairs around at all times during the night which made sleeping a little difficult when they were awake.
