• jennifer (9/5): We greatly enjoyed our stays - The property was well maintained and had all the amenities. The owners were a delight to deal with. The location was walking distance to Kassiopi. The property was a delightful surprise. No real complaints.

• jack (9/5): Mooi appartement in een leuke plaats. - Vriendelijke eigenaar we konden eerder inchecken wat erg fijn was. Ruime schone appartement met terras. In het centrum maar uit de drukte, leuke plaats. Er lagen een aantal dingen bijv water en koekjes, koffiecups klaar.

• Klaudia (10/5): - We only spent 1 night here because there was no availability for longer period. The apartment is nicely decorated,super clean and fully equipped with everything you might need on your holiday including the kitchen and bathroom! There are some complementary gift for example a bottle of cumquat! The host were also very kind and available when you need! Thank you!

Perfectly positioned a short walk from everything but in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. Such a great find, and the photos don’t do it justice! Beds were really comfortable too, A/C perfect. Miesto centras 5 min Šeimininkas rekomendavo pavakarieniauti Old school arba Tavernaki. Vakarienė Old school buvo skani ir už protingą kainą. Gausite pusę namo su puikia terasa, tik vakare gali atsirasti uodų. Pačiame name viskas kaip priklauso. Nėra.
• Louise (10/5): - The house is in a lovely quiet area of Kassiopi but only a couple of minutes walk to the restaurants and beach. It had everything needed - and the host kindly left a bottle of local liquor, lots of water, snacks and coffee pods. The beds are very comfortable and the AC works well. Lovely big balcony for breakfast and chilling in the evening. Check out the little cove 'engagement bay' for a beautiful, quiet, small beach - just a ten minute walk from the apartment. Everything was lovely, nothing to dislike!

• ANNE (10/5): Appartement douillet, commode et plein de charme - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les échanges chaleureux avec l'hôte tout au long de notre séjour. Sotiris était extrêmement réactif, flexible et attentif à nos besoins. L'appartement avec sa terrasse privé est à l'image de l'hôte, soigneux, comfortable, très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Son emplacement est central tout en étant au calme. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation ! Un grand merci à Sotiris pour notre séjour mémorable ! tout est parfait

Wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne na wakacjach: w łazience pralka i potrzebne detergenty, kosmetyki do mycia. Bardzo miłą niespodzianką był poczęstunek, który zastaliśmy po przyjeździe: woda w lodówce, kawa w kapsułkach, ciasteczka na słodko i słono, nawet lokalny alkohol. Bardzo dziękujemy za tak miłe przyjęcie. Właściciel był bardzo pomocny, miły i uprzejmy. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Nie było takich rzeczy.
• ANNE (10/5): Appartement coquet, comfortable avec terrasse privative, au calme et bien située - Le comfort, la propreté, la décoration de bon goût de l’appartement, sa terrasse privée mais aussi son emplacement central tout en étant au calme. L'accueil chaleureux. Sotiris était extrêmement réactif, flexible et attentif à nos besoins. Le village de Kassiopi entouré de criques aux eaux cristallines, offrant de nombreuse activités tout en étant propice au repos. Un grand merci à Sotiris pour notre séjour mémorable ! rien à redire

• Pkom (10/5): Perfect in every way - A really charming "home", with all the modern comforts. Spotlessly clean, bright and airy with a scenic private terrace overlooking a beautifully maintained garden. A minute's walk away from the main street with restaurants, shops and bus stop. The host made us feel really welcome and took a lot of trouble to introduce us to the area and Corfu in general. The wifi was great, the shower hot and strong, and the air conditioners worked well to heat the rooms. As others have mentioned, there were lots of complimentary snacks, coffee pods and a local liqueur. Absolutely nothing more we could have asked for. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
• Gordon (10/5): Another great visit to the wonderful harbour town of Kassiopi. - The location of The Kipos Apartments are excellent. They're down a lovely quiet side road less than five minutes walk from the central square in Kassiopi and just behind the apartments facing Kalamionas Beach. It's a short stroll to anywhere from them and as mentioned its in a very quiet road which is a mix of residential and holiday apartments. The apartment was very well appointed with lots of space. It had everything we needed and a lovely welcome pack of a few things like water, coffee for the Nespresso machine, some biscuits and even a small bottle of the local liqueur. There's enough plates and cutlery for a family of four and they provide some an anti Mosquito machines - although I'd maybe get some more. They were a problem this year all over Kassiopi due to the long wet period of weather in September. There's a TV but we couldn't figure out how to use it - although I'm sure we could have asked, but TV definitely wasn't the reason for our holiday. They have a washing machine which we used, clothes drying rack and Iron with board. They provide plenty of clothes hangers which is very useful. Our apartments veranda faced the rear garden with grape vines and an lime tree and faced some residential apartment. Although these were quiet as well. The other apartment faces the entrance side street with a veranda overlooking a garden and rear of the apartments facing Kalamionas Beach. All in all it's a great apartment with super owners. They must get alot of repeat bookings. I know we've already done so! Nothing at all. The communications were good, and the owners were so helpful and polite. They provided a helpful guide and contact information if needed.

• Eliza (10/5): Perfect apartment - What a fantastic apartment. The location is perfect, on a quiet side street but two minutes walk from the heart of Kassiopi and also to the beach. The apartment is well equipped and everything was perfect. Sotirios and his wife are great hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved our holiday and will definitely be back.

Perfect location and beautifully decorated, the owners were very kind and welcoming (and had an excellent taste in literature too) a lovely and relaxing place, we'd love to stay here again in the future

The host is helpful and ready to give additional advices if needed. We vere nicely surprised with the number of small gifts/basic things provided by owner (e.g. water, coffee, cosmetics, sample of local alcohols, snacks, mosquito cream and many more). There was also safe parking place on the fenced house area.

Twice a week someone came in (when we were out) to clean, empty the bins and change the bedding and towels. The owner left us some lovely treats and on my birthday, it was a bottle of wine! The location was really good very near a beach and in a quiet area. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of hot water. Nothing

The Kipos Apartment is great for travellers who prefer self-catering holiday. It´s like home-away-from-home - it provides you with all you need and has a very cosy atmosphere. The distance to shops, restaurants and Kassiopi center is just a stone-throw away and still it´s very quiet and relaxing. Sotiris, the owner, is very helpful and kind - you will feel in very good hands there.

The apartment was fully equipped with good quality towels and everything possible supplied in the kitchen. Beds extremely comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Parking available. Sotirios the host met us at the apartment and was friendly and helpful. My friends and I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to Kassiopi. Nothing.
