Well appointed with some nice touches - pint of milk and some cookies on arrival, electric toothbrush chargers in bathroom, good wifi, easy to use central heating. I'm 6ft6 so struggled a little with the double bed. Perfect for 2 people, bit of a squeeze with four adult sized people.

• Jason (10/5): Perfect for our requirements. - The property was perfect for our short stay. We chose it due to its proximity to Woolacombe but also because its relatively close to family who live in Devon. Ample parking, easy to access with a coded key box and clear instructions in a book explaining how to use the facilities. The decor makes the property feel fresh and calming - we love the octopus! The beds are comfortable and there’s a fabulous shower, the kitchen is well equipped with extras like foil, salt and pepper and the lounge furniture is comfy too.
• Wendy (8/5): Very pretty property in a good location. - It is an attractive property in a good location, close to Woolacombe and Ilfracombe. We enjoyed the tennis court and green space around the property.
• Heckman (6/5): Cute and clean cottage but very small - The cottage was very clean. We also liked that complimentary milk and marmalade was provided. The owners were very good at communicating and also said we could have late check out free of charge which was very helpful and accommodating. The accommodation was also dog friendly so we were able to bring our dogs with us and there was a great dog walking area on site. Very small - not big enough for 3 people and 2 big dogs. There wasn't enough seating space for us all. The bathroom was downstairs which was a bit of a hassle when we needed to go toilet in the night. I think the cottage would be better for 2 people only and would suggest converting one of the bedrooms into a bathroom instead.
