• Elena (10/5): лучший выбор в своей ценовой категории в Самарканде - в этой поездке останавливалась в 7(!) гостиницах, бюджет было до 25$(велючая налоги).Хоризон понравился больше всех. топ локация, быстрый вай-фай, горячая вода в любое время. комфортно , удобно. никто не донимает с правилами хоумстея типа поздно не ходи, свет зря не жги и т.п. этот вариант ближе всего к отелю. сосиски на завтрак можно заменить на куриные

Кроме отличного месторасположения в первую очередь хочется отметить гостеприимный персонал и менеджмент, которые сделали наше пребывание в отеле максимально комфортным. И, конечно, отдельное спасибо Азизу 🙏 Завтраки сытные и вкусные, подавали в удобное для нас время. В первый день наша экскурсия начиналась в 8.00, и уже в 7.30 столы для нас были накрыты. Ещё один плюс, что буквально напротив находится ресторан Langhan, который входит в топ мест с самым вкусным самаркандским пловом. В ванной комнате хотелось бы каких-то полочек или полотенцесушителей.

We were leaving early and were offered breakfast to go. We really enjoyed the stay. Location is in walking distance to main atteactions. Parking on the street, but free of charge and no problem to find the spot

The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. One of its key strengths is the strategic location, close to many restaurants and with easy taxi access to the city center, making it very convenient for exploring Samarkand. What really makes the difference, however, is the exceptional kindness of the staff. The receptionist supported us with every need—from organizing a same-day experience to assisting when we decided to extend our stay. His help with luggage was also highly appreciated. The breakfast was well-prepared and carefully curated, adding further value to the overall experience. A highly recommended stay, especially for the outstanding level of service.

• Léon (10/5): Fantastisch! - Dit is een zeer fijn hotel om te verblijven. Kamers zijn schoon en ruim, ontbijt is goed en de ligging is ook prima. Aziz is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame persoon die er voor zorgt dat alles goed verzorgd is! We kregen zelfs een verjaardagstaart op de verjaardag van mijn vriendin. Alles was goed
• Andreas (8/5): - Friendly staff that tries hard to please (I really appreciated the early breakfast on my last day) and a clean, quiet room expect you at the Horizon hotel, situated at a good location. Breakfast is also quite good. While it most definitely is a good place to stay: marketing it as a "Boutique Hotel" is distinctly pretentious. Mattresses are quite hard, as is often is the case in Usbekistan.
• Volker (9/5): Jederzeit wieder - Das Hotel ist sauber, nett eingerichtet. Warme Dusche. Kann man jederzeit empfehlen. Frühstück ordentlich, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Lage ebenfalls gut.... viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Und den neunten Punkt gibt's für den Superrezeptionisten, der mir den Fernseher so eingerichtet hat, dass ich Premier - League - Fussball sehen konnte. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

В ванной все необходимое: одноразовые наборы для чистки зубов, шампунь, гель для душа. Тапочки есть. Персонал доброжелательный, отвечает на все вопросы, помогает, распечатали нам посадочные. Завтраки сытные и вкусные. В кухне всегда можно сделать себе чай. Расположение удобное, рядом много хороших кафе, парков. Достопримечательности в пешей доступности, мы успели продуктивно погулять утром до отъезда пару часов. Соотношение цена-качество 10 из 10. Нет такого.
• Andrey (1/5): - Заранее забронировал, получил информацию о времени вьезда 14.00. На улице ливень, клиент стоит под дождем дверь закрыта на замок. На звонки никто не отвечает и вот выходит из закрытых дверей девушка восточной внешности и говорит русских здесь нет и закрывает дверь. Наконец то удается дозвониться по телефону и получить ответ что вот вот тебе откроют. Минут через 15 появляется очередная девушка в домашней по русски не говорить заселить без разрешения не может. Кое как получено разрешение. Наконец то в номере. Позже на входе встречается мужчина, пытается быть вежливым. Утром завтрак в 7.00 поднимаюсь в 7.30 появилась заспанная девица. Ничего не готово надо ждать. Я очень сожалею что попал в Ваш гостевой дом. Люди подумайте прежде чем бронировать это заведение.

В номере удобные кровати, белоснежное бельё. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Хорошие, сытные завтраки. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

• Antonio Agustín (9/5): - Alojamiento algo alejado del centro pero muy cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. Desayuno variado y excelente calidad-precio. El personal es inmejorable, nos trajo fruta una noche. Se preocuparon que todo estuviese bien. La noche que llegamos no había agua caliente. Se lo dijimos al personal y lo arreglaron de inmediato. Los colchones son duros, pero es algo que ocurre en casi todos los alojamientos.

• Carla (9/5): - Un alojamiento muy tranquilo y bonito. Todo estaba muy limpio. El personal del hotel fue muy atento, nos ayudó en todo y nos facilitó mucho la estancia. Sin duda, recomiendo este alojamiento para aquellos que deseen tranquilidad y a la vez, estar cerca de una calle con mucho ambiente y restaurantes.

• Ilia (10/5): Обязательно останавливаться именно в Горизонт бутик, цена, качество, на высоте - Очень удобное расположение ко всему: от магазинов, до самого главного Регистан. Рядом парк. Внутри гостиницы очень чисто, приветливый персонал, даже предложили бесплатную стирку вещей. Нет недостатков

• Ina (10/5): - Все понравилось. Приехали рано утром, заселить не смогли, но покормили завтраком бесплатно. Завтраки подают яйцо, сосиски,хлеб, кофе, в общем голодными не остались. В номере все чисто, матрасы удобные. Стоит куллер с водой. На кухне можно пользоваться посудой, холодильником. Так же всегда доступно кофе, чай. Хозяин всегда на связи, сам отвёз на вокзал. Отель в тихом месте. Напротив готовят вкусный плов. Такси дешёвое, поэтому до мест доехать не проблема. Рекомендую отель однозначно. Хозяину спасибо и процветания бизнеса.

Otel ortamı sakin ve huzurluydu, bu sayede çok iyi dinlenebildim. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi; herhangi bir sorumuz olduğunda hemen yardımcı oldular ve kendimizi çok rahat hissettirdiler. Konumu da oldukça iyiydi; ulaşım kolaydı ve çevrede restoranlar ile alışveriş imkânları mevcuttu. Genel olarak fiyat-performans açısından çok başarılı bir konaklamaydı. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Bir dahaki gelişimde kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim!

• Ariel (10/5): - I liked everything but the best part of my stay is the hospitable of Aziz the receptionist. He was very helpful in everything from assisting me to my room to suggesting good places to visit. The hotels location is also good nearby to restaurants and supermarkets if you need anything. For tourist attraction also if you use a taxi its near. The room is spacious and clean, I love the view as well from my room. Breakfast is good also. Overall I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Спишь как на полу, по краю матраса железная арматура/окантовка чтоб матрас не прогибался, даже сидеть на нем не возможно, уборка по требованию, за 4 дня не убирались Завтрак есть но его нет, выбора нет никакого, что дали то и ешь, стандарт 2 яйца, 2 сосиски, 4 ломтика огурца и томата Хлеб сухой, повидло, масло и всё За такую цену это очень плохой завтрак Ванная комната, душ был без шторки, попросили принесли, бумага туалетная самая дешовая Находится на перекрёстке, окна не оставишь открытыми, очень шумно. Клима работает очень громко, холодильник общий на 3 этаже, Дверь с ключом, запасного ключа нет! Чемоданы оставляли до вечера на рецепшин, хотя просили за плату остаться в комнате до 18 часов но нет, нельзя, выезд до 11.30 Администратор Азиз неплохой парень но знания русского нужно подтянуть, очень тяжело общаться
• Guest (10/5): - The hotel is clean and safe. It has a secure entrance with a code accessible to guests. Aziz is an excellent host — our check-in was originally scheduled for 2 PM, but he was so kind to welcome us at 5 AM without charging any extra fee! He constantly checked if we needed anything and did his best to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was very spacious and, as mentioned, perfectly clean. The lady who prepares the breakfast really makes an effort to offer some variety each day. Although the hotel is not located directly among the main tourist attractions, the location is still very good, and we felt completely at ease there. On the street where the hotel is located, there are many restaurants, including a lovely café where we spent our last beautiful evening in Samarkand. Thank you Aziz. If I ever return to Samarkand, I will definitely choose your hotel again!

• Kaori (10/5): 新市街にある便利で親切なホテル - フロントの青年がとても親切で礼儀正しく、世話を焼いてくれました。 何か困ったことがあったら何でも言ってねと話しやすい空気を作ってくれました。 また、部屋も清潔でシャワーの湯量も問題なく、快適でした。 朝食も08:00-10::00の間で好きな時間に指定できます。 荷物も深夜列車に合わせて21時くらいまで預かってくれて大変助かりました。 新市街にあるので、近くには美味しいレストランやカフェがたくさんあり便利です。 買い物にも出やすく、深夜発の列車を待つには旧市街よりも時間を潰すスポットが多いかもしれません。 コスパ良くオススメのホテルです。 特になし

• Marius (5/5): There are better options available - Aziz did the best with what was given in terms of facilities and was really helpful. The location, although a bit off from the main attractions, was good for us as we like walking and there are lots of restaurants around. The room lacks practicality: no chairs to seat, no table lamp if you want to read a book, no coffee/ tea facilities in the room, although we were allowed to use the kitchen, no toiletries in the bathroom apart from two tiny bottles of shampoo… it’s true you don’t stay all day in the room , but when you do … The beds, as mentioned by many others, are rock hard and extremely narrow . We had problems getting a good night sleep due to the hard mattresses on a box, constantly moving around. The curtain didn’t cover all the windows, only half of them and the bright, street light made it difficult to sleep. Also, the room was facing a busy road with lots of traffic noise . The breakfast was mediocre to say the least and the poorest we had during our entire trip in Uzbekistan. The country has got amazing fruits and vegetables, yet our breakfast had no fruits and only three slices of tomatoes and cucumbers.

The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Aziz. Although the hotel manager was not there, he took care of my stay. the stairs up to the first floor were carpeted, it would have been better if the next floors were carpeted as well.

• Ella (3/5): Würde nicht mehr buchen - Die Matratze waren so hart, das man das Gefühl hatte, man liegt auf Lattenrost. Haben dann zwei Decken darunter gelegt, hat aber auch nichts geholfen. Es war eine schreckliche Nacht. Zum Glück waren wir nir 1 Nacht da,länger hätte ich es nicht ausgehalten. Mein Tipp wäre weichere Matratzen .
