Guest (1/5): In addition, the room facilities were below expectations - only wifi was good It was a disappointing experience. The actual hotel location did not match the one shown at the time of reservation. I specifically selected it because it appeared to be 3–5 km from the Messe Exhibition Hall, but in reality, it was much farther away. As a result, I ended up spending extra money daily on taxis and trains, as well as losing significant time traveling to and from central Frankfurt. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I would not recommend it based on the misleading location information. In addition, the room facilities were below expectations — the bed, mattress, and blanket were not comfortable, which made the stay even less pleasant. Overall, the experience did not meet the standards I expected, and I would not recommend this hotel due to misleading location information and poor room comfort.
Carlos D. (3/5): Habitación con ambientador y cocina con olor intenso. - No había desayuno. Había parking gratuito. En la cocina no había una mesa para sentarse a comer. En la cocina había una olor intenso muy raro. Las sábanas estaban lavadas,tenían manchas. En la habitación faltaba una mesa y había un ambientador con un olor muy desagradable.No te ponen toallas.
