• Alföldi (9/5): It meets the requirements and the requirements - We rented it for 2 people, so we could sleep in 2 separate rooms, because the sofa in the living room was perfect for sleeping. It is located on the ground floor and has a terrace overlooking the inner courtyard, as well as access to the separate courtyard. It met our needs in everything, although it was not recently renovated. It is very close to the city center and the local bus station. The center of buses departing further afield is about a 15-minute walk. The fortress and the downtown stand are about 15-20 minutes. The area around the accommodation is a typical Greek urban environment, with small and large shops and services. We kept in touch with the host through messaging. We found the key in the gate safe and had to put it back there. There is also a luggage storage service nearby. The wifi worked well. Mosquito nets on the patio doors. Some cats are always waiting in the backyard, looking for good snacks.

• NIKOLAOS (10/5): - Quiet flat, super clean,in the centre of Corfu,3 minutes walk from San Rocco square,many cafeterias around, a super market, 5-6 minutes away from the new fortress of Corfu (well the 16th century one! The old one is from the 6th and further improved in the 13th century!).Air conditioning is present in both rooms, bathroom with shower cubicle and boiler ,so you have hot water even in .Check in with lockbox,so no issues if you have a late flight! A good choice for me! For my standards it was more the enough,so nothing to complain!!

• Joanna (9/5): Central and clean with lovely extra touches - The apartment is centrally located. The kitchen is well equipped (you can cook meals if you wish), and so is the bathroom (shower gel and shampoo are provided). The apartment is spotless and has good internet. Tea, coffee, and water were also provided, which was a really nice touch! The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it! The address provided at the time of booking wasn't exact—we only received the full details on the day of arrival (at least that was the case for us). Unfortunately, the message with the address and entry code was sent while we were on the plane, and my phone wasn’t working when we arrived. We had to contact the owner using my husband's phone, and while we did eventually get the details, it was a bit tricky to find the apartment door. It would be helpful if there were a sign, a note, or even a photo of the building included in the booking information. In the end, a local shop owner next door kindly helped us find the place.
• Joy (7/5): Roomy, practical, well-priced and well-located apartment. - We stayed three nights at the apartment. The owner was easy and timely to communicate with. We slept like a dream there - great mattress, dark room and cool temp. Much needed! It felt like we were staying a locals neighborhood. The TV worked fine as did the fridge. The skinny back porch looked into a courtyard behind the apartment that felt private due to sunshades, with a few cozy cats which did not bother us nor anyone that we could tell. We walked to the apartment from the airport, about 30 minutes walk. And on the way we passed (and later returned to) the Green KTEL bus station, which is 12 min walk from the apartment, and from where you can travel to many Corfu destinations - we took an excellent day trip to Paleokasistra for less than 5 E each! The apartment is only 5 min. walk from Saroko Square (aka San Marko square, Agios Rokko, G. Theotoki Square) where the local Blue bus ticket office can be found. Very handy. We took the Blue bus to Mon Repos, a quiet respite from the city with beautiful Kardaki Beach. The Corfu Central Market is just a few minutes away from the apartment, just up the stairs behind local Zaxoy restaurant (which has great affordable food and service) toward New Fortress and a little to the east. Found some little treats at that market and friendly locals. Maybe a little more lighting? Basically it was all fine.
