The room seemed a little grimier than I was expecting. Most of the room was tiled and there was a weird carpet thing in the middle of the room that was a little sticky. But, I was very happy with the shower, clean towels, a clean bed, a tv, etc. the place felt a little grimey, but I was very happy to have the place for the night and the staff was very friendly. - Robert (8/5): Very good - The room was much bigger than the average, had a couch and ottoman. For the price, it was a great room. The guy at the front desk is very nice. Room was a little dirty and dingy. But not excessively so. For the price it wasn't bad.

- Frank (1/5): IT SUCKED! - NEVER STAY HERE! INCOMPETENT IDIOTS RUN BY BIGGER IDIOTS! MY COMPANION HAD JUST FINISHED TALKING A BATH AND WAS LAYING ON THE BED WITH A TOWEL COVERING HER.... WHEN ALL OF THE SUDDEN A DOOR TO THE ADJACENT ROOM BEGINS OPENING!!! TURNS OUT THE LOCK WAS BROKEN AND IT WAS THE GUEST NEXT DOOR GETTING NOSEY! I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND DEMANDED A REFUND AND MY DEPOSIT! THEY REFUSED TO TO REFUND THE COST OF THE ROOM AND ONLY GAVE ME THE DEPOSIT BACK! STRAIGHT UP HIGHWAY ROBBERS AND THIEVES!

- Kavine (4/5): Over all it was okay for passing through but I would not stay again. - The room theme was nice. Beds were comfortable for the one night stay. The room theme was kinda nice but seemed not that great over all due to the amount of dust on everything. The bathroom was not clean at all the tub was rusted very bad. The room had dust and webs on the ceiling as well not sure when it was cleaned last. The staff wasn’t very nice and took very long to check us in they did not know what they were doing and kept speaking to each other in another language not communicating with me why it’s taking so long. Didn’t give me any direction on where the room was, if we had WiFi, or breakfast or a recite was told I can get one when I checked out which I didn’t like since it took so long to check me in I wanted to make sure I wasn’t double charged. I waited longer than 45 minutes to get checked in when I prepaid on this app. Very unprofessional and unorganized. The room has an old heater that takes hours to warm the room. The staff should either preheat the room prior to check in especially when stated younger ones are checking in I have a 1 year old and 4 year old or let guest know about the heaters when the weather is cold. I had to ask for extra towels when I checked I told them twice how many guests I had only to walk to the bathroom and see 2 towels when I have 5 guests I expect extra towels upon checking in when asked multiple times how many guests. As much money as I’m paying I expect more hospitality.
