• Abi (9/5): - It has everything we needed and more. Loads of space. The house had a quirky layout and it was great. Hot tub was fab! We didn't have a chance to use the kayaks, but it was good to have the option. The property is basically adjoining the lake, so it's easy to take them out It's a bit too far to walk to town, you need a car to get around. The bugs are a nightmare - that's not specific to here, just be aware for Rotorua!
• Isaura (7/5): Good for our pets - Good location The spaces are not very functional and are cluttered with too much furniture and unnecessary things. The property needs some updates and to be properly cleaned.
• Robrecht Tryhou (5/5): - Good view, nice to be able to walk out the garden to the lake, good location and house. 1. The stove top was not able to increase heat, and as a result we couldn’t even do basic things like having eggs for breakfast. A manual or a helpful property manager might have solved it, but none was available. The useless manager caused the rating to drop from 6/7 to 5. 2. Lake flies came in through the bathroom extractor fan louvres, and there was a swarm in the bathroom and even some in the bedroom and on the bedlinen. 3. Kitchen tap was continually dripping, with a continuing annoying sound. 4. The hot water tub filter engine is located right behind the main bedroom and waked us up a few times during the night.

• Fiona (9/5): Delightful rotorua residence - We loved the peaceful big garden space and we selected this opportunity so we could bring our little companion dog It was perfect for lakeside fun with kayaks and outdoor furniture We found the kitchen cooktop hard to use and adjust as there was no instruction book.Eventually we found appropriate instructions on google
• D (10/5): - Overall, the house was inviting a retreat for exploring Rotorua and exceeded expectations in serval aspects. It is much bigger than it appears from the outside and features a magnificent location, backing directly onto the lake with direct access through the adjoing reserve and garden, making for a private and practical accommodating our family of 4 adults and one child well. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds, the couch, the well equipped kitchen. The outdoor facilities, including the BBQ and spa, were excellent, and the layout suited our family effectively, providing ample space for children to play indoors and outdoors. Especially the provision of kayaks was also appreciated.

• Ford (8/5): The house was perfect for 2 families with kids. - The house was perfect for 2 families with two seven year old boys, plenty of room for the kids to play in side and out and for us all to lounge about. There was a lake view and you could access the little reserve by the back gate. Hot tub was a great addition. The decor is a little dated.

• Neil (9/5): A family friendly environment. Handy to town. - The location was great and it was a quiet place. Facilities were great. Really good to have a BBQ. We can see ourselves going back with friends or family. We found the TV hard to operate.
• Krige (6/5): Some good and some bad points, but I would consider booking the house again - The house was spacious and had all the facilities you may need The house was dirty and looked like it hadnt had a proper clean in years. The bathrooms were clean and linen was nice, but more effort could go into removing all the spiderwebs everywhere. The check in and out time is restrictive and even though I requested an earlier check in, I was met with the standard response "we will let you know if the house is ready before 3pm." We sat in the street waiting until that time only to find that the house was ready before and no one had bothered to let us know.

Our group included 4 adults and 2 toddlers - the 4 bedrooms and nicely laid out house suited us well. Its an older style property but was very comfortable and practical. Nothing
• Elly (7/5): Good - The location was quite advantageous. Kayaks and a spa were available for our usage, and the fireplace created a warm and inviting ambiance. The leg of the oil heater is broken, making it challenging to use. The cutlery was not adequately cleaned, so I must clean it again before using it.

• Jane (4/5): It did the job for 2 night but not the best. - The location by the lake was nice and the garden was pretty but the garden furniture needs a bit of a hose down to make it a bit nicer to sit out. The property was tired and just needs some TLC. There were a few rugs which we all tripped over at least once, I’d just remove them. There was building work going on next door which we weren’t told about.
