Alles wat je nodig hebt Geen 1 deur naar buiten ging goed dicht waardoor je elke keer de wind hoorde suizen. Niet super hinderlijk maar ook niet chill. En miste een setje op balkon om buiten te zitten. En niet alle ramen hadden verduisterende gordijnen

• Christelle (9/5): Superbe appartement tout neuf très bien équipé et excellent rapport qualité prix. Un peu loin du centre à pieds. - Confort exceptionnel. Magnifique vue. Hote extrêmement accueillant et toujours prêt à aider L’appartement est un peu loin du centre, si on est à pieds. Pendant la période où nous y étions (réveillon du nouvel an), les taxis étaient très difficiles à réserver.

• Peter (1/5): 4th floor, levator out of order - We could't stay there, because the elevator was out of order - for several months as they told us - and the apartman was on the 4th floor. The local agency offered us another apartman in the same block, which was very good, though it had only 2 bedrooms.
• Miguel Ángel (4/5): Insgesamt ein schönes Apartment mit Potenzial, aber viele organisatorische Mängel, die den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträc - Das Apartment ist neu, groß und bietet einen schönen Ausblick. Obwohl auf Booking angegeben war, dass die Unterkunft behindertengerecht ist, befindet sie sich im 4. Stock ohne funktionierende Aufzug. Beim Betreten war das Apartment zudem extrem heiß, da es vor unserer Ankunft nicht gekühlt wurde. Wir hatten unsere Ankunftszeit eine Stunde im Voraus mitgeteilt, mussten aber trotzdem 55 Minuten auf den Check-in warten, obwohl es bereits Check-in-Zeit war. Leider liegt es ziemlich weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, was man bei der Buchung wissen sollte. Zusätzlich werden bei Kartenzahlung 3 % Gebühren verlangt, was nirgendwo auf Booking erwähnt wird.

• Joaquim Jorge (10/5): Apartamento maravilhoso para chegar e disfrutar. - O apartamento é simplesmente espetacular! Muito moderno, com vistas impressionantes. Os quartos são enormes e todos dispõem de casa de banho privativa. A internet funciona perfeitamente, com repetidores de sinal em todos os quartos. Há uma televisão de 85 polegadas (pena que não tenha antena para ver os canais locais — só é possível ver YouTube). O apartamento está muito bem equipado, com eletrodomésticos como máquina de lavar roupa (com detergente disponível), máquina de lavar loiça e fornos (embora falte um micro-ondas — talvez um dos fornos tenha essa função, mas não consegui descobrir). Fiseram a limpeza do apartamento a meio da estadia, ou seja ao cabo de 3 días. O proprietário foi muito atencioso e permitiu a entrada antes do horário previsto. É realmente um apartamento lindíssimo, com todas as comodidades necessárias para chegar, fazer compras e encher o frigorífico e disfrutar. Embora o apartamento seja realmente de alto padrão, necessita de alguns ajustes. Não costumo dar nota máxima quando encontro alguns inconvenientes, mas a qualidade das instalações compensa os pequenos defeitos. Compreendo que um elevador possa estar avariado, mas durante toda a semana não vimos nenhum técnico a fazer reparos. Não foi fácil subir e descer com malas e uma criança de 4 anos. As cortinas da sala poderiam ser mais opacas, pois deixam entrar bastante luz — e, consequentemente, calor. Tivemos de deixar o ar condicionado no máximo para manter uma temperatura agradável. Os chuveiros não têm portas, o que faz com que a água molhe o chão da casa de banho. Outro ponto é que não há lojas por perto. Há apenas um restaurante a cerca de 500 metros (com um frango muito bom, por sinal!). O apartamento fica a cerca de 15 minutos a pé do centro — se não houver crianças, a caminhada é tranquila. E, por fim, falta o tão mencionado micro-ondas.

• Jose (10/5): Wonderful - Everything, this place is stunning , the host was extremely attentive and very accommodating. Easy to talk to and always available will definitely recommend and if I come back definitely will stay if it’s possible. Nothing to dislike
• Helenice (9/5): 🤩 - Everything was perfect, the views and luxury. Everything was perfect, only a bit noisy at night. Will definitely stay there again some time.
• Vaiva (9/5): We had a great stay, great apartment, friendly staff, wonderful environment and views. - The apartment was great, modern, comfortable with great views. The property is still surrounded by some construction works as it’s a brand new apartment building and an easier access to the beach would be great.
