• dharshini (1/5): - The only thing good that is cleaness There are many issues with this hotel. First of all, usually when we book a hotel room, breakfast is complimentary. But here it is not. When I asked the receptionist whether breakfast was available, they said yes, but we need to add and pay for breakfast while booking online, and only then it will be complimentary. I don’t understand the meaning of “complimentary” here. I travel a lot, but I have never seen a hotel that does not include breakfast. Next issue is Wi-Fi. They provided a Wi-Fi username and password, but there was no internet connection. When I asked them, they said Wi-Fi would work only after 10 PM. What is the use of Wi-Fi if it works only after 10 PM? After 10:30 PM it connected, but the network range was very poor. Even after 11 PM, the connection was still not good, so it was completely useless. There was also no hot water. Hot water was available only for a particular time. After that, it stopped. When I called them again, they asked me to wait for 10–15 minutes, saying it would come, but it didn’t. They arranged a portable water heater, which I can accept, but the rest of the issues were not resolved. While booking the room online, I clearly selected my check-in time as 2:30 to 3:00 PM because I was supposed to reach Thanjavur around 2 PM. I checked in around 3 PM. However, the next day they said I must check out by 12 PM. How is that possible? They said even if you check in at night, you still need to check out by 12 PM. This is not acceptable. If we book a room for one day, it should be for 24 hours. The TV also did not work properly. Overall, except for cleanliness, nothing else was good in this hotel.

A kettle should be provided along with the tea bags, which were not included. Private parking is not available. Lift is not available. It would not be easy if you have bigger pieces of luggage.
