• Niki (9/5): Loved our stay here! Lovely hosts and a great location. Amazing views too! - Lovely lovely hosts. Beautiful views from the sunny deck and from the bed out of the big window. Easy walk into the city and to local restaurants and the beach. Parking was a bit hard on the small street.

Fantastic location pretty much at the waterfront, close to cafés and restaurants, and waterfront walkway and cycleway pretty much at your doorstep. The sunset views from the room and the deck were superb! Well equipped with good kitchenware and BBQ. Apartment was spotless clean. 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Would have been good if there was some hot chocolate packets in among all the teas on offer. Would be good if there was a sensor light for the stairs and walkway to the room.

Compact kitchenette had all the necessary items for self catering. Great communication with host & easy check-in process. Nothing - it was all perfect

Enjoyed cocktails and sunsets on the very large private patio. The accommodation was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants, the waterfront and local beach. • Paula Hems (10/5): - This well appointed unit was perfect for our 3 night stay in Nelson. Waking up to the stunning views, being very close to the town center and having some great places to eat and drink just a 2 minute walk away made it ideal. We would definitely stay there again.

• James (10/5): - An incredible view from the room and the sheltered sun deck. We didn't eat out as the view of the harbour entrance was amazing. The kitchen area is very small which suited us - we picked up breads and cheeses etc
• Jacqueline (10/5): We loved Waterfront Bliss, it is well named. One week was not enough. - Incredible deck with fabulous views. We were entertained by the local water sports: sailing, wind foiling, swim club etc. Jacqui was a great host. Nearby restaurants good especially Nahm. Kitchen very limited but we knew that ahead of time. Fine for breakfasts and lunches.
• Martina (9/5): - Das Studio mit Terrasse ist gut eingerichtet und komfortabel. Sehr sauber. Gute Lage mit Blick auf die Tasman Bay. Die Eigentümer nahm vorab mehrmals per Mail Kontakt zu uns auf, um Anfahrt und Zugang zu klären. Während des Aufenthalts nahm sie jedoch nicht einmal persönlich Kontakt zu uns auf, um uns z.B. zu begrüßen, obwohl die im selben Haus wohnte. Das fanden wir doch respektlos und ganz anders als sonst in NZ erlebt.

Besonders schön war, dass man die Terrasse exklusiv benutzen konnte. Eine vielbefahrene Straße ist in der Nähe. Wenn man empfindlich ist, kann das störend sein.

• Zeeva (10/5): Gorgeous hosts and a room and large balcony with fabulous views and - Lovely little airbnb attached to the hosts modern house but still very private. Hosts were just delightful. They gave us fabulous restaurant and cafe recommendations. (Dinner at Hopgpods was a highlight). The views from the room were great. The house is up a very steep street above the main beach road, so the hosts gave us their parking spot to make it easier for us. A big help. Several steps (about 15) to get up to the house. Be aware if you have mobility issues. The outdoor deck is amazing and we loved sitting there with a drink viewing the water. Tiny kitchenette behind sliding door cupboard but pretty well stocked with basic needs so we managed well. Wouldn’t count on cooking there.

Street it is on is quite narrow but we had no problem parking a large van there. Very accommodating hosts, really enjoyed our stay here, we will be back. Nothing not to like here

• Rebecca (10/5): Amazing view right from bed! - -Location - just up from the waterfront on the north side of the hill in town. Amazing view, several restaurants nearby and not too long a walk (35-40min) into town proper. -Access and parking - narrow road but advice on where to park from the hosts before we arrived. Normal key box entry. -WiFi speed - 150 mbps down and 100 mbps up -Amenities / facilities - the kitchen is basically in the wardrobe. Basic but has everything you need and it’s nice to close it off. There’s also a deck for private use which is a similar size to the room, which in itself isn’t small! -Bed - comfy -Noise levels - quite close to the main road so there is some traffic noise in the day, but most of this is gone at night. We heard no noise from any surrounding properties. -Temperature - comfortable. -Shower - consistent temperature and pressure. -Overall comments - a great space with a great view! Would stay again.

• Ross (10/5): Waterfront Bliss - The title says it all - Waterfront Bliss. The unit is self contained away from the main house and has private decking to sit and enjoy the views, sunsets, the ships and yachts coming into the harbour. We went to Nelson for mountain biking and we were able to store our ebikes in their garage. Some very good restaurants within walking distance and a short drive into the CBD. Good communication from the owners who were very helpful.

Private, stunning views, comfortable bed and as s solo traveller I felt comfortable and safe. I'll definitely be back.

There are plenty of great places to eat also, all within walking distance. Good walk to beach and just along waterfront. The unit was great and hosts very helpful and accomodating.
