• Tatiana (7/5): - Дом расположен у самой реки и с балкона шикарный вид. Очень тихо. Дом новый и отделочные работы в холе и на лестнице не закончены, лифт не работал. Матрас на кровати доброго слова не заслуживает, хотя сама кровать вполне пристойная. В кухне электрическая печь не работала.
• Pavel (9/5): - Хорошая, большая, новая квартира. В квартире есть всё что нужно, от посуды и белья до бытовой техники. Возле дома небольшой парк и река. Тихий район. До центрального парка 15-20 минут пешком. Хозяин всегда на связи. Не очень удобный матрац. Нужно заменить смеситель в душе. Остальное отлично.
• Elena (9/5): Замечательная тихая квартира с красивым видом. - Квартира понравилась. Все чисто, комфортно. Находится не в центре, но т к город небольшой, то прогуляться до парка совсем недолго.Зато район очень тихий, места для машин очень много и изумительный вид из окна, приятно завтракать на балконе с видом на реку и горы. Хозяин отзывчивый, при заезде не было газа, хозяин приехал и быстро все наладил, спасибо. Нас все устроило. Рекомендую данную квартиру. Хотелось бы, чтобы в оснащение квартиры добавили гладильную доску, микроволновку и кондиционер. Было бы вообще идеально.
• Guest (10/5): - المكان جميل جدًا جدًا، ونظيف ورائع بس ياليت لو فيه مكيف الإطلالة جميلة على النهر.. فيه قريب منه سوبر ماركت، واطلالة البلكونة رهيبة، أصحاب الشقة رائعين جدًا، كان الباب خربان وخفت يتأخرون بتصليحه ولكن بأقل من نص ساعة صلحوه، تعاملهم رهيب ويردون بسرعة 🙏🏻💯

• Ara (9/5): - Вид с балкона, место прохождения не шумно - близко к центру. Хозяин — молодец! Всегда на связи и готов помочь. Один из стульев был сломан. На полу было немного пыли.
• ILIA (10/5): - Отличные чистые апартаменты, расположенные в тихом районе. Есть все необходимое для проживания. В 5 минутах ходьбы рынок и магазины. Рядом детская площадка, выход к реке, большая парковка. Хозяин всегда был на связи.
• Al-hashimi (8/5): - سكنت في الشقة ليلة وحدة فقط، وكانت بشكل عام نظيفة وفيها أغلب مستلزمات المطبخ. الإطلالة جدًا جميلة تطل على النهر وعلى حديقة، وفي المبنى نفسه حديقة أطفال صغيرة حلوة. المضيفين كانوا طيبين ومتعاونين، وردوا بسرعة وما قصروا. لكن فيه كم ملاحظة: المبنى من برّه كان تحت صيانة، والمدخل ما يعطي انطباع مريح، ومدخل الشقة نفسها بعد مو مناسب كثير. وبرضو لاحظت وجود شوية حشرات صغيرة مثل البعوض، وأتوقع السبب الأجواء في برجومي، لأن شفت نفس الشي في أكثر من مكان هناك. ومن أهم الملاحظات إن الشقة ما فيها تكييف، وهذا الشيء خلّى الإقامة غير مريحة أبدًا، خصوصًا في الأجواء الحارة أو الرطبة. الإطلالة الحلوة وتعامل المضيفين كانوا من أفضل الأشياء في المكان
• Анна (10/5): - Большая чистая уютная квартира в новом доме. Всё новое, рабочее. Есть все необходимое для жизни. Большая парковка порадовала. Расположение хоть и немного удаленое, но все в пешей доступности, маркеты, банки, аптеки. Пешком дошли и до заповедника, погулять в лесу, и до парка с канаткой и источниками. Уютный балкон с видом на горы реку. Заселение/ выселение быстро и без проблем. Рекомендую!
• Aleksander (7/5): OK apartment with some issues - The apartment was ok, clean and spacy. The balcony was a good addition and in the garden there was also a playground for the kids. The price is good! Some of the chairs were broken, the beds were uncomfortable (back pain). The biggest problem is the bathroom door - if you lock yourself in, you can barely come out - the lock doesn’t function as it should! You should repair it. We needed some minutes to open the door.

Poor sound isolation (you can here everything from the street and from the corridor) and you need to have slippers or something else very cold floor and heaters on the walls not enough for that big windows (but view from it is amazing)

• Adil (10/5): After staying at this apartment, we decided not to take hotels anymore and apartments only 😃. We had a splendid day - The size of apartment, facilities inside the apartment, its location, view from Balcony, cleanliness of the apartment, were all exceptional. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay with our kids at this very beautiful apartment in the middle of mountain. The lifts are still not functional in the building so need to manage the movement of luggage, which is not a big problem. The apartment is 2 floor above the ground. I don’t know why they call it 3rd floor 😃

• Alexis (9/5): Superb - Vitali was an excellent guest: very polite, happy to help with anything. The check-in was easy and smooth. Apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Not far from local supermarkets (walking distance) Lift was not working. TV kept showing a message on the left hand side that we couldn’t get rid of.

Also, we was surprised by a little Christmas tree 🎄 Entrance and Location of the building clearly isn't the best one, but it is a quiet place, near river and a little park, so if your mission is to rest, you will do it well 👍

• Jittima (8/5): Very good - The apartment is next to the river, beautiful. The room is new and all equiped. The host was friendly. Actually the building doesn't finish the construction yet. The elevator didn't work and the room is on the 3rd or 4th floor, I could not remember. We were 4 but there was only 1 bed and 1 sofa so 1 person slept on the floor.

• Nana (10/5): This is a perfect stay for a family or a group of friends! - The place is even better than you can see in the pictures! Location is perfect, stores are nearby, Borjomi Central Park is also quite close. The apartment building is located near the river, you can see the mountains and the forest from the balcony, which makes the view and the place simply perfect. Hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, the apartment was extremely clean and all the necessary appliances and products were provided for us. The neighborhood is very calm and kid-friendly, we had an 8 month old with us and he had great fun in the park that is located right under the balcony and he had no trouble sleeping since the neighborhood is very quiet. Everything was perfect!

• Jeffrey (10/5): great brand new apartment, excellent value! - we stayed here for 2 nights with 2 adults and 3 children (ages 1, 3 and 5). The apartment is brand new and very nice. It is well equipped and Vitali is an excellent host, he even shared some of his homemade wine with us! The Wi-Fi wasn’t working at the time of our stay but Vitali offered the use of a local SIM card to use as a hotspot. The apartment is located outside of the main town, it is possible to walk but it is a bit far, especially to Central Park. we had a car so it wasn’t an issue. the apartment has a playground right next to it so it was great for the kids. the view is awesome from the balcony. the building is still under construction (as of June 2023) so the elevator wasn’t operational yet and there’s construction noise/debris etc. however it didn’t disrupt us at all. for the price and quality of the apartment, it is one of a kind and we would definitely stay here again.
• Poulakowska (10/5): Was just amazing stay, atmosphere, hospitality! - Apartament set on hight standard, exciding our expectations, everyting in the room was brand news and very good quality, we felt like staying in 5* hotel. But most amazing was the view, with full wall being just a windows overlooking the river and the Montains, we could hear only sound of the river and singing birds in the morning. On top of the owners were super nice and helpfull, Mr.Vitali was always available on every call, checking himself if everyting is ok, he even came and pick US up when we got lost while looking for the Apartament. We have amazing stay there and will definately would like come back there! I cannot find anything to complain.
