• Christie (10/5): Exceptional - Best food ever, comfortable stay. Good hotel, just don't expect the staff to speak English language. all polite people. Best view. Despite leaving messages and calling the hotel phone , no one responded. Wifi is on and off. Since it's in the mountain it's understandable.
• Antti (9/5): Very good place to escape for weekend! - Very nice pool area with the view to the mountains. Our apartment had even private wood-heated sauna! It was Saturday, and still the hotel had noisy construction going on.

• Jens (5/5): Loud place, low English level, not that clean - Great location, beautiful views. Pool area nice in theory, but way too noisy in reality. Upon our arrival the staff who greeted us spoke no english. The guy who was trying to help us get in the parking space was giving us the wrong instructions on how to manoevre the car around the tight ramp and rolling his eyes, as if doubting my wife‘s parking skills… not a nice welcome at all. There was dog shit on our lawn, used plates of previous guests still next to the bbq and bench cushions had no covers on. The staff in general spoke hardly any english. They played loud party music from the early morning hours till about 10/11pm which is a pity in such a beautiful location. If you looking for a quiet place, this is not the right choice. The cutlery, plates and glasses at the apartment and especially at the breakfast were clearly soiled and wet. The electricity socket in the bathroom was not working so you cannot dry your hair in front of a mirror. As a non-Russian speaker we felt lost and confused for most of the time.
• Tatiana (6/5): Good for a day trip - The staff were amazingly friendly and polite. The lanscape was absolutely stunning. The idea of design is wonderful. There were potflowers everywhere, moss walls, and singing birds. The restaurant was quite good with local cuisine. As for room facilities, the most and the only pleasure was a king-size comfy bed. The biggest disappointment was that the hotel served as a local entertainment center. Many locals come here to spend a day at the pool. Sunbeds, hammam rooms, and places at the restaurant go fully booked by locals, leaving hotel guests making queues. Personnel's kindness doesn't transform into good service. In 3 days we didn't get any room cleaning. Facility was built by a local team, making it shabby after just a couple of seasons. There were construction works everywhere. There's no territory at the hotel, which leaves the guests with options of eating and sleeping, literally.

• Hind (10/5): Thank You Ballanda!! - Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with amazing decor. We stayed in the apartment with our son and his wife and enjoyed a delicious dinner prepared for us by the restaurant. We were comfortably relaxed. One of the bedroom had an ensuite with a sauna. That was amazing ! Nothing. Our stay was amazing.

• Fahad (10/5): Excellent Memoriable stay - We stayed 2 days, weather was 0 degree they setup born fire in evening for us . We had enjoyed alot in middle of mountain in-front you challet. It was tremendous experience than second day morning we went out for the chimgan chair lift, horse and bike riding that was great thrilling experience, than we buy the chicken from supermarket and our spices and did bbq . Griller plates crockery fire everything was provided by Balandda and also candles for a romantic dinner There is a language issue you must needed a google or yandex translator if you dont know russian and uzbek . Nobody understand english little bit
• Eisa (5/5): Passable - breakfast was okay the smell in the bathrooms and the water and the steam rooms not working in the triangle house. The water looking weird and fizzy. the water in general in the kitchen sink and washroom smelling bad.
• Ulugbek (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location and amazing service! Very delicious food and hospitable hosts!! Definitely will return there and spend more time. It's so quiet and comfortable that you just don't want to leave! It's so warm inside, that you can walk barefoot and t-shirt style. Maybe add a washer, so that guests could use it, but this is optional... Also the fridge is a bit noisy and small, could be replaced by a bit bigger option. And add a diffusor to the hairdryer :) Nothing else to add
