• Shiva (3/5): Do not book, go for Eastin directly - The location was good, and the staff were polite Not the same room I booked, felt like a cheap hotel masquerading as a business hotel. Every step of the room experience was bad. Broken plumbing, paint smell, moist sheets, it was a under construction building with lift not working at times.

• Andrii (8/5): Palette or Eastin Hotels stay... - Bed and bedsheets were ok, internet worked well, except one time when it stopped working and I had to ask the reception to fix it. Not far from Hitech city. Easy to get a taxi to that location. The booking is made with "Palette Madhapur", but when I arrived it was actually "Eastin Hotels", however they had access to my booking and exact price for it. Payment only in cash. Shortly after booking I've got a message from OYO about prepayment... After checking out booking.com said that hotel cancelled the booking because of no-show... I had to reply saying that this is a mistake and I indeed stayed there for 4 nights...

However, one of the bookings was canceled without any prior communication from the hotel or Booking.com. When I arrived at 2 AM, I discovered there was no booking in my name. I had to make a new booking on the spot, which caused a lot of inconvenience.

• Amretha (1/5): Very bad - We have informed at the time of booking time itself we are traveling with family of 2 Adult + 1adult children + 2 minor children. When we reached after lots of travel hessels, to get a rest for some time, the reception given us a very bad reception, that we booked only for 4 people. I said I will cancel the booking, then only they were ready to admit us. the reception was horrible. Very bad smell of pest control or some thing, the furniture and the curtains were too old, the room was dusty. bad mark on cleanly ness, TV was not working, especially the remote.
• Mariam (1/5): Please don't visit as Palette, doesn't exist! - There is nothing to like about an unethical hotel. Palette Madhapur doesn't exist!! So if anyone who books thinking they are getting the Palette hotel, they are not! The actual fraud setup is, when you will land at the hotel, you will see that it is called Eastin Hotel. The reception will tell you that they have a tie-up with a third party for hotel bookings called Palette. But the people who you will actually connect with for any communication is OYO rooms. There is a high probability that the Eastin Hotels will not give you the room or give you (if they have many empty rooms) based on their discretion. If they don't want to give you the room, they will tell you they never received the booking details. And yet they allow whoever Palette is to use their name on their hotel photographs everywhere. I went through severe stress, because at the time I visited Hyderabad, all hotels around that vicinity were full. I depended on this hotel, and the way they denied my stay was very unethical. I highly recommend you skip this hotel as the operation just seems too shady and a fraud.

I didn't like the management of the hotel

Post my objecting to the question, I got a reply that there was rush of other persons seeking rooms. I found them non-professional. Also hotel name shown is Eastin hotel, not Pallete Madhapur.

• Ganesh (2/5): It was disastrous stay in the hotel - Nothing to like except the location I had to wait almost more than one hour to check in and facilities are not up to mark, stinky smell coming out from bed. Restroom is not clean, no towels in restroom.
