El aire acondicionado se encendía y apagaba haciendo ruido cada 4 minutos, lo cual era molesto de noche para dormir. No conseguí que se solucionara hablando con el alojamiento.

• Jeta (8/5): Mi aspettavo di più! - Mi è piaciuta la posizione della struttura, centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Anche l'appartamento dentro era di ottime dimensioni. Non sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del soggiorno. Innanzitutto, il check‑in è risultato molto più complicato del normale, probabilmente perché la struttura è gestita da un host esterno. Di solito, con una prenotazione tramite Booking è tutto molto più semplice, mentre in questo caso sono state richieste numerose procedure aggiuntive. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare. C'era un po' troppa polvere nella zona giorno, in particolare attorno al divano letto. Lo sciacquone del bagno è risultato estremamente fastidioso: nonostante seguissi le istruzioni alla lettera (sì, perché ci sono anche quelle), si incastrava continuamente, lasciando scorrere acqua senza sosta e richiedendo vari tentativi prima di riuscire a fermarlo. L’aspetto peggiore, però, è stata la temperatura interna: l’ambiente era soffocante, quasi irrespirabile. Ho dovuto aprire e chiudere la finestra più volte durante la notte e, di conseguenza, ho dormito molto male. Capisco che il riscaldamento non è autonomo e quindi non si può controllare ma ho davvero sofferto il caldo. Infine, la posizione è sicuramente comodissima, ma sinceramente, a mio avviso, non basta a giustificare né il prezzo richiesto né le condizioni generali dell’appartamento.

• MIHAELA (9/5): - Zona este foarte plăcută ,cu aprozare magazine pentru tot ceea ce ai nevoie și pentru că apartamentul are geamurile in curtea interioara este foarte liniștit ,seara te poți odihni in tihnă. Nu mi a plăcut patul extensibil pt că scârție foarte tare ,dusul,nu am avut suficientă apă toți 4 ,capacul la wc ar fi trebuit schimbat si becul din dormitor ,pur și simplu nu a funcționat ,dar ne au fost se folos veiozele.
• Maria (7/5): Brera’s heart - Very well located, quiet area and spacious. All amenities were complete and the host was attentive. The heating was insanely high and the pipes were all clogged (sinks, toilet and shower).
• Irina (4/5): A disappointing experience due to poor y and lack of proper preparativos, despite a responsive host. - The location was convenient, and the apartment had potential to be comfortable with adequate space for three adults. The apartment was not properly cleaned or prepared: missing towels and bedding, dirty sheets, clogged bathroom sink and shower, black mold in the bathroom, and a malfunctioning toilet flush. The owner was responsive but did not take accountability or resolve the issues during our stay.

• Julie (9/5): - Location was perfect, place was very clean and place was as represented. I think you need to have a dish towel and paper towels. The purpose is we can clean up after ourselves. A few coffee pods as a welcome for our first morning would have been nice.

• Jenny (8/5): Great location and quiet - The apartment was in a terrific location. Walking distance to the Duomo, galleries and museums, botanical gardens and lots of good restaurants. It was very quiet and secure. I would have given it a higher score except the toilet kept running and the inside of the fridge was a bit broken.

• Armina (8/5): It’s nice apartment and clean and comfortable. - Easy access to the main central Late check in time. Should be at least 3pm
• Rehan (5/5): Terrible host - The location. The AC didnt work and when we msg'd the property owner, their reply was rude. They said its absurd to use the air conditioning in this season. None of their concern, we paid for it. We were asked to open the windows which when we did, their were mosquitos in the property as there is a small garden on the same floor. Some people have health condition and they need AC, hence why we booked it.

• Milica (9/5): I would highly recommend this apartment. - The location is superb, I wouldn't choose to stay in any other area of Milan. There are beautiful restaurants, cafes and bars everywhere around the apartment, yet the apartment is quiet. All the main attractions are easily accessible by foot and the metro lines, but I would spend days in the area itself. The apartment is lovely, the apartment building is stunning, the check-in procedure is easy, the mattress and pillows are so comfortable, the morning sun is so beautiful in the apartment, yet the shades and curtains are great if you like to sleep in.
