• Sabrina (10/5): Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage - Tolle Unterkunft: wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit einmaligem Ausblick, tolle Aufteilung mit Schlafzimmer und Bad auf einer anderen Ebene (wenige Treppenstufen) und kleiner Küche und Wohnzimmer an der Terrasse. Toll, dass ich unkompliziert als dritter Gast auf der Schlafcouch übernachten durfte (sehr bequem). Sehr liebe Vermieterin: hilfsbereit und schnell und einfach zu kontaktieren. Sehr saubere Wohnung, tolle Lage zur City, Strand, Restaurants. Bad-Schlafzimmer-Kombination/Integration war ungewöhnlich aber für 10 Tage problemlos.

• Jennifer (10/5): - Just back from a wonderful week at Apartments Babin. Nada is a wonderful host, the property is cosy, has great facilities and a beautiful view from the spacious terrace. Close to Marina Borik, the area is lively during the day and peaceful at night. Lots of fruit like kiwis, lemons and grapes grow on the roadside, it is so beautiful! The number 8 bus travels into Zadar just a few minutes walk from the property, Nada has lots of local recommendations on where to go and how to get around. Will come back again 😊
• Ivan (8/5): - Poloha ubytovania bola super. Izby mali všetky klimatizaciu. Boli tam dvoje WC. Vonku gril s posedením. Pekne posedenie na terase (3 terasy). Na začiatku nám domaca poskytla informacie o okolí. Kuchyna bola dobre vybavená. Od ubytovania sme dostali 2 kľúče čo bolo veľmi príjemné. Celkovo bolo ubytovanie dobre vynavenie, ale bolo vidiet ze zariadenie je už staršie. Ubytovanie sice malo umývačku, práčku ale neposkytovali žiadne tablety do nich. Museli sme si ich dokupit sami rovnako ako toaletný papier a uhlie na gril. Domaca nam po prichode už nevenlvala.velku pozornosť (nepýtala sa ci nám niečo chyba, ci treba nieco vymenit, doplniť.) Parkovacích miest nebolo dostatok. K nasmu apartmanu pre 6 ludi bolo len jedno. Chladnička nechladila dostatocne dobre (a zle sa zatvarali dvierka) - nám sa po dvoch dnoch pokazilo vsetko mäso.

• Svetoslav (10/5): Super Apartment - Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sehr schöne und große Terrasse mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment jedem sehr, besonders für junge Menschen sehr gut geeignet.

Very kind and helpful owner. 3 bedroom apartment furnished in the classic style was clean and very well equipped, each room had a separate air conditioning. Our family of 7 had a very comfortable stay at Babin’s apartments!
• Sean (10/5): Beautiful apartment that’s close to everything! - Beautiful apartment on the coast with a nice homely feel. Had a beautiful view of the coastline on the balcony where we relaxed and sunbathed. There was a supermarket within a couple minutes walk. The walk to old town was also lovely, an easy walk along the coast. If we were to come back we would stay here again. Nothing

• Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location and an apartment with wonderful views! The apartment was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. Nadia was the perfect host welcoming us warmly despite our late arrival. We would highly recommend this apartment both for situation and amenities. Thank you Nadia There was nothing we didn't like we absolutely loved it!!
• Vilius (7/5): It is great for larger groups but could use some renovation. - The apartment was spacious and great for a larger group of people, we were 7, so if you want to fit a larger group in one apartment, this is great. 2 balconies were great for getting some fresh air. The parking for 2 cars was convenient and good. The host was friendly and available when needed. The location was in a quiet neighborhood so good for rest after a busy day. The cleanliness of the apartment unfortunately was subpar, one person in our group suffers from dust mite allergy and had problems staying in the apartment due to high amounts of dust on many surfaces (some photos attached). The sound isolation is quite minimal, sound from other apartments was easily heard. The utilities in the apartment were working, but overall quite dated. One strange thing is that the apartment has many items that are just left there not for guests (some keys, receipts, luggage, etc). At one point the gas stove stopped working in one evening, so we had to wait for it to be fixed, but that was resolved relatively quickly, although for a bit we were afraid that we would have to wait till the next day.
• Tebeen (8/5): Highly recommended - For me the best thing was the view and the terrace was really great . Also Mrs .Nadia start to give all the information that you will need it for comfortable Stay . And always there for more info. There was No AC in the living room, just in bedroom
• Rachel (10/5): Lovely apartment in Zadar - I stayed in this apartment with 4 friends and it was a lovely homely place from which to explore Zadar. We arrived very early in the morning after a delayed flight and after a bit of searching found the apartment. It is very spacious with 3 generous rooms, open plan kitchen/sitting room/dining room and 2 balconies. Great air conditioning! We thought one room would have a double and a single bed but there was just a double bed which two of us shared which wasn't a problem for us. There was everything we needed for our short stay: towels, kitchen bits, hair dryer etc. It was about a 45 minute walk into the old town along the waterfront but you can also take a quick uber ride which we did on the way back. There is a beach about 10/15 minute walk away which was perfect after a hot day of walking! Thank you Nada for a lovely stay, just wish it was longer!

• Justyna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is very clean, the bedroom is big and equipped with an AC, shower, and a sink. There is a separate room for a toilet and separate room for a washing machine. My favorite part of the apartment is a terrace. It is big, with a lot of plants, a sun bed, sun protection, a table, and a great sea view. The apartment is within walking distance from a grocery shop, beach, and restaurants.
