• nicky (8/5): Goede overnachting voor de prijs - De locatie dicht bij het centrum en de broodjeszaak direct naast de deur. Het huis, voornamelijk de badkamer, zag eruit alsof het niet was schoongemaakt. De druppels zaten nog op de spiegel en er hing een muffe geur.
• Di Marino (8/5): - Struttura in una posizione più che ottima, stanze abbastanza pulite e dotata di buoni servizi Il bagno puzzava terribilmente, un peccato perchè appare moderno e abbastanza pulito. Necessita di un intervento urgente. Struttura al quarto piano senza ascensore

• Claralo (7/5): - Emplacement idéal au centre historique Charmants cafés autour Aucun volet aux fenêtres juste de très très fins rideaux transparents donc trop de lumière dans les chambres Une cuisine désuette Le ménage avait été fait en vitesse, il restait des serviettes sales dans la machine a laver (accessible pour les clients) mais aussi dans les placards, et les draps n'étaient pas nickel non plus

• sven (4/5): - Die Lage Küche und Bad sind schmuddelig. Zudem ist die Küche so klein, das hier keine vier Personen essen können. Die Aircondition ist nur in einem Schlafzimmer und konnte dies bei 38Grad auch nicht richtig kühlen.

• Antonios (7/5): - There was a leak at the bathroom and every time each one of us showered, the whole room was filled with water on the floor. Also, we were notified that the apartment is in the 4th floor without an elevator. Also the blankets were small and not suitable for 2 people

• Kouros (6/5): - Locatie was het beste Verouderd/ stroom uitval in heel de straat/ vaak zonder warm water omdat de boiler uit viel Dubbele kozijnen zonder werking lijkt net of al je ramen open staan als mensen buiten staan kan je zo het gesprek meeluisteren terwijl je op 4 hoog zit....
• lee (10/5): Fantastic value for money, great size, next to the old town - The size!!! Amazing. Home from home. Easy check in Safe area close to the old town. 2 min walk Fully equipped with towels, toiletries etc Wasn’t a problem for us but some may find it a struggle. It’s on top floor with no lift. It’s amazing though

• Vjaceslavs (8/5): - Местоположение - супер! Не было чайника. Жаль. Я знал, что лифта нет - Дом старый и лифт там не предусмотрен - но, моему отцу (75 лет) было тяжело подниматься на последний этаж, лестница очень крутая.
• Ezio (6/5): ok - appartamento grande, pulito, ben fornito, centro storico a due passi 4 piano senza ascensore, l'aria condizionata era solo in una stanza da letto con un condizionatore portatile molto rumoroso
• Abián José (2/5): - La ubicación Hace falta subir 83 escalones para acceder al apartamento. Solo tiene aire acondicionado en una habitación y no funciona bien. No tiene cafetera. Un frigorífico en medio del pasillo que desprendía olor y el congelador estaba lleno de agua. El apartamento dice tener lavadora pero la estancia estaba ocupada totalmente con ropa tendida. El cuarto de baño está lleno de marcas de cal y se sale agua de la ducha, el agua caliente apenas dura unos minutos.
• Alina (2/5): Dezamăgitor. Nu recomand - Aproape de Centrul Vechi Nu este apartament; sunt de fapt 2 dormitoare, un hol foarte lung si o baie. Nu exista bucatarie, asa cum a fost prezentată la momentul rezervării. Proprietarul si-a cerut scuze pentru faptul ca a incuiat bucataria…Este doar un frigider, pe hol; nu ai posibilitatea să faci o cafea sau sa iei micul dejun! Nu are aer condiționat: un dormitor are un ventilator iar celălalt are un aparat de ventilație pe pardoseală care face mai mult zgomot decât răcoare . Proprietatea se afla la ultimul etaj (4) iar accesul pe scările înguste este o adevărată provocare si pentru cei cu o bună condiție fizica. Ar trebui mai multă atenție la efectuarea curateniei.
• Mikko (8/5): Great location, washing machine is a big bonus - Yanis is a spacious appartment at very good location right next to the old town. The surrounding streets are full of hip cafes and pizza restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. There’s AC only in one of the big bedrooms, the other one has a fan, which wasn’t quite enough in the +38 celsius heat. Washing machine is s great bonus after spending days on the road. The AC should cover both of the bedrooms and the curtains could be a little thicker - the summer sun blasts right through them.
• Mariya (10/5): It was a pleasure staying in the ApartHotel Yanis. - The apartment is huge. Both bedrooms are big and cozy. The kitchen has everything needed. The notes from the host make you feel really special & welcome guest. Thank you, Yanis! There is no lift in the building. Of course this is not a disadvantage itself, but it's kind of discomfort, especially for, let's say, not so young guests. :)

• Jan (5/5): Passable - Good location. Many rooms and space. Rather ok equipped. We were allowed to put in luggage earlier. Just the most necessary newly cleaned. But a clear need for a total cleaning of all rooms, all parts and surfaces – so pretty dirty (the first one I have experienced of the 10 places I have stayed in Romania last month). Also, in need for repairs of things, e.g. in the bathroom. If this is done, the apartment will be attractive.
• Iliyan (9/5): Superb - Good location in walking distance to the centre. It's on the latest floor and there is no elevator.
• Grzegorz (8/5): Spacious apartment in the center of the city, great price/quality ratio - Easy access. Great location just a few meters away from bars and restaurants. Popular sights are within 15 minutes walking, bus and metro stops within 10. Clean, lots of amenities including tea and capsule coffee machine with actual capsules (its not common for a host to provide those, usually its "buy your own capsules" policy) Shower head and door could be fixed. One bedroom is quieter but doesn't have an AC, the other one is louder (road noises) but does have the AC. Due to lack of elevator, this apartment is not suitable for families with small kids or disabled people.
