- Sheridon (10/5): - The Hostess ,Kim, was fantastic ...she went above and beyond with recommendations to nearby restaurants, to providing transportation. A member of my party had some ambulatory issues and she switched our room without being asked. Although we only spent a night at Poinciana, it is the sort of accomodation that lends itself to longer stays with a full kitchen and comfortable space . There wasn't a thing to complain about . I'd definitely stay again if I'm back in Antiqua !

- Rose (10/5): Great apartment near the airport with AC in both bedrooms - Kim was an excellent host. Offered us a free ride into town for dinner! AC in both bedrooms was a life saver. It is very humid in Antigua. Apartment was very spacious and fully furnished. Mattresses were a big stiff for my taste. Also there were no blankets, but apparently blankets aren't a thing in the Caribbean.

- Bohnhorst (10/5): Short but good - Kim is super friendly. She took time to show me everything in the apartment and makes sure everyone is safe. She drove me to the next supermarket to get some food. There's no stores or restaurants around. Very close to the airport. Kim got me a taxi at 5am You cannot really walk around outside in this area.

- Lee (8/5): Bargain - Kim was exceptionally helpful we only stayed as we had a 6 hr stop off between flights, Kim offered and took us to get food and anything else we needed the property was clean large and ideal for a short stay the location is a little remote for a holiday but close to the airport which was perfect for us. Remote location, nothing in walking distance hard to find. Taxi driver struggled we used WAZE to get there.

I will definitely be booking them again should the need arise.

We had a little problem and she went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant experience. Her apartment is really nice, spacious, clean with modern furniture and appliances. Our family of 4 had more than enough space. I highly recommend this place. We only overnighted here and it's just about 10 minutes from the airport. For longer stays, a car is recommended.

Apartment was so much bigger than the pictures and was so nice and modern Shower cap in the shower is not removable. Had to close the blinds most of the time because of the neighbors.

- Fleming (10/5): My stay was restful and peaceful. - The location was great since it was about several minutes from the ferry and the airport. My taxi ride from the ferry was quick, and so was my ride to the airport. I was very pleased with it being in the center. What I didn't like had nothing to do with the villa. The location was not quite showing up on GPS for delivery. However, the host is working on getting that corrected.

However, I find it to be a little expensive stayed two nights and paid 300 USD which is equivalent to $810 EC in my opinion it’s expensive. On the site it was 459 XCD For the two nights but after meeting the host it was said otherwise. The place is really nice the welcoming of the host was great. I absolutely love that you pay upon arrival. Besides me talking about the cost it was really nice and I’d definitely recommend. I enjoyed my stay. Felt really comfortable. The set up on the inside and how much it made me felt at home.
