- Joanne (1/5): - We couldn't gain access to the property.😢
Be sure to get the key lock code before you arrive
- Phil (7/5): - Good coms, keysafe system, good location Just needs updating, mis matched furniture loeers score!
- Miroslava (7/5): Inak ok - Poloha dobra, postele super.

- Florent Bikoko (9/5): Very clean and very good location - Beds very good, kitchen very good, toilet very clean N/A
- Tinashe (8/5): - Location Room was cold
- Gianpasquale (8/5): Value of money considering how close you are from the centre of London. - Shower very modern, very comfortable beds! Looks a bit old fashioned; with a bit of renovation It would be a beautiful place
- Ray (10/5): -
- Javier (3/5): the details must be taken care of - Crappy apartment, no breakfast, just instant coffee.
The location is saved by being right next to Hoxton station. It's better to put in inexpensive but well-maintained furniture and mattresses than to fill it with leftover furniture from elsewhere.
With a small investment, it could be a cozy apartment.
Details like the toilet seat, finding a piece of gum stuck under a bed, or a bowl with a bag in the freezer with something in it aren't reassuring.
I do not upload photos to give the owner a chance.

- CoreyBTID (8/5): Enjoyed myself thoroughly nice to come back after a night out to a nice clean comfy apartment - Very clean good location for where we wanted to go beds were very comfy Nothing the place was lovely

- Atkins (5/5): We wouldn’t stay here again. - The property has a washing machine and a drier. 👍 The location was very noisy.
It needed to be cleaned and tidied thoroughly.
Not spacious enough for 4 adults.
Very hot and stuffy.
- Tanya (8/5): - Местоположение и чистота
- Andy (7/5): Ideal for what we wanted, sleep, shower, leave! Well connected to trains. Some good bars nearby. . - Value for money Small for 4 adults
- Gary (9/5): Cheap and comfortable - Not luxury but had everything we needed for our trip to Wembley, beds super comfortable, great location for eats and drinks and travel Not 5 star but you get what you pay for
- Charles (7/5): Small, cheap but handy flat. - Handy location, if a bit noisy as on a busy road. The flat was small, but ok. It could do with a bit of tlc. The kitchen chairs are too big for he space and at leas one was broken so pointless anyway. They very bright naked bulbs, and only one lamp in one of he rooms, so not terribly relaxing, but all fine if you aren't planning on staying in much. The two slights of stairs are dark and narrow, so awkward with luggage. here was lots of bubble bath, but no bath, only a shower, so shower gel would have been better. When we arrived he washing machine and tumble dryer where still full of wet bedding & towels. It was late so I didn't message he host about it, I just hung it all out to dry, but looks like they forgot to finish preparing the flat.
- Miles (4/5): Disappointing -
- Beatrice (7/5): Good - the position was useful, 20 minutes by bus from the main attractions it was a little bit cold inside and there were only a big towel for each person
- Megan (3/5): Unclean and uncomfortable. - The shower had good pressure. The bathroom in general was the best part of this place. The flat was cold, there were 2 blower heaters to use but the central heating although in place, wasn’t accessible to use. This place wasn’t clean to the standard it should have been. We found (head) hair on counter and drawer tops, and other types of hair in the beds.
The location wasn’t great either, especially for three young women.
The host didn’t contact us before check in with the lock codes, so we were left stood outside in the dark, dodgy area trying to contact her for it and when she did answer she was very curt.
The locks themselves were not adequate, either. Especially the door to the flat itself.
The windows, as other reviewers noted, were so thin that getting any sleep was an issue. Even people walking by having a conversation could be heard, so you can imagine when ambulances and buses went by.
Overall, I would say if you’re a pair or group of women looking for somewhere to stay in Hackney, please, find somewhere else. This is definitely not worth the few quid saved.
- Alex (8/5): Good location, simple but comfortable accommodation - Good location, simple but clean accommodation. Simple decor improvements could be made - such as light shades on bare bulbs etc which would make the apartment feel more inviting.
- Gramaticu (8/5): Pleasant stay - Very clean flat, 3 minutes to overground, 30 min away from city center. Good host, left us enough tea and coffee for a platoon. Windows can use double glazing, small crack in wardrobe, Drying machine was on when we arrived,
- Lahav (9/5): I'll be back! - The apartment is lovely and convenient. Stepping out of it - and you are in a wonderful neighborhood, easy to get anywhere.
- Sandra (6/5): good no frills accomodation - modern bathroom, good water pressure. Apartment was clean and had a bright kitchen area. Close to public transport. small, no living area, would be hard to fit more than 2-3 adults in kitchen. No wifi (which we knew from description). Pretty average for the price.
- Raheese (10/5): Exceptional - Beds where excellent, nice little appartment
- Ajay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam (6/5): Pleasant - The price was quite inexpensive compared to other places. There were some good grocery stores nearby. Was good having a washer and drier in the apartment. Neighborhood a bit dodgy. Front door itself is quite an indicator with spray paint all over it. Walking in and up the stairs looks like a place in bad need of repair. Very little space in the common room/kitchen to sit. Windows have to stay open during summer(hot) but right on road, so fair amount of noise (I imagine if not during summer would be OK as would be cooler so could keep closed at night)
- Tore (10/5): Very good value - The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance to many attractions. The beds are very comfortable, with clean sheets and towels. It's airy and comfortable during the summer, making it a great choice for groups (we were a group of four staying for three nights)
- Ivetteharnett (9/5): Ideal for us five. Just what we needed. - I loved the location, very close to London Bridge, the Tube, and Broadway Market. There are many good restaurants and local bars, a brewery around the corner, grocery stores everywhere and a comedy club. We tried the Vietnamese restaurant at the corner- delicious. The bus stop is just outside the apartment and took bus 149 to London Bridge and Liverpool Street station to take the tube, but any bus will take you to the Tube. It was perfect for us it has 5 very comfortable beds. There was soap in the bathroom, washing detergent, coffee, and washing and dryer for long stays. Very private did not hear any neighbours or people stomping above us. It did not bother me that it did not have a TV or WiFi as we had tablets and phones with loads of data. Great for a family- London Fields is around the corner and other parks. There are a few museums that have things for children next door. It was exactly what we needed, my teens approved. Found a parking place using JustPark app for £0.80 an hour in a private garage with a lock within walking distance of the flat. The door downstairs needs to be freshened up, but looks like improvements are underway. Yes, the front windows can be double- but is not a deterrent at all.
- Richard (1/5): Very basic accommodation no TV - Very noisy on the main road with only single glazed windows
- Mehmet (10/5): Exceptional -
