• Silpa (5/5): - Food was very good. But while the food prices seem reasonable initially, in the name of extras, they give a long bill when you check out. If a thali is for 250, anything extra will be 100 each - might as well order an additional thali. Lot of greenery around. Could buy mangoes from their farms. Staff is pleasant and nice. Really need to work on cleanliness - curtains, linen, etc. Smart TVs in the rooms are name sake and hardly work. Too many power cuts (some of them also scheduled weekly) and ACs won't work with the generator. Location has nothing around and property is huge but not maintained well. Seems like nobody is interested in developing the property or maintaining it well.

• Lucy (8/5): Overall, it was a very good experience. Welcoming atmosphere that made the stay relaxing. - The cottage offered a wonderfully homely atmosphere with plenty of space to relax and unwind. It truly felt like great value for money. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and added to the overall comfort of the experience. The stay was comfortable overall, but the air conditioning could have been better—the temperature control wasn’t working, which made the room uncomfortably cold during the night. The staff were friendly and helpful, though at times a bit casual in their approach. Clearer attention to detail would have enhanced the experience; for example, despite repeated requests, breakfast bread was served untoasted each day, and cold drinking water had to be asked for daily. In addition, there was no fixed menu card, and every small item ordered was charged separately, with the overall food bill presented only at checkout, which came as a surprise. These were minor inconveniences rather than major discomforts, but they did add up to a slight irritation during an otherwise pleasant stay.

• Amod (7/5): generally relaxing . - The manager and his service team were very courteous and welcoming. It was a local holiday the day we checked in and the hotel was short on staff and help, but the manager himself readily helped us get our baggage to the rooms. We were really well taken care of during the stay. The breakfast was very basic but delicious. Food also was excellent. This is more of a homestay than a regular hotel, you feel at home but it meets the expectations. The location is about 2 Km. ( as the crow flies) away from the Are Ware beach and though there was no sea-view the sea breeze was refreshing. The location is very quiet and soothing. the rooms are too small and even for a couple this gets cramped. They could think of putting a small fridge and a small center table, but well there just no space for this. But then, the service staff and the manager more than make up for this small inconvenience.

• Golatkar (9/5): Calm and Quiet place near Ganpatipule - I was looking for homestays and resorts near Ganpatipule and came across this little gem after lot of search and rejecting many places. This place is approximately 20 mins from Ganpatipule temple and nesteled in nature. Staff here is polite,helpful and took very good care of us. I prefer homely food even away from home and that's what i got here. Food is absolutely delicious here and cooked with care and quality. bhajji (onion fritters, ridgegourd fritters), ukdiche modak, bhakari, dalimbi chi bhaji are must try here. Rooms are spacious and clean, washrooms were also clean and in balcony you can just seat and enjoy your tea and calm surrounding I would definately recommend this place to everyone who wish to visit Ganpatipule or Ratnagiri.

• Shashikant (10/5): Place of peace and pleasure with good healthy food - Property host and staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast and meals offered was tasty and worth the cost. We enjoyed both veg and non-veg food. All amenities provided were working properly. Hygiene maintained properly. We would love to visit again.

Aare Ware Beach is just 15 Minute drive from the location, making it a convenient and relaxing getaway spot. Highly recommended!" The only downside was the frequent power outages, and it usually took around 20 minutes for the power to be restored. Other than that, everything was great!"

But the lady who plays the actual and important role in maintaining PR was a bit rude and non cooperative. She has denied all our requests regarding check out time and was somehow showing attitude of her role as a receptionist 😄 This estate is so peaceful but very very far from Ratnagiri city and other historical places. Want to mention pls provide clean and hygienic bathrooms as they were not enough neat and clean Except that lady staff at the reception everything was good. Unhygienic Bathroom , lights were too dim in rooms, unprofessional staff at reception

The food served at the hotel is nice homemade type of food. The facility is well managed and safe for families. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent.

We are lucky enough to get such a cozzy and peaceful stay in Seawind Konkanwadi Resort. We are amazed to see excellent hospitality and the mesmerizing sunset views from the top. This Resort is at a very high altitude with beautiful and lush greenery surrounded. We were always welcomed by their friendly and helpful staff. Our family room was well-equipped and comfortable, and the food was good value for money. Breakfast was awesome and delicious. I would highly recommend this Resort for tourists who are going to Ganpatipule. Nothing as such..all facilities are remarkable.

• Steve (5/5): Average Stay - Peaceful location This place has seen better days. It felt sad, tired, and neglected. There were not many guests, so perhaps that was part of the problem. But I just got the feeling that I was not that welcome. There was no hot water, the meal options were very limited, and after I paid upfront, I was pretty much left to it. There was no offer to help with bags on arrival. I was shown to my room, and that was it. Maybe it was the time of year, late December, but the whole place felt semi shutdown and could have been the set for a B Grade Hollywood psycho thriller movie. It really didn't appeal to me at all.

I am a non-vegetarian, but I don’t know why I Preferred vegetarian food there. However, it was really delicious and satisfactory. Options for morning, breakfast are limited, but quality is good. I have not Much interacted with their staff But seems like they are Courteous and friendly. There is nothing specific which I didn’t like, and Would like to highlight.

The outside restaurants are quite far so need to inform the resort kitchen well in advance for any lunch and dinner and they were generous to take our request. The breakfast and dinner was good. They have kids play room which has many toys and games and our kids enjoyed being there and playing. Nothing as such, They charge 1K for extra bed per day which seems to be bit expensive.
