• Jo (8/5): Quiet, clean casa, great for a short stay in Teguise - Casa Siempreviva is in a quiet location within easy walking distance of Teguise. Great to have a parking space at the property. The property was lovely and clean and spacious. The outside lights that came on automatically at night.
• Jenni (10/5): Great stay, perfect location for a chill visit. - The location of this home was wonderful in an antique town, very well serviced in the town and in the home. We faced some strange weather, but found a heater in the home when we needed it, as well as a kitchen with many appliances to make our days easy. The home was spacious and well located with additional towels for lounging outside provided. There is no oven, but there are other appliances that make up for that. Only complaint would be poor wifi connection that was only accessible in the living room.

• Solenn (9/5): - A lovely place in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood. The terrace is charming, the bathroom is spacious, and the shower was honestly a dream! The host was very kind and helpful, prompt to reply and adaptable, and even drove by to bring me a specific item I was missing, which I really appreciated. Only minor inconvenience: the lack of basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper and oil, though to be honest this seems fairly standard in holiday rentals in Lanzarote.
• Pedro (8/5): Genial - Muy limpio y de todo de lo que necesitarás. Buena ubicación para conocer Lanzarote y el trato genial con el personal. Aparte no hay problema para aparcar, tienen una zona privada para ello. Había un poco de humedad, a veces frío y con un radiador no da. Aunque había mantas para añadir.

• Giada Juju (10/5): Una bellissima villetta in stile canario - La struttura è stupenda! Un’intera villetta tipica con un bel patio dove guardare il tramonto e rilassarsi. La casa inoltre era davvero super pulita e completa di tutto… Gli host ci hanno omaggiato di una bottiglia di acqua e di due dolcini buonissimi alla mandorla come benvenuto! Se soggiornate a Teguise, Casa siempreviva è davvero un posto da scegliere!

• Anonyme (8/5): Très bien situé pour découvrir le nord de l'île - Grand logement propre avec des espaces extérieurs pour passer les soirées chaudes. Calme total. Situé dans un joli village et permettant un accès rapide à tout le nord de l'île. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus. Peu de décorations, le logement est ainsi assez impersonnel.

• marie (9/5): bien situé pour visiter le nord de l' ile - conforme au descriptif , spacieux , propre et tres tres calme (comme la ville de Téguise) , bien situé pour visiter le nord de l' ile superbe terrasse mais malheureusement on est obligé de faire le tour de la maison pour y accéder . mon avis personnel : n y allez pas spécialement pour le marché de Téguise , c est nul
• Annachiara Filadelfi (9/5): - Un'ottima soluzione nella cittadina di Teguise. Casa accogliente, spazio esterno ben sistemato, doccia davvero grande e comoda, così come il doppio lavabo. Comodo anche il parcheggio privato. Tutto perfetto. Unica pecca la ricezione del wifi nelle altre stanze è molto debole, quasi assente.
• Víctor (8/5): Estancia muy agradable - Nos gustó mucho la tranquilidad, la limpieza exhaustiva que tenía, la comodidad de la casa en general, la ubicación excelente para visitar la isla y el pueblo, la posibilidad de aparcamiento justo en la puerta de la vivienda. Y un gran detalle que nos encantó fue que el propietario estuvo muy atento en todo momento con nosotros y, además, nos proporcionó incluso pequeños electrodomésticos que nos hicieron falta durante la estancia. La falta de algunos detalles pequeños, pero que comentamos directamente con el propietario.

• Max (10/5): Very great host, very clean Casa. - This was a beautiful cottage within great proximity of the café and bars. It was impeccably clean with off street parking. The host was very helpful with any questions and recommendations. The WiFi coverage was poor.

• Roberta (9/5): Very nice and calm stay, spacious and clean accommodation! - We really liked how spacious the accommodation was (it also has a garden and a terrace). Everything looked new and very clean. The shower was very big which was nice. The owner also resolved some issues from previous reviews (e.g. wine glasses were added!). In winter the apartment is a bit cold at night but there was a portable heater that worked well and heated the space. There is also dedicated free parking space. The only thing we didn't like was the bed. It was around 140 cm and had only 1 bed duvet we had to share. In the apartment (and bedroom) of this size, I really don't understand why the bed was so small, and it wasn't very comfortable for 2 people (just to say that we have normal weight and height). Some people surely have no problem with this, but I recommend buying a larger bed so 2 people can sleep there comfortably :) Or at least add 1 more bed duvet in the meantime.
